I had been on the fence about getting my eyebrows done for the longest. I unfortunately, like most of us in the Early 2000s, fell victim to over plucking and they just never grew back the same, even during these last few quarantine years where I vowed not to touch them other than a little trim. Enter Brows by Vee. Before doing this, I'd spend so much time trying to do my brows, and they'd look different every time! Veronica spent probably half of our appointment time carefully outlining and shading in my brows (I was there for close to 5 hours). I loved that she checked with me after spending all that time on them to see how I liked them. After expressing I would like to go a bit thinner, she didn't just quickly swipe off of what she had so carefully and meticulously drawn on, but took her time to very carefully make sure they matched and were to my liking, looking at them from multiple angles, taking photos, and examining them. I love that she spent so much time paying attention to all the details before she went in with the shading. The outlining was the toughest part, but after that, she numbs you for the shading in part, which is amazing, I almost caught myself dozing off a couple times! She is so calm and patient, and makes sure you're comfortable, explaining what she's going to do step by step. Word to the wise, peppermint tea, though not caffeinated, still thins your blood.
