Walking out of my first appointment? I had actual eyebrows... and also a little panic. It wasn't what I had pictured at first, and I was so unsure. But Sally reassured me that the shape would compliment my face and my fair complexion -- and she knew exactly what she was doing. I remember constantly checking the mirror like, "Wait... these are MY brows?" And slowly, I fell in love with them. Fast forward 2.5 years to my touch-up and these brows just feel like me -- soft, natural, balanced, and effortlessly beautiful. The kind of enhancement that doesn't overpower your face, it just brings everything together. Sally (and Matt!) are so professional, kind, and patient -- especially if you're an overthinker like me. She has absolutely won me over for life. If you're nervous about microblading, trust the process. And trust Sally.

This review is long overdue, but absolutely necessary -- Eyes By Sally deserves all the praise…read more I've been going to Sally since 2022, and after my first visit, I knew I'd found my go-to permanent makeup artist for life. Before finding Sally, I had my brows done by another artist and unfortunately, I hated the results. They looked unnatural and harsh. I ended up going through tattoo removal just to lighten them enough to start over, and that's when I found Sally. She completely transformed my brows. Not only did she correct the previous work, but she gave me natural-looking, beautifully shaped brows that I love. Sally is incredibly skilled, gentle, and takes her time to ensure everything is perfectly mapped and customized to your face. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and artistic eye make all the difference. She genuinely cares about her clients and it shows in her work and the confidence you walk out with. Thanks to Sally, I finally have brows that make me feel beautiful. If you've had a bad experience elsewhere, or are nervous about microblading, trust me: Sally is the one!

What if the microblading goes horribly wrong and I am left with angry sharpie looking eyebrows? But I ended up going--and I am GLAD I did. Honestly, I never believed I could look so pretty and put together just waking up in the morning and after a shower! Allie did an amazing job! My new eyebrows look so natural and my friends compliment me on them all the time. The strokes look like REAL hair! I look like I was blessed with bold beautiful brows naturally. I am so happy I had Allie as my artist--and that I LISTENED to her. I did not want to do a shape other than the shape of my overly plucked brows so it scared me when Allie wanted to do make my eyebrows a shape that would be radically different! Different length, different arch, different angle, different thickness! I was terrified and I just told myself, "well, she's an EXPERT, Ruby--she probably knows better than you do." And guess what? SHE DID. Throughout the whole microblading process, Allie was comforting me by making casual conversation and telling me how great my brows look. It was definitely not a scary experience! I am very happy I did it! I am more in love with my brows each day! I feel so beautiful! I feel like my face has changed for the better! It's almost like I got plastic surgery...that's how much I feel like my face has changed. I look so great all the time! Honestly, I am so thankful for Allie and her expertise. She's a GENIUS at her craft!!! The healing process has not been that bad--I am now on day 11 and my brows are looking very natural and for the most part, the ink has stayed on very well. My current brows, even in their healing stage, are still a radical improvement from my original brows! I am excited to see how it will look once the finishing touches have been applied. I cannot wait for my follow up appointment with Allie once I get it scheduled!

During the micro blading process she played loud music, constantly answered her phone , and it was painful as hell and she never warned me that she wasn't going to numb my eyebrows. Hassle to try and book a touch up, unprofessional and rude *** UPDATE ⁉ I just saw your response. Shawna, I never said I didn't like how my eyebrows came out. I understand that you have your own perspective on the appointment, but I want to clarify a few things. You did go over medical history and other information with me after handing me the paperwork, but my concern is that you could see that I was very nervous, yet instead of taking a moment to reassure me, you overwhelmed me with a lot of information at once, then you left me to sign all the paperwork. I didn't feel supported in my initial meeting with you. The issue with numbing was not that I expected a certain type of numbing agent. It was that during the appointment, my eyebrows were not numbed at all during the first pass and that was extremely painful, and I was not warned about it beforehand. You also answered your phone three times during the procedure to speak with your son, which I found distracting and unprofessional. You may not have found the music to be loud, but I did and was not asked about it. Afterwards, when I tried to schedule a follow up, you said you would call me in a few days but didn't. I eventually texted you today, and you told me what days you were available but no times. After waiting to hear back from you on a time to meet, I decided I no longer wanted to pursue the appointment. I'm not questioning that you may have intended the experience to be comfortable or relaxing. I am explaining that this was not my experience. My review reflects my personal experience as a client, and ultimately I decided to have my future appointments with someone else. I wish you well ***

My mom saw her more regularly than I did, but once she started her own business, of course we both followed her. And my sister sees her now also. Meredith is, simply put, the best at what she does - she reads your skin type, your mood - she knows when to engage, and when to let you enjoy the peace and quiet. Her touch is gentle and soothing, and she really does a great job at those extractions during a facial. I go a few times a year for a 45 or 60 minute facial, and I usually have her wax my brows while I'm there. She is responsible for giving my brows the shape they have now, which I love. She uses very high quality skin care products, and I think she even has her own line of products that she's creating, using natural and organic ingredients. The shop is a quaint, restored small house in downtown Vacaville. It always smells yummy, and the lighting and décor ooze a relaxing vibe. In addition to her waxing and facial services, I believe Meredith also does permanent and airbrushed makeup. Because the quality of her services is so high, and because I only see her a few times a year, I do not pay such close attention to prices. But I believe that her prices are on par with the rest of the industry, and you will definitely get your money's worth. Meredith is a warm and genuine person - you will immediately feel comfortable in her presence, even when talking about the pimple on your chin. As long as I'm in and around Vacaville, I will continue to go to Transformations by Meredith. Since I live in San Francisco, I sometimes have to cheat on Meredith for my brow waxing...but she's truly the best, you will not be disappointed!
