I love a good spa day like any other woman. Unfortunately, I tried coming to this nail bar three times hoping for different experiences and was greatly dissatisfied. 1. Rushed Work- It's very obvious they're trying to get as many customers in as possible in a day. Work sometimes feels rushed so they can move on to the next customer. 2. Tips-I always tip decently no matter what I go. However, I was extremely appalled when I came to this establishment on one occasion and tried to tip $30 for a $110 spa day and the man running the counter said 'That's all?' That's really unacceptable. A tip is a generosity the customer chooses. There should be no pressure. 3. Today, will be my last day visiting Bedazzled. Again, I visited here because I was impressed by the beauty and aesthetic of the Nail Bar. However today, I requested a basic specialty design for my manicure (I also got a $40 pedi). I was blown out of the water when I was told it would be $140 for full the service! Again, I've lived here my whole life. I've never paid so much for a little extra design. I tipped the girls despite the dissatisfaction because it's not their fault the owner is greedy but I will not be back. I'm disgusted. I usually add on a hot wax dip for each of my pedicures. They also offer lots of great options for nail services...dip nails, gel nails, hard gel, acrylic, gel polish, gel x, and more! I was a loyal and satisfied customer of Bedazzled Nail Salon since their opening. I consistently saw Kim for manicures (at least 10 times!) and Tee for pedicures, and they always delivered beautiful, quality work with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, things have changed. During my last visit, I learned that both Kim and Tee are no longer with the salon. In their place, I was served by a woman and her daughter-in-law. While I always try to support people as they grow in their skills, it was clear that the daughter-in-law had little or no experience. The results showed it -- my manicure and pedicure were both rushed and very poorly done. To make matters worse, the owner's husband was visibly rushing them throughout the process, creating a stressful environment. It was disappointing and honestly not the relaxing, quality service I've come to expect. Sadly, that visit turned out to be my last visit. I've called the salon several times in an attempt to reach Kim, who is a personal friend of the owner. The two travel together. The owner's husband keeps lying, telling me they have no idea where she is now working. I'll still be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Came in for 2 pedicures. The service was nice it's very clean in there and i appreciated seeing the cleanliness and sanitation practices. We chose the bedazzled pedicure which says it's $38. So for two of us the price should have been $76. When we get rung up she says $91. How on earth do we get to $91??? We chose to not say anything about it but we won't be back. I do like my pedicure but the pricing is very unclear and doesn't make sense the next pedicure up says $48 so they didn't accidentally charge us for that very weird and I don't like that. Again we chose not to say anything and just paid it but we won't be back. Response: yeah definitely would have been nice to have been told it's an extra $15 or at least be asked if that's what I wanted since it was extra and not included. I walked in and it was slightly busy so i waited like 5 minutes to be seated, the started and I picked the bedazzled pedi and they rush the entire process, I had my person switched 3 times during one pedicure and they all rushed, They started getting more people coming in during my service and all 3 of my service providers left before my polish process, I waited 15 just to get my toes polished and then they left polish on my skin and didn't clean up my toes or anything. I wouldn't recommend they rush to get people sat down and don't take their time. read more

Bedazzled Nail Bar is a fairly new nail salon nestled in downtown Fairfield. The facility itself is beautiful, bright, clean, and fairly welcoming. The staff will greet you upon arrival and you'll just have to wait for someone to become available to do the service that you've requested. I've been to Bedazzled three times so far. The first time I went was to have a wax job before my trip out-of-state. The woman doing my waxing was friendly, however, she was a bit rough when moving my head from side to side during the actual procedure; however, she did a great job removing my facial hair. My second visit with my husband. We came in for pedicures since it's been a while for the both of us. The women that did our feet took their time and paid close attention to detail. After they were done, my feet were extremely soft and my nail color was beautiful. My only complaint is that the woman that did my pedicure applied too much lotion, so much so that it was difficult for me to walk in my slippers. On the third visit, however, my sister and I didn't receive the same experience that my husband and I did. Upon arrival, most of the staff were busy working on two clients at once, which of course I had no problem with. We both paid to have the more extensive callus removal treatment; however, both of the women working on our feet did not do so. They did a great job with the trimming, painting, and so forth, but when they were done, they just told us that we needed to wait for our toes to dry then disappeared. For over 15 minutes, no one came by to check on us or let us know that we were good to go. All of the staff turned their attention back to the ladies they were initially working on, in addition to two other women that walked in after us. My sister got impatient and just removed the toe separator herself until one of the staff saw and finally decided to help us. She helped my sister and myself put on our slippers. After that, we had a little wait at the check out counter. Overall, Bedazzled has the potential to be a great nail salon in Fairfield. They pay fairly close attention to their work and do an overall great job; however, I'd like to see them be a bit more consistent with their customer service. read more

Love going to Bedazzled nail bar! They are so meticulous with getting your nails right and the way you want them. My mom and I both love coming here as Kate & Jacky are so welcoming! Thai, Jackie, Kate and Jessie all do great manicures whether you want dip, gel-x or acrylics. They also are really good at designs so highly recommend! I'd say check out their instagram for some of the best work they've done if you need nail inspiration but I usually bring in a photo and they always nail it! I enjoyed my time at this salon -- very peaceful atmosphere! This was my first time there, and it did not disappoint. Bedazzled seemed to be the only place in the area that does Gel-X, and IMO it was done very well. My boyfriend also had a mani/pedi done, which he found relaxing. I see a couple of reviews here mentioning long wait times -- I totally get it, since it seems like there weren't too many techs working when we came in. I honestly feel for Kate and Jacky, as I think they're very sweet but it's hard to turn customers away when it's short-staffed. Part of me thinks that they're short-staffed because it can be hard to find nail techs that are up to par with their skill level, as I certainly think they take the Yelp feedback on nail quality very seriously. I think that if you can afford to make an appointment ahead of time or be flexible with the wait, then you should totally give them a chance. I know I'll be coming back! read more

I drove by this gorgeous place a few times, and was really eager to try it. I'm definitely glad I did and was not disappointed! I've been there two times now for pedicures and gel manicures. The first time that I went there, I was pleased as no one likes anyone being too rough on your feet when it comes to the trimming or massage portion. The girl I had was just perfect for me and the gel manicure was efficient. Also, I feel like lotion on the arms after a manicure is almost a thing of the past, but they make sure to take their time with that here. The second time I went was early in the morning. The girl that did my feet was a little rough when it came to trimming (as I get nails that grow into the side if my toes and get painful); however her massage (which was at length) absolutely made up for it! While I was getting my feet done one of the guys did my gel manicure, which I am so insanely happy with! My last gel manicure the polish lasted nearly 2 weeks wherenormal gel manicures last 4 to 5 days and I'm pretty rough on them. I'm hopeful this one will last the same length and I'm going on one week as we speak. read more

Downtown Fairfield really needed a new sheik nail salon and I have to say that I was really impressed with the updates and the service we received. There are tons of chairs ands workers so they'd be able to accommodate relatively quickly, I know this because I called on a Thursday afternoon for a pedicure and was able to get fit in within 15 minutes. I decided to try Bedazzled off a recommendation from two friends. I walked in on a early Saturday morning and I was greeted promptly. I asked to try out the Gel-X manicure and a gel pedicure. I was given a menu for my pedicure and a young lady immediately went to work on my feet. While she was doing my feet a gentleman came over and began to do my nails. Usually I don't not like this because the quality of the work suffers but let me tell you this man skipped NO CORNERS. My nails came out beautifully and saved me an additional hour in the salon. I chose the number 2 on their pricing list. I always pay even if I hate it. So I told her to keep it clear and I'll play full price because I know they love to paint black people in a poor light. A guy who spoke English came and translated for me and I told him how I felt and he said they don't remove a lot unless you pick the number 3 and higher. But he'll have her remove more for me . I brought my 90 year old Dad here on a busy Saturday morning and they were very kind. All of the utensils were brand new as well as the massage chair. We both had pedicures and the materials used were top notch (jasmine scented lotion and bath scent). Went in on a Tuesday early afternoon, only a few guests and was accommodated very quickly. Decided to try out the pumpkin pedicure, $55 (extra $15 to add gel). This was my second pedicure visit at Bedazzled. I always ask to have my nails cut super short and they did exactly that. The staff was friendly and checked in about water, hot stones, hot towel temperatures to make sure they weren't too hot. Felt and looks like a thorough pedicure. Absolutely terrible overall. Requested for a specific polish, which this facility did not have, they tried to create it on a demo nail which I appreciate, however I did not love the design so I asked to do a different color for my nails. Immediately was talked rudely about due to this. My friend got gel x nails. The fake nails applied to hers were all different non fitting sizes, even for both pointer fingers the sizes were different. The undersides of her nails were filled with glue and filed off nail particles. When she asked if this could be cleaned up, the tech said they looked good and didn't need cleaning up. We were so disappointed with this experience as we had been looking forward to it. Never will go back. read more

I'm really disappointed about the quality of work I got from the manicurist today. I came in for a french gel manicure with a base since I had natural nails. She rushed through it and didn't use a base dark enough to cover the overgrowth from the nail bed. No big deal, I could live with that. She then left black lint under one of the layers and white paint residue from when she painted the french tip. After repeatedly asking to fix it and arguing that the white residue and lint weren't part of my nail, I finally gave up and left. Disappointed because this was my go-to nail spot all year, and now I'll be looking for another nail salon. read more

She took the time in between to make sure the shape and length was what I wanted throughout my visit.
