The staff are very thorough but gentle in their work. An added bonus is thay the chairs used for the pedicures are massage chairs. So you get a very therapeutic, self-care experience that is very relaxing. My feet have not looked this good in a very long time. I ended up getting a manicure as well to get hands right. Men need to hold up to grooming standards as well, and Lavender will take care of you. I got the $45 pedicure with the CBD option which is what my wife usually gets. You get to choose from several different scents to add to you foot soak. We both choose the CBD one. It is very relaxing! This pedicure comes with all the basics plus a exfoliating scrub, warming lotion, warm rocks, a massage on both legs up to your knee and a lavendar candle wax dip for your feet. You have the option to have color put on your nails. Gel and regular are available. I chose 792 a light blue hue! I did the same for my finger nails. The techs are friendly and very helpful. Where do I start? Nails not filed even I told her before putting color it's not even she said they'll fix at the end. Ends were sharp I can scratch myself I showed her still semi fixed. i usually like coming here because of their pricing. i got a pedicure here once before and it was an incredible experience. when i went back, it was awful. the man doing my pedicure wouldn't stop scrubbing the bottoms of my feet even after i politely asked him to stop. he kept going over the same spot to the point where the bottom of my foot was literally raw. on top of that, i get white nail polish at salons because it's a difficult color for me to do myself, but the polish job was also terrible. overall it was a really disappointing experience and they lost a customer. i will not be back. read more

Lavender used to be the spot now it's in out no personal experience. This is my second bad experience here that's why I switched. I asked for just a manicure with a buff he didn't know what I was talking about all though it's on the list for $5 I can't wear polish at work. No hot towel wrap with the manicure as listed one rub up one rub down rubbed around the hands up down the arms again and done. Pedicure was 22 minutes start to finish no real foot soak no extra care I asked for the honey scrub no scrub she then said she can do it no ma'am you've finished we're finished. Oh and the hot stone rub was like warm stones up down around not even on the calf's no hot towel wrap just rubbed my legs with a warm towel. I love the hot towel wrap not rub. Will not be back. Overdue update I've come here a handful of times here for pedi's with my husband and for the most part, we've enjoyed them. The organic pedi selection is endless, pedi chairs work, really great job on the cleaning, hot towels and stones are a nice touch as well. I came previously for a powder dip (I cannot recall his name) but I was really happy. I came months later and Lisa did my nails and she did excellent. Appt times are a hit or miss. I got the worst bacteria infection from lavender nails mind you I have been going here and only here for over a decade I used to get my nails done from the owner Tina but I started seeing Henry since all the reviews recommended him long story short they showed no remorse even after Tina wanted me to come after closing time said she had the meds there for me then when I got there she wanted me to buy my own meds because she was "to busy "even tho it was after closing she said she would reimburse me. They offered to hide it with nail polish so nobody could see it. She told me she would get it over the weekend come Sunday I went into the shop to pick up my meds and they called her on the phone I put it on speaker for everyone to here she said why did I come when there's people there she was rude to me even tho I've gone there for over ten years she told me never to come there again and Henry went to his back pack and got me the fungus meds. I can't believe after being such a loyal customer she would treat me this way . It was so embarrassing. Here we are 5 months later and I'm still battling this infection and haven't been able to get in a pool or get my nails or toes done ! I'd stay far away from here if I were you. Well, it was time to put a little sparkle in my step. So, I decided on a pedicure. I found this place on Yelp and the reviews were great. So, I was greeted by a young lady, that was pleasant. I picked a glitter polish for New Year. The place is clean however, I put my mask on because of the strong chemical smell. They have different kinds of pedicures, like mint, honey, Or Ginseng to name a few. David was so gentle and relaxing. He took such special care of my feet and leg exfoliation. David wiped between my toes with the towel to dry them this is AWESOME, and it smells so good. (Mint) This place is definitely a repeat with David. My partner had Jessica, which he says is wonderful and has done a great job on his feet. (size 15). It's hard to get him to get a pedicure because the last one the owner hurt his feet. So, I'm happy that he is comfortable. Ooh Jessica is taking out the dremel for his feet, heavy duty. It looks like when I sand a piece of wood and there is a pile of sawdust. I have mixed feelings about this establishment. I went once before Christmas and had a good experience with a tech that's just starting out (they told me so). My Christmas nails were lovely. However after this happening at my second visit I unfortunately won't return and since it was so bad felt the need to say something- frankly I don't usually comment unless it's exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. 1. I requested fiberglass but got acrylics. However I did not speak up when she pulled out the purple liquid so I am "owning" the acrylics. 2. Had absolutely not cuticle care done whatsoever. They weren't trimmed or pushed- which may be for the best so that this comes loose sooner than later. I didn't realize this till it was too late however. 3. My thumb nails aren't straight and the rest of my nails have an overall weird shape from the acrylics not been laid or drilled very well. 4. You can see how thick the acrylic is since I have some stuck on my fingers and digging into the sides- I believe that says it all. Perhaps my nails turned out this way because they were busy or rushed this? They had the fiberglass off and these done in under an hour so maybe that contributed to it? I'm not sure. I'm just disappointed that I will have to get these taken off asap and that doubles the costs of it all. I should add that the tech recommended adding the sparkle which was a lovely suggestion and would like to give credit where credit is due. read more

Needed my nails done for an evening event so I made an appointment with Henry on a Saturday @1pm because I've had 3 coworkers recommend him. When I arrived to the salon, there was nowhere to sit because they were BUSY. Fortunately the lady who checked me in said I could wait for Henry at his station. Waited about 10-15 minutes because he was busy finishing up with a pedicure. He came to me as soon as he was able to and was very apologetic. He asked for my name and what I wanted done. During the prep process, I did get cut at least 2x, the first one I didn't notice until he wiped a tiny bit of blood from my pinky; the second he was mid-cut on the side of my cuticle then stopped, apologized profusely, and squeezed my finger. At this point I was questioning my coworkers. I didn't say anything because I wanted to see where this would go. Henry was a bit rough and fast with the cuticle trimming and filing/buffing. I was definitely tense most of the time, especially when he had the cuticle scissors. He was a lot more careful after cutting me though. He was receptive to fixing any small corrections I pointed out. He took his time with making sure my nails were shaped perfectly. I showed him the image of the design I wanted, and Henry was up for the challenge. He also presented suggestions since I told him about the outfit I had planned for the evening. The design match came out to 90%. From far away it looks really great. But up close it definitely looks like it could be a little cleaner. The black lines could have been gone over once more so it's a nice dark black rather than a faded black. But overall, for a $60 price, I'm content. He made me feel comfortable by engaging in small talk. I suppose I had high expectations because of the reviews my coworkers had; so I was a little let down. But overall, I was content with Henry's overall customer service and work and would return. read more
