This was my first visit here at the spa. I came in as a walk-in and I am going to be a steady customer. Helena did my nails and did such a good job. I also got a pedicure which felt wonderful. She was very gentle and took her time. My toes do not feel sore at all. I've gone to many spas and have left with sore fingers or toes from all the rough handling and trimming. Great customer service and Tina does a fantastic pedicure. I will definitely be going back. I have been trying different nail salons since I moved to Vacaville three years ago and this is by far my favorite. This is also the cleanest nail salon I've been in, ever. I called for an appointment yesterday morning, they didn't have the time I wanted but they did have 45 minutes later so I booked it. Helena rocks. Not only is she so stinkin sweet, she's super talented at what she does. I was so embarrassed with how my nails looked and she instantly put me at ease. I've seen her 3 times now. I came in around 3pm Tuesday August 6th. The nail shop is small and super cute. They had a lot of colors to choose from. The customer service was great and the ladies were extremely welcoming. I got a gel mani & gel pedi. My toes still look great however the gel polish completely peeled off of four of my nails and it hasn't even been a week yet. I normally get my nails done every two weeks but gel polish usually lasts up to 3 weeks for me.I also noticed that she didn't file off all of my previous color after I left. Like I said the ladies inviting and very friendly however I am disappointed in the services I received for my nails. read more

I took my daughter to get her nails done here. They couldn't take her as a walk in (not like other shops who say they can take you and you end up waiting for 45 mins) but where quick to make an appointment the following day. We showed up 15 mins early and my daughter was immediately taken. She explained that she wanted her nails short (per her dad's request) and the nail technician (I wish I had asked her name) understood completely and didn't give her a hard time about it. My daughter showed her a picture of what she wanted and she got exactly what was shown. My daughter is extremely happy with the results. read more

This place was great my best friend and I came her and each got a pedicure and a full set. We just so happen to come on a day where they were having a special but the women there were great the pedicure was 100% from the hot rock massage to the scrub down. The full set was top notch and the women talked to us and took there time to get to know us and to build a relationship. I have been going to see Helena. She was the first manicurist I saw and I schedule with her every time now. She is so soft natured and kind. She always says "please tell me if you see something you don't like, I want to do it right for you the first time. You pay for me to do it right." She has said that every single time I have gone in. Getting your nails done is a luxury and it's nice to hear someone recognized hat aspect. I love Helena! The spa is always clean and smells nice instead of like chemicals. All of the staff always greats me and says goodbye, not just Helena. It's a very friendly and warm atmosphere. I ended up here after having ongoing issues at my other nail shop I had been going to for over 3 years. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and it is better than the picture! I absolutely LOVE my nails and pedicure. My nails were a mess...I had a previous nail repair that didn't match the shape of my other nails...the nail tech ended up doing a new full set. They stayed well past closing for me, which I greatly appreciate, and didn't rush through finishing the new set and design! My niece and I walked in after being referred by one of the near by hair salons. We were seen within 15 min and I decided to get a full set and a pedicure. I really wanted to fully enjoy the outcome but unfortunately I didn't. My nails where done very bulky and didn't look natural at all. They are super square and the nail tec didn't even clean up the skin around my nails. I had seen yelpers post pictures and in comparison mine just looked kind of sloppy and I was disappointed. I wanted to go home and file the thickness off my nails and re shape them. A different lady did my pedicure however and it was wonderful. My toes felt so fresh and clean and she was very thorough. I want to give this place a try again maybe when I need a fill. This time I will voice more of what I want and if I'm not satisfied. read more

I rarely fall in love with a nail salon and I found one to love...I decided last minute to get my nails done same day as a wedding I was going to be in and serenity had all 5 star reviews on yelp and they were close to my home. I went first thing as soon as they opened on Friday and the owner Lisa was at reception and I told her I wanted a gel full set and if I could have it done right away cause I was in a rush and I showed her a photo of what I wanted, she said it would take at least an hour and she took me and started my nails with the intention of one of the other girls finishing me off since she had a 10am appt. the other girls were busy with pedis and her appt showed up but she was soo kind and professional she finished my set and was efficient but very detailed in her work. I never get a set out and always just a mani or shellac cause I don't like having fake nails and my natural nails are usually very nice but I would now get them done and by her as she did a beautiful job!!. Although we changed the color and design to not take as long she was done with my nails in under and hour and I didn't feel like she rushed at all, she's just that good. I felt really bad cause her 10 appt rescheduled since she took longer with me but I really appreciated that she understood my time constraint despite me having walked in without an appt.
