A zero star nail shop! No hygiene, no sense of customer service and very dishonest. I got an infection from this place. Tim did my nails I asked for a full set. That was my second time coming he did the previous full set. And as he was doing my nails, I notice that he didn't remove the old nails so I mentioned it to him. He told me I don't need a full set but just a "refill" to not worry he knows what he's doing. When he was done I didn't like it, he cut me multiple times. I knew it was my last there. Two weeks later I started having pain on my fingernails so I tried to remove it and saw that it was infected. I went back to them for see what need to be done and remove the remaining nails. Aj (or Kevin/ Thanh P the owner), denied that it was an infection. (I have it on video) That it will take two days for it to disappear to not worry. As the nail tech was removing the remaining infected nails she didn't use gloves nothing and start working on my nails. Aj who was next to us said "she can even remove it for you" with the nail drill that it's "nothing" to worry about. He was very disrespectful and talked to me like I was nothing. The nails tech (table number 2) try to remove the infection with the nail drill, of course she couldn't. My husband came and confront him about the infection he now changed and said "if it's an infection it doesn't come from us" he also said that the nail Tim told him he recommended me a full set but I wanted a refill which is a lie! I never ever got a refill in my life that was my first time. It was very dishonest from him, I was shock. That same night I was in pain so I went to the ER, The doctor confirmed that it's an infection and it's contagious! They gave me antibiotics treatment. It took a 1 month and half for my fingernails to be back to normal. Be careful ladies. read more

I've gone here a few times for a pedicure and the first thing I've noticed was that they have timers on all the pedicure chairs. They time their pedicures. Not a huge deal but not really relaxing when there's timers going off throughout everyone's service. Pedicures are basic. Their equipment is falling apart and chipping. Towels had stains and tears in them. read more

It was my first time coming to this nail salon and I absolutely loved it! I think I might have found my new go to nail salon. I've tried so many but I've never had such an easy going experience. As soon as I arrived, I was asked to check in which was such a simple process and it helped them keep organization and order as well as respect who shows up first. They sat me down quickly. They also asked if I wanted water, apple juice, cranberry or even mimosas! I thought "how sweet!" It's so rare to go to a place that'll offer you free drinks on the house. Everyone has amazing hospitality. The nail tech who did my nails was the biggest sweetheart ever! Shoutout to Tammy! She knew exactly what she was doing and she got my nails looking right. She was also amazing at making conversation and making me feel super comfortable. I appreciated the fact that they were up front about their prices and how much I would be paying and even asking if it was okay with me before proceeding with the service. Tammy was incredibly skillful, helpful and very honest about her work. I enjoyed my time here and get this: I was here for about 30 minutes. I was shocked. I only got a fill and even then most places take more than an hour. I was very pleased with the service and with my nails. I will definitely be back to see Tammy again! read more

They were literally talking shit and making fun of another customer there. All were laughing, talking in their language and then looking back at the customer, laughing. Their nails chip and you'll never get them to stop contacting you. I don't even live in Vacaville anymore. I've been going here for 4ish years now, the nails are super cute, not exactly what I'd hoped for but not because of anything they did. They didn't have a lot of cat eye gel polishes to choose from and couldn't do a heart with the magnet like I've seen on social media. Also the black nail polish was not fully cured when I left. I came in for a gel pedicure and scheduled with the next available technician, as it was my first time visiting this shop. I was assigned to a new technician. Unfortunately, the experience didn't start off well--she accidentally let the water overflow onto the floor, and the water was initially scalding hot. She had to be guided multiple times on how to properly fill the tub and reminded to check the temperature. I wasn't upset at this point because I understand that everyone makes mistakes, especially when they're new. However, during the pedicure, she skipped several important steps. I had to ask if she was going to use the pumice sponge on my heels, as she was about to start painting my nails without doing so. She apologized for forgetting. She also didn't file my nails at all and left white dust from the grinder under my toenails without cleaning it out. I wasn't planning to complain until I looked at the final result--my toenails were uneven, some spots weren't painted at all, and there were visible bubbles in the polish. When I pointed these things out, she denied seeing any of the issues, including the unevenness, the missed spots, and the white residue under my nails. It was hard to understand how she could have missed all of that. At one point, she turned to Thanh and said, "She doesn't like the way I did her nails," which made me feel uncomfortable. That said, I'm giving this place three stars because Thanh stayed after hours to fix everything. He was kind, patient, and made sure I left with my toes looking beautiful. This is what a $65 gel refill French tip looks like I've never in my 26 years of life left a review on anything but this is ridiculous went back to get it fixed just to look like same thing again and they wanted to charge me to fix it in what shop Do you go and get a refill where the set before is still visible I've been here many times and they have done a great job hence why I go Back here I guess make sure you're very specific with what you ask for I guess next time I'll say a whole brand new set instead of a refill ?and I even told the lady the first time I went that I can see the refill under my nail and she said it's supposed to look like that ? so disappointed in my nails and now -$118 dollars. My pedicure was $48 for the "natural pedicure", it was nothing special. The massage was soft and the water was cold, not at all like what was advertised with the "natural pedicure." She was an older woman so I didn't say anything and I believe there was a slight language barrier. The real disappointing part was the nail service. I work with animals, so typically keep my nails on the shorter side & have always been able to do the french style tip on there.. todays length was a little shorter than normal, but I remained hopeful. When it came to painting the nail, apparently to the nail tech, it would not look good nor last, with the nail length to have french tip; so I'd have to paint the whole nail one color.. left with no other option, I painted the whole nail instead of the the french tip. Cuticle oil was applied, I was instructed to go wash my hands and I was done, oh and that "I needed to lotion my cuticles." Mind you he just filed them, no cuticle or dead skin removed.. I went to wash my hands and paid to get out of there. The extra acrylic around my nail bed and underneath, no small hand massage, how have the prices gone up so much in nails but the services go down? At first I loved going here because Tony does such an amazing job with my acrylics the shape and the design. As for the females they are TERRIBLE. When I went to get a pedicure the lady tried to argue with me about my nail being crooked eventually she fixed it and it looked great. When I went back to get a regular pedicure and manicure she literally ignored what I said. I asked for square and she FILED IT ROUND what sense does that make?? The nails were uneven and didn't match my other hand. They did my pedicure and manicure at the same time and completely rushed ! My toes were hideous!! I mean crooked as hell and bumpy. My daughter and I went to get full sets yesterday for the first time at this salon and were extremely happy with our nails. Tammy did a wonderful job with my gel set and Tim did amazing with my daughter's white tip and 3D nail design set. I also had a toe gel removal and waxing service, all done by Tammy, in a quickly and smoothly manner- no discomfort or irritation from the waxing. I usually get my brows threaded and have slight irritation afterwards, so I was extremely happy to not have it after the waxing. Keep in mind, we were walk-ins originally in for just nails, and Tammy graciously offered the additional services, which I was happy to have. We will definitely be returning for our next girls day. The salon was clean and very relaxing. I like that they have a check-in system and online booking, which I will definitely use for my future appointments. read more
