They took me last minute as a walk-in at the very end of the day for a basic gel manicure and a basic regular polish pedicure. I had an event the very next day but with my schedule I just couldn't get services done during most salon's open hours. But even though I was the last person with less than an hour left of being open, I didn't feel rushed. They were fast and efficient but made sure to do everything right. I called Honey Win on a Friday evening around 5pm asking if she could fix a bad nail set I got done elsewhere not saying where. (Basically, at my previous nail tech, I tried out a new "gummy bear" like base with a French tip, but you could literally see my real nail underneath.) I went to Win & she fixed the mess! I asked her for an outline French & daisies to hide where you can see my real nail. The comments are all right, Win did EXACTLY what the picture looked like & she was so kind & sweet. Called this morning on the off chance they would have time for an acrylic fill and was lucky enough to get in today. I haven't had the best luck with nail places in Vacaville. Lots of places that do a fine job but very few that are exceptional so I'm always happy to try a new place and I was not disappointed. Win was quick to notice how wide and thick my nails were from the previous salon I went to and immediately asked about shaping and filing them to look more natural. Let me start off with the 1 star is due to ZERO sanitizing of tools in between customers! I sat and watched the nail brush get used to dust the nail shavings table, dirty drawer & then my hands. Both visits. In between customers they put the same tools back in their drawer without cleaning for the next person. And they don't sanitize their customers fingers before using their equipment. Lovely shop, my gel dip is flawless but didn't appreciate getting nicked knowing everyone else's fingernails were on their nail files and clippers. read more

I got a pedicure and the woman who prepped my nails was rough and rude the entire time. The man who painted my nails asked if it was okay if he didn't paint my pinky toe nail since it's "so small". However other nail salons can do it just fine. He was also pretty rough and left a cut on one of my toes. read more

I typically never go in with anything in particular in mind when it comes to color so I have Don pick out my color and he has not failed. Omg...ok so I stopped in without an appointment to get a pedicure before my cruise. First I had to apologize because I have ugly feet(I don't get regular pedis). They took me right in and with a smile the girl said "don't worry we got you!" She proceeded to give me the best pedi/massage I have had. I picked the pedicure package with CBD treatment and Gel nails. And even for $85 I thought it was a steal!! My feet felt so pampered and relaxed I could have gone to sleep! She made my nails look good and feel good. It also included a leg massage! Saying I feel confident now with my nails is an understatement. They do great designs ( you can pull up any design on your phone and they will replicate it), the gems last, and the nails stay on(mines last a month before I need a touch up)... Pretty disappointing experience considering the reviews I read for this place were good. The guy paid no attention to detail. He barely cleaned my cuticles, there's still some gunk under my big toes, he barely removed my previous nail polish and can currently be seen under and around my new polish and he did such a horrible job at painting. It's so uneven and you can see the streaks. He didn't even clean the polish on my skin. Pretty sad that I paid the price that I did and still tipped (my fault). Def don't recommend unless you get the young lady. read more
