They always do good quality work and you grow to expect the same thing 2) fair pricing. The prices are reasonable. 3) clean. Everything is kept clean and organized. 4) friendliness. I came in for a manicure and pedicure without an appointment (they don't do appointments on Fridays and Saturdays).. Lisa said it could be up to a 1 hour wait but it was much quicker than that. She's very friendly and great to talk to. She was very thorough as I don't get my nails done as often as I should. It was $60 for both. I've paid less but have also had lesser quality of service. I have been to Lisa's nails multiple times. Lisa (owner) is amazing at what she does but unfortunately she's out of town. So when I made an appointment with Gabby I was expecting the same. Unfortunately when I showed up for my appointment 3 lady's were just standing around talking. When I kindly told then I had an appointment with Gabby they laughed and said she left for the day. Wonderful walk-in experience. There was a small wait, 15-20 minutes, but not bad. The shop is clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and well educated. I did a walk-in on a Friday morning around 10:30 for a full set and was seated immediately. A gentleman, I didn't catch his name, started the process for me - gluing my nails and starting the shape. Afterwards, Lisa took over. She is amazing!! She payed attention to every detail, making sure everything was perfect. You can tell that she genuinely cares about people and their experiences at her shop. The prices are comparable, but even a little cheaper than other shops. I paid $22 for a regular full set. They charge an additional $5 for almond, coffin, stiletto shapes. Appointments are accepted for all other days the shop is open. Also stuff happens. So if chipping occurs (no fault of the manicurist because some polishes chip easier than others), Lisa and her staff will cheerfully fix the problem. Nice people, nice shop. read more

This place is absolutely deserving of a 5 star rating. Not only is there great quality work coming out of here, but attention to detail, an enormous amount of care and, in my opinion, they went the extra mile. I went in for the dip and a pedi. The amount of time Tom took to find the perfect matched color for my toes was noticed and appreciated. I almost wish they had a system in place to match colors before hand because I felt bad for the guy. When he was removing my previous (terribly done by another salon) dip he moved from side to side so I didn't have to cross my arm over my body. Honestly, it made the experience that much more comfortable and enjoyable and it's such a small thing. Lisa was very attentive to my nails and the work she was doing. She's humorous and kind, but also very straight forward. When I made the appt. she was sure to let me know that they do not wait on guests and if I wasn't on time I would lose my chance. Fair enough, thanks for letting me know in advance! I was offered a bottle of water, also very appreciated because it was hot today. Her massage was freaking AH-MAZING and I didn't feel like she was trying to rush it. I don't live in Fairfield, I reside in Napa, but I have no problem making the drive out for this place. For family bonding time, my sister, brother-in-law, and myself decided to have pedicures together before grabbing dinner. My sister and I have tried several other nail salons in the area in the past, but there wasn't any in particular that we cared for. I ended up Yelping this nail salon, which has very good reviews, and we decided to give it a try. I'm extremely glad that we found and tried this place out! The customer service they provide here is excellent! Since we were unaware of their store hours, we arrived at the salon at around 5:30pm (when they close at 6pm). We were initially going to turn around and leave, but one of the staff members (Lisa, I believe) told us that we can still come in and have our pedicures done. Lisa and her daughter are both very friendly, which made our experience there even better. I've never had that much interaction with someone doing my nails before, which almost made me forget that I was there getting my toes done. I'm usually hesitant to get pedicures specifically for the leg massages, since I do have metal in my leg. However, she was gentle with my leg, which made the massage a pleasant experience. They both did a great job on our toes. Overall, I'm very pleased with my relaxing, yet fun experience at Lisa's Nails. The staff here are very friendly and do excellent work. Very poor service. Who doesn't allow someone to make an appointment in advance?! Smh I was a walk in missed my appointment by ten minutes so I tried to schedule one just to be told I can only call the day of to see if I can come instead of making an actual appointment.
