Great spot for a quick bite!!…read more Food was delicious we had the Chicken Gyro Bowl which was super flavorful and a decent size! Also had the Spanakopita which was oh so good!!! Looks like it is new on the menu... hopefully they keep it!! Baklava is a little too sweet for me... but very good flavors. Staff were all welcoming and helpful in deciding what to order. Restaurant (and restrooms) were very clean. Plenty of parking - with a Tesla charging station close by. Would I go back? Yes!

Finally, hubby and I gave in yesterday. It was on Memorial Day in the evening and we saw that the line was short! We knew it was our chance to finally taste these burgers again! The customer service is always exceptional, so that was surprising. We got our food in a very timely manner so that whole experience was positive for us. We took the food to our friend's home and everything tasted just as good as I can remember. The fries were crispy, the burger was juicy and our order was correct, thank goodness. Hubby would have thrown a fit if they put the wrong condiments on his burger, lol. Great location and we went at the best time, when there was a short line!

Some In-N-Out have gotten it wrong, but this one nailed it, and it was delicious. In-N-Out pride himself on customer service, having lots of options, and I love the idea of a person in the drive-through taking my order versus just pulling up to a speaker box.

The food in the restaurant was much better. That was three or so years ago. When you walk inside, they may or may not be acknowledging your presence. They may or may not be cleaning. It didn't look dirty, for example, but I could see chicken breading bits on the table tops. Someone went to the cash register and took my order and gave me my cup after I paid and there wasn't a ton of ice to remove. The Sweet Tea was ready and the napkins weren't in the dispenser backwards this time. When they called my name, I got my food and I could see that they didn't take care to bread the chicken all the way. That's been a failing since their first year open. The taste of the food was okay, sufficient, but it wasn't about to amaze anyone. When a person went around to clean, he did a minimal job and so did the other person.

Customer Service: 5 out of 5. Staff: 5 out of 5…read moreTaco Bell App: 1 out of 5 I frequently use the Taco Bell app when I order in my hometown or if I'm in a new place. However, I started to notice that Taco Bell would be inaccurate in the nearest Location outside of my hometown location. But it would quickly update and show the nearest one so it wouldn't be a hassle. This time I was passing by Modesto and I had never ordered off the app on this location and decided to do so today. When I started ordering I first went to change location, at first it showed the nearest location was 0.2 miles away and it was understandable because I could see it in-front of me, (I was a passenger in the car). I waited for it to update and when it did, it showed the same thing. So I instinctively ordered. However, when I decided to check the location, this "0.2 miles away" was actually more than 15 miles the opposite direction. I tried to cancel the order but apparently they had already made it only 1 minute after the order was placed. I went to the nearby location and as my friends ordered from the kiosk, I showed staff my problem and they were super helpful in helping me. Almost team was on it and tried the best they could. They recommended me to call customer service. The Manager at the Taco Bell confirmed my problem and they refunded me my money. Also if you are wondering if I was close why didn't I check location of this before ordering or why I didn't just order inside. It is because a. I have always just gone inside this location after going to the mall as it is straight down the road and never knew the exact address, but knew the route, so I assumed it was correct, and b. We were all tired and couldn't wait for our order so we decided to try and get it as quickly as possible. Lastly, I thank the employees for their help and TACO BELL, FIX YOUR APP. also the food was made quick and good with no problem at this location.
