I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location on May 18, 2025, around 10:39 PM while picking up an order for DoorDash. As the lobby was closed, I went through the drive-thru and politely stated I was there for a pickup. The woman on the speaker rudely interrupted me, saying only "Come inside," without giving me a chance to speak or confirm the order. When I reached the window, I again respectfully explained I was a delivery driver picking up a customer's food. Instead of listening, she closed the window on me and repeated "Come inside" in a very dismissive tone. I calmly asked to speak with the manager. A young man came and sarcastically said, "Come inside, I'll show you who the manager is." I politely explained that I represent the customer and even showed the name and order, but he ignored me and asked me to leave the drive-thru. I ultimately had to unassign the order and leave. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and disrespectful. Delivery drivers are part of the service process and should not be treated with such disregard. This location consistently shows poor behavior toward delivery drivers, which damages both customer service and Taco Bell's reputation. I hope this issue is addressed seriously by management. read more

This place is completely unethical. A fairly long line which is fine in the drive-through. However, when I finally get up to order the person says you need to expect up to a 15 minute delay. We have several large orders now if I would've known that ahead of time before I got all the way into the drive-through, I would've made a different choice, so I think it's the managers responsibility to come out and tell people before they pull into the drive-through that there is a very long line and wait. This location is my favorite for Taco Bell! I love the convenience of ordering through the app and picking up in the drive-thru. I also feel Taco Bell has a great reward system. I earned a free nachos bellgrande . So I ordered that and 2 bean & cheese burritos. My food was ready by the time I got to the window. And the girl who was working was friendly. This Taco Bell used to be great. Accurate orders, friendly employees, overall great customer service. Lately it's just completely gone down hill, especially customer service wise. The newer employees are argumentative on more than one occasion, which blows my mind on its own, but the biggest thing for me is that you literally cannot trust them. A couple times my change back has been shorted, one of the times I went inside after pulling out of the drive thru but no one would come to the counter. It wasn't much, mistakes happen, so I just walked out and let it go. Today however, she argued that they can't grill a cheesy roll up (they can, I do every single time) and repeatedly said "not at this Taco Bell," actually yes at this Taco Bell had one grilled at this Taco Bell last week. Then I get to the window and they were out of Pepsi and asked if I wanted another flavor, I said no thank you and to just take it off my order. She takes my card, hands me my food and my card and says "have a nice day" as she's closing the window. I immediately asked for my receipt. She walks away to get someone, I'm assuming he was the manager, I can see they have a cup of soda (looks like pepsi, but who knows) and they're checking it out. He then opens the window and says "you wanted a refund on the pepsi?" Wasn't supposed to be charged, but um...Sure? I just tell him "yes." So she tells me there's no Pepsi, doesn't take it off my order like asked, charges me for the Pepsi anyway, and tried quickly to send me on my way without a receipt. I just knew to ask for one to make sure, because I had a feeling she did not take the drink off my order despite being asked when I handed my card to her. And I was right. I came here once and they had a sewage issue where the toilets overflowed into the dining area. The stench upon entering was unreal. Rather than close the store down, clean and sanitize everything, they were still taking orders. The noxious fumes of the sewage alone should have been other peoples warning to leave like I did.
