I loveeeee lychee drinks so I had to try the Double Lychee drink. I usually add lychee jelly to all my drinks but opted out bc I was scared it would be too much lychee flavor so instead I put aloe and basil seeds. When I tasted the the drink, i did not taste any lychee at all. Very disappointed bc I could've added lychee jelly and it would've been better. I was doing errands in the area and looked up boba on Yelp. I found this place and the red velvet milktea stood out. I've been to a lot of boba places and I've never seen that flavor! The red velvet drink was good, I've never had a bad red velvet drink; but this one in particular felt like a standard red velvet drink, there wasn't much of a hint of any tea taste. I was kinda expecting like Milktea+red velvet taste. Maybe if you lower the sweetness you'll get some tea hints. They were out of the crystal noodle topping that people were talking about so I settled with regular boba. The boba was solid, decent texture, no chunky / hard parte. But I was spoiled by warm boba at another location so I've definitely had better. I know my boba so I was able to order fast and efficiently. Got my drinks really quick, it was an in and out transaction. There was a person in front of me though, who didn't really know anything about the drinks. He kept asking all sorts of questions. One of them was "whats the difference between Creme Brulee and the regular drink?" The worker said "one has creme brulee, the other one doesn't." I thought that was pretty funny but someone might find offense to this. Overall pretty good experience! I'll come back and try again, lower the sweetness on the red velvet and hopefully they have crystal noodle. read more

This boba place is so great! I was craving something sweet and cold to drink and boba is always my go to. I found Tocotea and there was a lot of parking spaces around the place and there was seating inside the shop to sit and enjoy. The interior was clean and very comfortable. I decided to order my favorite drink: Milk tea w/ lychee jelly 50% sugar no ice. In a blink of an eye, my drink was ready. Service was very speedy and employees were very friendly. Their tea was delicious and you could really taste the flavor of the tea. The quality was great! The only downside is it was on the pricey side but I would definitely come again! read more

Both were good and I got 80% sweet, I usually have a sweet tooth but I'll try 50% sweetness next time and I think that would be perfect. Got the Panda milk tea and it was soo good ! The unique crystal noodles were amazing ! The boba was kept warm . The staff was super friendly and even let me sample some of their special crystal noodle before ordering. Very nice atmosphere and love that's in the plaza right next to Krispy Kreme! Their mango freeze tastes just like mango shaved ice with condensed milk! They also have neat new seals for their cups which is definitely more secure than the plastic covers they were using before which didn't seem to be heated enough to stick so I'm glad they switched. Their Taro freeze on the other hand was slightly bland even though I chose 100% sweetness. Classic Milk Tea was not bad with regular boba. I wish they had a rewards program like some other boba shops but so far I'd totally come back. Their customer service so far has been nice too. read more

I was very happy that a boba milk tea finally opened at Union Landing. I've been here several times and each time the staff was very friendly. Their milk tea are okay, the boba is chewy and their are waffle pretty good. The only complaint I have is that they give way less boba then other boba milk tea places. Located in Lucky plaza. Plenty of parking spaces. Small store. They have a few small love seat sofas with coffee tables to sit at inside. There's also limited seating outside. We tried to order a rose milk tea but was disappointed because they ran out of black tea. Cashier told us it would take "a very long time to make more" and suggested we choose another drink. We were unsure if they were planning on making more as closing time was in ~2 hours and it was a week night. It's a little strange as a lot of other people were trying to order signature drinks that involved black tea. It was probably a bad judgement call on the staff to not brew more tea when black tea was running low. We then tried to get a green milk tea as we saw they had a cream cheese green tea option. But was told they did not have green tea. Strange. So we had to settle for the jasmine milk tea. We were told it was not possible to make the jasmine milk tea hot. Strange again. It apparently comes with coconut jelly though. (We opted to take this topping out). Jasmine Milk tea tasted watered down and very fragrant (almost like they added flavoring to it instead of brewing Jasmine tea). There wasn't much of a milky taste to it either. All it tasted like was the Jasmine fragrance and sugar. We also tried the matcha freeze. It was a milky/ creamy smoothie with a mild matcha taste. No toppings. Drinks were $5.75 each. Pretty pricey compared to other boba shops. Only one size cups that look to be a medium size cup. We were not asked for any adjustments ie Ice level, sugar level, etc. The menu was oddly positioned so you aren't facing it head on. The creme brulee brown sugar milk tea is really good! It's not too sweet and the milk doesn't dilute the creme brulee or sugar flavor.

Ordered a oolong tea with salted cheese and passionfruit yakult and was not satisfied. The oolong tea literally tasted like water and the salted cheese completely submerged into the drink without me shaking it. The passionfruit yakult had stronger flavor but at 50% sugar tasted way too sweet. Also the boba is very soggy. read more

Visited this place at around 9:30; though the hours said otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was still open. I really wanted to try their red velvet milk tea as I've never seen that flavor at a boba shop before, and was curious as to what it entailed. The drink totaled to $7, which is the most I've paid for a boba drink so far, but the portion made up for it. It was a pretty colored red milk tea with cheese foam on the top-- I think the cheese foam is what really made the drink "red velvet." Looking back, I do think the drink is just a regularly made milk tea with cheese foam and red food coloring, but it definitely was cute. read more

I came here around 7 pm and ordered the the Green Thai Tea and the Cream Cheese Black Tea. Both were really good and the costumer service was good toward us. BUT the group in front of us was not treated so well by the women with the pink shirt who was making the drink while ordering the drink with the cashier. They were ordering and one of the person in the group decided to change their mind with the sugar level and the women told them they already made the drink when they haven't even paid for it yet. The guy was like he still wanted to switch the sugar level but she said they already made it. I found that a bit rude since first off they haven't paid and secondly wouldn't you just remake it since that is what the costumer wants. Love this boba spot!!! Everything I have tried has been delicious. The matcha monster is my go to. I also love their brown sugar & milk boba with & without black tea. Their cream cheese black tea is amazing, their tiramisu is really good if you want some coffee, and all of the fruit green teas I have tried have been amazing. Never too sweet but just sweet enough. Their boba is so fresh, and I love the "can" option. The store is also really cute and has a great vibe and the workers are friendly. Good drinks, but my son ordered one that came in a tall cup (as opposed to the ones with a pop top/soda can style top) and they didn't have any straws that were long enough to use with that cup! He couldn't reach the boba with their short straws. When I went back in to see if they had longer straws, both of the employees in the front were confused-indicating that even they didn't know their straws aren't long enough for the cups they use. *face palm* unfortunately, I didn't take a picture to share here. read more

So disappointed...the tea is good but they missed what i wanted in the drink. I wanted milk tea at 25% sweet with boba but what I got is a milk tea with no boba. The label did say tapioca pearl with 25% sweet. The place was not even busy so I am not sure how they can completely miss the boba.
