Obsessed with this newly managed nail shop in Dublin! I came here on a Saturday late afternoon expecting a wait, but they were able to take me right in for a Mani and Pedi. Yvonne did my toes and she was SO friendly! I typically try to ignore conversations with the nail techs because I like my quiet time when I'm getting pampered (LOL) but she was so sweet, I couldn't not engage in a convo with her. The decor here is incredibly cute! It's definitely glammed. I did the deluxe pedicure ($55) and shellac mani ($35) before their current promo of 20% off! Oh, and want to know the next best thing about this place!? They have wine!! And they are not shy with their pours haha. I found my new go to place, y'all!! read more

Unhygienic and unprofessional. All the techs were handling money while working on clients and not changing gloves. None of the tools came out of a sterile or sealed bag. My big toes are raw from how badly they were cut, and now they're likely to grow in as ingrown nails. The whole service felt rushed, 20 minutes for mani and pedi. Terrible I won't be returning. read more

I had such an amazing experience here ! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and offered something to drink. The space was clean, modern, and smelled great always a good sign! I got manicure, acrylic full set, or spa pedicure, and my nail tech Vicky and Kelly was so gentle, professional, and detail-oriented. She took her time shaping my nails perfectly and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Nancy was super sweet and did a great job on my pedicure. The place was remodeled over a year ago and looks fantastic the massage chairs were a great addition. Overall I had a great experience, I came on Friday at 5pm with an appointment and waited about 15 minutes. They were somewhat busy so I would definitely recommend coming in with an appointment instead of as a walk in, so you're not waiting for too long. read more

I've been here twice now and I'm happy with their service. Both times have been consistent: easy walk in availability and amazing work by Leo. The second time, I came with my daughter, and she asked for designs on her nails. Vicky did a fantastic job with her nails. We've finally found a nail spa that we will return to over and over again. I'm absolutely obsessed with this nail salon. Heather is phenomenal and the first person (in a decade) who can do my nails better than me. I've had my nails done about 6 times and each manicure lasts minimum 3 weeks. I cannot recommend TNT enough. read more

Let me start this review off by saying I've had a hard time finding a go to nail salon, nail tech, & mail service. I've tried gel, gel-x, hard gel, acrylic, poly gel, you name it, from everywhere/everyone, even tried doing it on my own. My nails have never had good retention no matter what. After years of searching I finally found the perfect match! I've been going to see Heather here for about 3-4 months now. Let me say that each of her sets have lasted me at minimum 4 weeks. (My nails would never retain past 3 weeks.) The last set I had done lasted SIX WEEKS!!!! Not only is her quality of work amazing but so is her talent. She slays my nails every time. I'm not much of a picture taker, I wish I had pics of every set she's done on me so far, but she is spot on with whatever design or concept you ask for. Not to mention, the salon is super cute & relaxing. Please come here!! UPDATE: Nails lasted 5 1/2 weeks. No lifting whatsoever. Mind you, I'm always chasing around my two little ones so my hands are always getting banged up!! Super good! read more

We just moved to Dublin and was looking for a nail salon for a pedicure and full set since driving to San Jose each time was getting hard. We decided to give TNT a try. Well let me tell you... This place is AMAZING ! I have NEVER had a smoother heal (from all the calluses) but Heather made my feet so soft and smooth to the touch. My feet never looked better!! Let's move on to my full set. I have been going to k3 nails in Milpitas for quite awhile (maybe 4yrs) and every time I go my nails are slight different or shape is slightly different. Well.....let me tell you... Heather did an OUTSTANDING job!!! I have never been more in love with the shape of my nails. They are all even and well shaped, well colored! I have never loved my nails so much!! So far, I have gotten two pedicures from this elegant spa place in Dublin and it is amazing. their luxurious spa treatments and various colors are amazing. The nail spa is super clean and prices are not bad. We are talking, you walk in and pick a spa kit from their different smells, nice comfortable chairs and just relaxing atmosphere. I definitely make the drive from San Leandro to Dublin to come here. read more

My first time trying this place out. I wasn't really finding a nice new nail salon since moving to Dublin and kept going back to my old place in San Ramon but finally found a place across the street from my neighborhood that I like. It's clean, modern and new. Good selection of colors. Great attention to my hand and foot massages. They accept cash, Venmo or Zelle. They offer the deluxe pedicure packages which I might try next visit but I wanted to see how I liked their basic 'cures first. Prices are same as everywhere else: $60 for mani and pedi Before tip. I'm so glad I found TNT Nails. Vicky has done my manicure twice. The first was a nude nail w a tip design in neon yellow and now it's a mauve nail with chrome. She was patient w me the first time, when I kept nicking the nails in the UV light machine and her attention to detail is phenomenal. As for the place itself, it's so pretty. I got the TNT Luxury Spa Pedicure today and today was the best pedicure I have gotten from here ever. The service is supposed to come with a 20 minute massage I think but today they said it was only 15, but regardless she really was massaging for about 18 minutes and I was fine with that. They also give you a glass of wine if you ask for it with this specific pedicure. Ask for Nancy, she did a wonderful job today! read more

Very nice place and friendly staff! However, they used hot alcohol to remove dip power which was painful and left chunks of dried dip powder on my finger tips. It was painful to remove since it was hardened. Interesting technique to apply dip powder, not the typical layers of your finger getting dipped but rather a brush and a thick layer of dip powder applied. Also, she used a random nail clip she found to cut my cuticle/dead skin. I was kind of uncomfortable halfway through but I felt it was too late to just leave. read more

The audacity to have their customer wait 45-60 mins past their appointment and when you ask how much longer, "Just a little bit". They're afraid to give you a time because they are GREEDY and want to make money at the expense of your time. If you have an appointment expect to wait 45-60 mins while they service walk ins. Heather takes walk ins even though she has you booked for an appointment. Happened to me twice. First time I let it go empathizing for the business owner, thinking she has a lot on her plate. Second time? Seems like a pattern of unethical business practice so I walked out. Oh and if you plan on bringing a friend/relative and book 2 appointments (like I did), be prepared for them to ask if they can do 1 person at a time, work on another customer, and go back to the person you brought! Truly typical bad asian nail shop behavior. read more

Came here on a whim after looking at a few salons in the area. I work close by so I thought I'd give it a shot. The building is clean, well lit and really nicely decorated. When I came in they got right to work doing a fill and pedicure. Nancy and Vicky were attentive, asking questions about anything and everything. I did get double teamed, which at time can feel rushed but not here. I felt like my time was still valued and I was looked after. I will be coming back on pay day to get my nails done! this place was alright, but unfortunately, my experiences with their pedicure services have been…read morepretty disappointing. the first time i came here, i got acrylic nails and a pedicure. my acrylic nails turned out great! the design was exactly what i wanted, and i was really happy with them. however, the pedicure was a different story. it felt rushed, and i don't think enough time or effort was spent removing the dead skin around my nail beds or on my heels. i left with my heels still feeling rough instead of soft and smooth like they usually do after a good pedicure. i decided to give them another chance and came back for a second pedicure, but unfortunately, this experience was even worse. a man did my pedicure this time, and i honestly felt like he barely did anything to my feet. he lightly passed the pumice stone over the bottoms of my feet, but there was no actual scrubbing or effort put into removing the dead skin. my feet felt almost exactly the same as they did when i walked in. what made the experience even more uncomfortable was his demeanor. he gave off the impression that he didn't want to be there and seemed annoyed that he was even asked to do my pedicure. i can't say for sure that's how he felt, but that's definitely how his attitude came across. because of that, i didn't even feel comfortable speaking up about how unhappy i was with the service. i just wanted to finish and leave. on a positive note, the young woman who did my acrylic nails was absolutely amazing! unfortunately, i didn't catch her name, but she sits around the second or third chair from the right in the front row. she did a beautiful job, paid attention to detail, and i genuinely have no complaints about her work. i really wanted to like this place, especially because of how well my acrylic nails turned out, but after two disappointing pedicures, i'm hesitant to return. i think they really need to improve the quality and consistency of their pedicure services. removing dead skin around the nail beds and heels is an important part of a pedicure, and customers shouldn't leave feeling like their feet weren't properly taken care of. i don't mind paying for good service, but i do expect to receive the service i'm paying for. unfortunately, that just hasn't been my experience here when it comes to pedicures.

I asked her the morning of my appt that was scheduled for 4 pm if she could take me in the morning instead and less than an hour later i was at her spot. this was at like 8 am mind you. i'm usually not a diva like that but had to take my dog to the vet that afternoon so i was super blessed that she was able to take me in asap! services: - mani w. hard gel $55 (+ gel x removal $20) her cuticle work goes insane!! for both mani and pedi. not one nip. i'm obsessed with the color i got too and love the shape. the last place i went to didn't fully remove the gel x nails when i transitioned from x to hard but Vee did! my nails feel so freee - royal pedi $70 (+ gel removal $15) rookie move of me to think regular polish was gonna be better than i remember but was instantly reminded of why i hate it. i'll def be getting hard gel next time (cause yes ill be back!) other: plenty of parking and easy to find inside. you're not walking through a maze to find her studio like at other sola salons.

I mentioned this before booking because I know most salons primarily work with gel polish. The receptionist confirmed they could accommodate my request, although they had a limited selection of regular polish colors. She even offered to text me photos of the available colors, which she did. During our conversation, I explained that I have contact dermatitis, which is why I normally choose regular nail polish instead of gel. Even after I explained this, I felt I was repeatedly encouraged to switch to gel. I even said that if regular polish truly wasn't an option, I would consider trying gel despite my concerns. Instead of honoring the appointment they had already agreed to, I received a message stating they would not provide the service because of my contact dermatitis and that they would be refusing service altogether. I completely respect a business's right to decline services for safety or liability reasons. However, what I found disappointing was that my appointment was initially accepted after I clearly explained I wanted regular polish, only for the decision to change after I disclosed my medical condition. I would have appreciated clear communication from the beginning rather than being led to believe the appointment was confirmed.

I have been getting my nails done here every 4-5 weeks for the past year (dip manicure and/or fill with gel polish). They have a great selection of colors and offer other services like waxing, eyelash extensions, and pedicures. Heather is always prompt, meticulous with the nail prep and shape, easy to work with. There are zero issues with my nails chipping or debonding/lifting even at 6 weeks. I won't go anywhere else besides TNT Nails.
