TNT Logistics did a fantastic job. I've had my items in storage for a little bit over 5 months, so some of my boxes were tattered. They took great care in retaping the boxes before delivering them to ensure that my items came in the condition in which I packed them. They were fast and timely, efficient but also very careful. Nothing was thrown around. The thing that was most impressive to me was how friendly my crew members were (Jorge, Cesar and I believe Alex) and how organized they were. Very satisfied! Would recommend to anyone still mulling over different movers. TNT Logistics has what it takes. read more

Extremely poor service all around. - They just did not want to pack and more on the unpacking. - Broke my 500$ Table, dirtied mattress - Stole my suitcases, monitors and shoes. I say stole - because they packed randomly in boxes and after letting them know I cannot find these items they mentioned we delivered all the boxes!! - Unpacking is a nightmare - they just went on dumping goods in random places and were rude and not willing to adjust them into desired places. This was done via premium 10 grand plus service and for inter state move. (2BR!!) Never use them for anything. Stay away from them. read more

TNT took care of my international relocation flawlessly. From the moment that Fernando and his team (Sergio and Walter) arrived, they put me at ease. They were very clear about communicating to me the process and what I could expect during the day. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was moved carefully and cleaned up as they went along. They were a well-oiled machine and completed the job efficiently. They were professional but also good people with whom I felt comfortable handling my memories and special belongings. I highly recommend TNT Logistics and this crew! read more

TNT logistics handled my move from California to Washington, and I honestly could not have been more elated with the entire experience. The entire process was stress free, prompt, professional, and just went completely seamlessly. I always brace myself for the odd broken item or two, which happens when you move, and I had so many very fragile items, large glass pieces, etc. everything was organized to perfection and handled with such care. Could not recommend this company more. read more

Really disappointing that these movers still, a year into the coronavirus crisis, still do not keep their masks on their faces. Moving is hard work, and covering the mouth and nose makes breathing hard. Guess what? You catch a bad case of Covid and it's even harder to breathe. Not wearing good masks properly is disrespectful to everyone: one's self, one's colleagues, and the people in the buildings where you are working. Your work is harder now, so take more time with it and charge more. AND WEAR A MASK. read more

Tom, Ben and the entire crew worked tirelessly for two days to pack up and move out our belongings after being in the same home 25 years. They were professional and very flexible. Every time we had a question they had an answer and it was almost always "No problem!" They packed out their trash when they were done loading. I'm also pleased that Tom will also be leading the delivery crew in our new location. read more

I have moved several times in my corporate career and as Tom and his crew are pulling away from our new destination in Westlake Village, I am still amazed at the level of professionalism and care this team provided from beginning to end. The packing was expertly done and if there was ever a question about anything they asked first rather than assuming. They were super efficient yet meticulous with their care moving out and then in all the boxes, furniture, paintings and electronics. The unpack at the new destination made moving in easier and certainly took stress off my wife and myself, which we needed. Bottom line: These guys are professional! Tom, their Director of Operations, knows that customer service is #1. He goes above and beyond. I feel like have a friend in the moving business now! I recommend them 100% if you are moving anywhere your next adventure takes you. read more

My job paid to have me relocated from California to Houston Texas. The movers were great very fast and efficient. Everything went well I even tipped one of the movers via cashapp to split with the other movers. Fast forward to today I finally unpacked my items which I received on 9/7/22, which got to me pretty fast being that it was packed on 8/22/22. I unpacked all my items, to discover my whole expensive cologne collection was missing. The mover that I tipped, was the one who packed everything in my room. He never recorded cologne on the manifest he just labeled it as miscellaneous. I have a whole box that contained everything that was on my nightstand except my cologne bottles. When I spoke with the CEO Lance, he belittled me as if I was lying even said the movers are Hispanic and most of them don't know how to spell so thats the reason why my cologne was never recorded on the manifest. He was yelling at me saying I'm one out of thousands who reported theft the mover didn't have my items in his possession which I found funny because why would he have my items at work? Or do you live with him? He said they don't even know what expensive cologne is, and it's not valuable. Some of my cologne cost over 400 bucks and was never opened some I even bought from Italy. He stated that the mover packed it in alot of paper which wasn't true because I checked all of that and never found anything. I don't recommend hiring this company for your move, even the own CEO doesn't value his customers, he had no regard for items being stolen. read more

This company has been storing a piano of mine since 2015. I have called multiple times in the last week to have my piano delivered to me. I have asked for a return phone call and have not heard from one person. They only have one phone number and it seems to be the number for everyone that works there. Very disappointed! read more

OK so this is our 9th or 10th or 11th move...I can't keep track. the guys at TNT are very professional and efficient at getting the job done quickly. We had Tommy and Clark pack us up on the first of two days and then a crew of 4 who loaded our furniture and boxes the second day. Tommy and Clark are awesome and the loading crew was great. We have had some really bad experiences with moving crews/companies and this is by far the best we've had so far. If you have moved a number of times you know these guys are better than other companies. The prices for the level of service are very reasonable. (you get what you pay for...if you are paying less...you get a lesser level of service.) I will also say I believe it is unfair for past reviewers to post 1 star based on a quote and not for services done. It is a business and in order to make money they have to set a minimum for things like gas, insurance, supplies, labor, etc. Like any business they have to focus on the business which makes them money. A review can't fault a company for setting minimums. There are services which focus on the smaller business and hopefully clients with smaller jobs find the resources that focus on their needs. Thanks again, Tommy and Clark and TNT Logistics you made our move an easy one. read more

Don't you DARE look elsewhere!! Lance and his team were BEYOND wonderful during our move. My husband and I were transferred to San Francisco from Phoenix, AZ for work, and moving into the city was a huge adjustment from the desert. I can't tell you how invaluable it was having such caring, careful, and kind movers to help with the process. Our apartment is in the heart of SF on the trolley line, so these guys worked some serious magic to get our furniture and boxes in with the ease they did. Truly, they are phenomenal at what they do. HIRE THEM!! read more

I have moved dozens of times....across country as well as across town. I've moved 5 times in the East Bay over the past 12 years. I will never use another company after moving with TNT. From the quick and accurate estimate from Nick to the completion of the move, I was never disappointed. They packed me on a Monday and moved me on a Tuesday. It was the easiest most stress free move I've ever experienced. Huge kudos to Tom who engineered my actual move. He even loaded the truck in effort to unload all my electronics first so Xfinity could be installed on the same day. Literally nothing left to chance. Professional, friendly, and totally knows how to make moving as easy as possible. read more

TNT Logistics moved me from California to Arizona. They were wonderful to work with. They helped me finish the packing and loaded all of my stuff on the truck. They warehoused the truck for a couple days to allow my house to close and give me time to drive to Arizona. Everything went very smoothly. I would use them again if I ever move. read more

I have worked with Lance at TNT for all of the corporate moves that my company has in and out of San Francisco. Lance has bailed us out in providing top notch quality service on more last minute moves than I can count. He is truly the embodiment of a professional and I would recommend TNT to any individual or company looking for a quality service. read more

There's nothing worst than moving other than trying to purchase a home in Danville, CA. That's where TNT Logistics comes into play. Thomas Porter and his crew are awesome. When I arrived in the San Ramon/Danville area two years ago, I had no idea how tough it would be to find a home. I've had to move twice in less than a year. The guys at TNT Logistic moved furniture sized for a 3k square foot home twice without any damage. Thomas is the lead project manager; he scoped the amount of work and accurately estimated the time and cost to do the job right down to the hour. His crew are self-starters; you don't have to tell them to get going; when they arrive, you better be ready to move because they'll have your place cleared within two hours. The crew is courteous, they remember the details about what goes in the house versus what needs to be stored, and, they know how to maximize storage space (I have 2k square feet of furniture stored in a one car parking space in a two car garage! I was so impressed with Thomas and the TNT crew; I bought them lunch each time they did the work! The cost of services (money that I did not have to waste) was priced fair and at the market of other movers; that was secondary to the quality of service, reliability, efficiency, and safety exemplified by TNT. I highly recommend Thomas Porter and TNT. You may contact me through Yelp for more information. I'll be straight-up with the answers. read more

I'm so glad I chose these guys. The move began with them asking if they could show up EARLY. They were very friendly and made things very simple. They moved some very heavy furniture up a turning stairwell. It was pretty impressive. There was No damage and they were sure to ask and look over things. They were really quick and seemed to care about not wasting time/my money. I will always use them. read more

These guys are awesome! We had a couch that we tried getting into our condo and it would not fit through the doorway because of a pillar in front that made it pretty much impossible for large items to get through. But these guys amazed me when they were able to lift the couch over the railing and pull it through the window in front of our doorway. It literally was like a mission impossible. We will definitley be using them again in the future! read more

We've used Nick to move twice so far. And have been quite impressed both times. Nick and crew showed up on time and got down to work immediately after a quick tour. Mauricio was packing our things faster than any one I've ever seen. No dents or damaged in of the things we moved. Very prompt in responding over text or emails. Gave a very fair estimate. Highly recommended! read more

We had a solid experience with Lance and his team! Miguel and his crew were professional, super careful, and mind-boggling fast. I do hope that I won't have to move house again anytime soon, but if fate leads me down that path, I'll call TNT for sure. Thanks guys! read more

Our experience with TNT Logistics was such a positive one! Nick was very friendly and professional. He accommodated us when our moving date kept changing. The movers themselves were OUTSTANDING! So professional and respectful. They worked their butts off! Not once did I see them sitting around or wasting time. And even though they were working so hard, they always had a smile on their faces. I'd like to give special recognition to their team leader, Sergio. You will have no complaints if you get his team. He constantly told us, "Whatever you want... Whatever you need... We want to make sure everything is how you want it." And they did a great job protecting our items. I could go on and on. Hubby and I have already and will continue to recommend these movers. Nick and Clark packed up my pod a month ago and I was so impressed with TNT. Nick is the owners son and he was so kind to me while I was going through so much stress with moving. He came over to my place to check if my stuff would fit into my pod. He said it was going to be tight and be willing to give up some things. Well, Clark arrived first and was like a dynamo , wrapping all of my furniture with moving blankets that I had bought. By the time Nick arrived, they were so awesome, getting all of my things into the pod within two hours! Truly amazing. Best part all of my stuff fit thanks to their great packing! I can't say enough about this amazing company and Nick and Clark. Look no further when u want great service at the right price! Thanks Nick and Clark! read more

We needed to move a 3100 square foot home in Marin and got TNT's name referred to me by my previous employer. Lance and his team came in and made us feel entirely at ease as we planned and executed the easiest and most hassle free move of our life. It's a wonderful family owned/operated business and his team could not have been more professional, courteous and kind. My 4 year old daughter (who is occasionally shy) loved them all and they were buddies. My pregnant wife didn't need to lift a finger and they all made sure that she was comfortable and at ease. In the end, super easy move - nothing broken and new friends were made. Their service and professionalism was as close to a "Four Seasons" experience as you can get. HIGHLY recommended. read more

Nick, Tom and all their crew are awesome! I never thought moving could be that easy. Before the move, they helped us to get all the materials we needed. On the day of the move, they showed up right on time. They had us out of our old house and completely into the new one in six hours flat...and that included unhooking and re-hooking appliances and dis-assembling and re-assembling furniture. They were friendly and careful...there wasn't a scratch on any of the furniture and the walls and carpets were unscathed by the move. The price was more than fair for the services provided...we would pay that and more to have them move us again. We couldn't be happier. If and when we move again, TNT will be our first call. read more

TNT helped pack our belongings on our departure for Sydney and they did an amazing job. Top notch.

We have used movers twice before and this was our best experience so far. Previously we had only moved within San Ramon but this time we moved out of state and Nick and Thomas and crew made it seamless. They are so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Nick always responded to emails promptly leading up to moving day.
