Extremely poor service all around. - They just did not want to pack and more on the unpacking. - Broke my 500$ Table, dirtied mattress - Stole my suitcases, monitors and shoes. I say stole - because they packed randomly in boxes and after letting them know I cannot find these items they mentioned we delivered all the boxes!! - Unpacking is a nightmare - they just went on dumping goods in random places and were rude and not willing to adjust them into desired places. This was done via premium 10 grand plus service and for inter state move. (2BR!!) Never use them for anything. Stay away from them. read more

TNT Logistics did a fantastic job. I've had my items in storage for a little bit over 5 months, so some of my boxes were tattered. They took great care in retaping the boxes before delivering them to ensure that my items came in the condition in which I packed them. They were fast and timely, efficient but also very careful. Really disappointing that these movers still, a year into the coronavirus crisis, still do not keep their masks on their faces. Moving is hard work, and covering the mouth and nose makes breathing hard. Guess what? You catch a bad case of Covid and it's even harder to breathe. My job paid to have me relocated from California to Houston Texas. The movers were great very fast and efficient. Everything went well I even tipped one of the movers via cashapp to split with the other movers. Fast forward to today I finally unpacked my items which I received on 9/7/22, which got to me pretty fast being that it was packed on 8/22/22. I unpacked all my items, to discover my whole expensive cologne collection was missing. The mover that I tipped, was the one who packed everything in my room. He never recorded cologne on the manifest he just labeled it as miscellaneous. I have a whole box that contained everything that was on my nightstand except my cologne bottles. When I spoke with the CEO Lance, he belittled me as if I was lying even said the movers are Hispanic and most of them don't know how to spell so thats the reason why my cologne was never recorded on the manifest. He was yelling at me saying I'm one out of thousands who reported theft the mover didn't have my items in his possession which I found funny because why would he have my items at work? Or do you live with him? He said they don't even know what expensive cologne is, and it's not valuable. Some of my cologne cost over 400 bucks and was never opened some I even bought from Italy. He stated that the mover packed it in alot of paper which wasn't true because I checked all of that and never found anything. I don't recommend hiring this company for your move, even the own CEO doesn't value his customers, he had no regard for items being stolen. read more

OK so this is our 9th or 10th or 11th move...I can't keep track. the guys at TNT are very professional and efficient at getting the job done quickly. We had Tommy and Clark pack us up on the first of two days and then a crew of 4 who loaded our furniture and boxes the second day. Tommy and Clark are awesome and the loading crew was great. We have had some really bad experiences with moving crews/companies and this is by far the best we've had so far. If you have moved a number of times you know these guys are better than other companies. The prices for the level of service are very reasonable. (you get what you pay for...if you are paying less...you get a lesser level of service.) I will also say I believe it is unfair for past reviewers to post 1 star based on a quote and not for services done. It is a business and in order to make money they have to set a minimum for things like gas, insurance, supplies, labor, etc. Like any business they have to focus on the business which makes them money. A review can't fault a company for setting minimums. There are services which focus on the smaller business and hopefully clients with smaller jobs find the resources that focus on their needs. When I arrived in the San Ramon/Danville area two years ago, I had no idea how tough it would be to find a home. I've had to move twice in less than a year. The guys at TNT Logistic moved furniture sized for a 3k square foot home twice without any damage. Thomas is the lead project manager; he scoped the amount of work and accurately estimated the time and cost to do the job right down to the hour. His crew are self-starters; you don't have to tell them to get going; when they arrive, you better be ready to move because they'll have your place cleared within two hours. The crew is courteous, they remember the details about what goes in the house versus what needs to be stored, and, they know how to maximize storage space (I have 2k square feet of furniture stored in a one car parking space in a two car garage! We had a couch that we tried getting into our condo and it would not fit through the doorway because of a pillar in front that made it pretty much impossible for large items to get through. But these guys amazed me when they were able to lift the couch over the railing and pull it through the window in front of our doorway. It literally was like a mission impossible. On the day of the move, they showed up right on time. They had us out of our old house and completely into the new one in six hours flat...and that included unhooking and re-hooking appliances and dis-assembling and re-assembling furniture. Nick and Clark were AWESOME!!! Very professional and really nice!!! They made sure to do things right! They moved a REALLY heavy sleeper sofa couch from the garage to the upstairs. It wouldn't fit easily thru the front door at first, but they thought it thru and were able to get it thru the second time no problem. My stair case has 2 turns and again....the couch was VERY heavy! They were very methodical, strategically planning out each move to get the couch upstairs with no scratches or damages. They worked very well as a team!
