I have not contributed on Yelp thus far (though rely on it regularly) but felt a need to echo the other 5 star ratings. Lance came by on very short notice (within 48 hours) and on time to conduct a thorough review of our place and answered all the questions we had. Within a week, our two day move-out service started. Tommy, Clark and their team came precisely on time and from the start were friendly, knowledgeable, and utterly organized for our international move. All items were meticulously dismantled (where applicable) boxed, packaged, labelled and prepared to be loaded the next day. On day two, the same team arrived right on time and without wasting any time, finalized the packing and the proceeded to load the truck with conviction. To be honest, I felt bad just sitting around (ok - I was checking work emails) while the team was working so hard that we felt obliged to pick up their lunch and provide refreshments for which they were so appreciative. Throughout the move, Tommy and Clark were keeping us updated as to their progress and asking if they could do anything else for us... and they were not trite about it. As with all reviews - I suppose you are seeking a little gem to find out what could have been done better...perhaps they could have offered a clean-up service to vacuum the place prior to move-out or perhaps wash our car.... - ok that is irrelevant and out of scope! Apart from that, I do struggle to find anything to criticize. The team looks professional and is professional and can see why the ratings are consistently strong here on yelp. This will be our third international move and this team is by far the best! "Look no further" - as they say - and just give Lance a call to schedule a walk-through and then be prepared to feel guilty and lazy (like I did) while the TNT team takes good care of your move. What made our experience with TNT logistics memorable was: 1) We didn't move ourselves (finally!) and 2) The professionalism the crew effortlessly moved all of our furniture and boxes in one day. Moving is kind of like cleaning up after our own wedding reception: It usually comes early the next day, don't want to do it and we'd like to get on with the awesomeness that is rest of our lives. Hiring TNT was the second best decision my wife ever made! The lead, Tommy, showed up at our door promptly early in the AM (move morning) and coordinated packing, wrapping and lifting everything, including stuff we didn't know we had. By 7:00 that night all contents were strategically placed in our new house without a scratch. The next day, Mauricio helped us unpack and dispose of the boxes and paper. And I mean BOXES and PAPER! One of the cool ideas Tommy offered was to reach out to the owners of the property we purchased to see if they had someone slated to help them move. Because they did not, TNT facilitated their move which made the transition to our new place quick (within 24 hours after closing) while providing TNT with detailed information about where to put our items. We moved on April 2nd so this review is long overdue! It was a local move in San Ramon, from one 2-story home to another 2-story. We were so impressed with Tommy and his team of professional, strong men. They arrived on time, we had a walk through the house and these guys wasted no time in getting to work. Tommy set our mind at ease as he reassured us that they would take care of us and that they did. These men are efficient, they work carefully, quickly and were very pleasant throughout the move. They helped us with the remaining packing of items, especially in our garage, for which we were extremely grateful. All was packed and unpacked smoothly, without damage, and I loved the way they didn't just throw items into the garage at the new home, but placed/stacked everything so neatly. This company clearly has moving down to a science. I would use their services again if needed and would not hesitate to recommend them anytime the opportunity arises. read more

This is the best experience I have ever had in moving, and that is saying a lot! I am 64 years old and have moved a lot, from southern to Northern California, across country several times. Moving is normally a stressful event. But not with TNT Logistics. Tom moved my office to my home. He was on time (actually early). He wrapped everything carefully; nothing was scratched or broken. He was polite and able to handle the security at my lobby when I got upset. He asked me where I wanted each piece of furniture and boxes (I had 3 different floors), then told me I could go relax and they would take care of it. He did! Tom was so kind and fast that I actually started to cry -- I was so relieved. I have been dreading this move for 2 months. Very thankful for this band of brothers from TNT Logistics! After a not so good pack up from Hawai'i, they really made things look easy and they earned my trust. Cesar Velez and his brothers were very efficient. They called me morning of the delivery and advised when they will be on site. Once at our home they walked me through how to double check our boxes and make sure everything was accounted for. Not just that they also made sure they dispose of the boxes and packing material that were used. They also assembled the furniture we had. The move was very organized. They were very courteous and thoughtful about what else we needed. It was very reassuring. They knew what they were doing and add to that took care of our belongings and I saw they cared and not just doing a job on a Saturday. I don't like to leave Yelp reviews but feel so strongly about TNT Logistics that I had to do it. We hired Nick and his team for a local move and they were exceptional - professional, class acts. Nick was flexible, made sure the team understood our needs, and worked with us to ensure a positive experience. Everyone who helped us the move was great to work with. Clark and Tom helped with whatever we requested the day of the move. Moving is so stressful and these guys work to make everything as easy as possible - from packing to move day. They do not waste time and are respectful. They were receptive to our requests, worked efficiently and carefully, made sure our new floors stayed protected, and are kind people. Moving is never easy but if you have to do it I suggest calling TNT Logistics. I am a military wife and we were transferred back east. Today I had the best experience that I have ever had with moving and believe me I know moving! This is our 15th and final move. Clark and Tom showed up bright and early, packed the house, and were done at about 3:30. They were efficient, trustworthy & thorough. I love the attention to every detail. I'd heard all sorts of bad stories about movers! TNT Logistics are something else entirely. This company's experience in this business really shows from the office staff to the moving crew. Alex and Daniel moved my stuff from the Bay Area to southern California a couple of weeks ago. They were on time, efficient, totally professional, and very nice people. I was impressed with how they wrapped my furniture, protected door frames from possible damage, and attended to every detail. I recommend TNT Logistic 110%. Rene, Manuel, and Ivan did an absolutely phenomenal job packing up and moving our stuff for a big out-of-state move. They were timely, efficient, careful, thoughtful, and really nice. Not only did they do a wonderful job of taking apart our furniture and packing up our stuff from our condo, they also went back through a bunch of boxes that a different moving company packed a bit more haphazardly, inventoried the goods, and repacked them into sturdier boxes. This was the best moving experience I've experienced, and I would definitely recommend them moving forward. read more

All I could say while they were moving was wow. TNT logistics was professional, organized, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. Their level of organization was outstanding and they made our office move go smoother that I could have ever imagined. Nick and his crew are awesome! we have used them twice, once for a local move and now for a long distance and both times they have been amazing. They are fast, clean, efficient and just really nice guys. we are a family of 5 and they loaded our 5 bedroom house in a half a day. They even take the time to disassemble or reassemble beds or furniture. they helped me un-mount my 60' flat screen and brought TV boxes for all 4 of my tvs. I would recommend their services to anyone. read more
