Both times the team arrived with their truck on schedule and communicated well all throughout the process. They took time to make sure all furniture was wrapped and adequately protected, and their office also called in to check up as well. I will say this time there was some damage on some of the wheels of a clothing rack but it was in a pretty fragile state to begin with so it isn't a big deal at all. All in all the company is top notch and we will definitely reach out again for our moving needs.
