Don't use these people to move. After reviewing my home and saying they would be able to move me with a timeline of 6 hours, they showed up with 2 trucks and a trailer! This was no where near enough capacity for my 2 bedroom household. The job ended up taking 7.5 hours with about 20% of my stuff left behind. Here's the crappy part...he wanted to charge me more to come back and get the stuff they couldn't fit. Most of the loading time was spent trying to make things fit and I was thoroughly disappointed with their service. Sure they can lift stuff...but after having to spend another 2 days moving stuff in my little car..I am not happy. And here is the cherry on top....I overpaid on my check (my mistake) but only realized when he sent me the invoice...instead of sending me the over payment back he fudged the numbers on the invoice. It's a family moving company with family service. As a father and son operation, they were fair and friendly. They helped us move a storage unit of boxes to another storage unit. They also helped me move a student's furniture and boxes to another storage unit. They were very nice and everything was delivered in one piece except a wheel on my chair came off. Warning: they do not seem to have a hard top covered truck. They moved my stuff in an open bed truck and an open bed trailer. Make sure to not move on a rainy day. Otherwise, we'll likely be using them in the future. read more

Oh my goodness. This review is a couple weeks late but we are still settling in. My husband and I were unexpectedly left without help to unpack our 26 foot truck the day we moved to Tracy. So we unpacked just enough to get to our beds and left the rest for the next day. We were planning on hiring someone outside of Home Depot or lowes but apparently that's not allowed in Tracy!? Nonetheless, we weren't sure what to do. I found Graham's on yelp and decided to call but got no answer. But he called right back!! And I told him what we needed and he sent his son an hour later and the pay was completely reasonable!! When his son showed up, he was awesome! Didn't take any breaks and just kept on moving, it didn't matter how big anything was or that he had to go upstairs. He got the job done and was very professional and kind!!
