When the truck came, the driver asked me what my price was quoted to me, and I told him and he just shook his head and said normally you know we charge a lot more than that. As time went on, it took them probably 15 minutes to get moving. They were low energy moving a bit slow. The one passenger said he was tired because the day before was his birthday and he stayed up a bit late. When they were finished I was told that a haul like that would cost $750. I told him you get paid by the hour. Why are you worried about it? It was just odd that the price was mentioned more than once. Sorry Brandyn I just thought you would like to know.

I understand that having a vehicle towed is already a frustrating situation, but the way I was treated when I came in to pick up my vehicle made the experience even worse. The woman working in the office was extremely rude and disrespectful. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and no effort whatsoever to provide decent customer service. What really stood out to me was when she made a comment that she was "already over today" and that she "didn't care if she got fired." That alone says a lot about the level of professionalism being provided to customers. I wasn't expecting anyone to make an unpleasant situation enjoyable, but I do expect to be treated with basic respect when I'm paying to retrieve my vehicle. All Star Towing really needs to reconsider who they have representing their business in the front office. The entire interaction was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and completely unnecessary.
