To start off I set out multiple emails to business we believe to be good with the reviews, I like to have at least 3, getting price quotes and more information on our project, in this instance it was spring cleaning stuff, old mattress, couch, inflatable spa, etc. I sent out my email and within mins Brandon emailed me back from Big BLue Junk, and times they can do if I needed it sooner. I made the appointment with Big Blue because I believe they have the best value and well experience There price was the 2nd lowest, but I knew what to expect, 1 truck, 2 men, (I tried to help, but I have trouble moving around at times, and Im allergic to cats, the couch out side had alot of cat hair, they took care of it for me, i didn't really have to lift a finger, these guys were super friendly, and in and out in no time... In addition, they disassembled the dresser in my driveway and left several nails scattered on the ground, which I didn't notice until I pulled my car back in. These guys are the BEST! I found there business on one of the trucks coming from a work job while driving from home so I took a picture. I'm so glad they did because they were huge lifesavers it cleaning up all the junk from our remodel. Other Junk Hauls couldn't give us an estimate and were making us jump through hoops. I just texted Big Blue in the morning and they gave me an estimate even said "We want to be exact so we can come by and check!" Also, there was no pressure for us to do the job, but when they came out two hours later and gave us the exact quote it was an amazing deal! So we just had them haul it out the same day. I first used Big Blue Junk Removal in 2019 after my brother recommended them to me. I had purchased a property from an auction that had hoarders living in it and there was a massive amount of trash and rodents. I got bids from various companies and there were even a few companies that refused to do the job because of the amount of trash and rodents that they saw. After getting several estimates, Big Blue Junk Removal was the most reasonably priced. As part of the deal, they also demolished the kitchen cabinets and other parts of the house for me. Big Blue Junk Removal ended up doing a total of 18 trucks loads within 2 days for that job. They were several trucks that showed up to do the job even though it was raining and boy did they work fast! When they were done, they raked and swept the place clean. I was so impressed with their services that I continue to use them today. I call them when the dumpster gets too high before garbage day, when I need a clean out for a garage or house, and most recently, I had them do a demolition to a house that I purchased.
