Big Blue Junk Removal - Thank you guys so much for the pick up! - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

To start off I set out multiple emails to business we believe to be good with the reviews, I like to have at least 3, getting price quotes and more information on our project, in this instance it was spring cleaning stuff, old mattress, couch, inflatable spa, etc. I sent out my email and within mins Brandon emailed me back from Big BLue Junk, and times they can do if I needed it sooner. I made the appointment with Big Blue because I believe they have the best value and well experience There price was the 2nd lowest, but I knew what to expect, 1 truck, 2 men, (I tried to help, but I have trouble moving around at times, and Im allergic to cats, the couch out side had alot of cat hair, they took care of it for me, i didn't really have to lift a finger, these guys were super friendly, and in and out in no time... We gave them ice water and everyone was happy.. ;-) I would highly recommend Big Blue Junk Removal anytime you need to get rid of stuff, they have great competitive prices, super friendly, and experienced.. read more

The crew showed up on time and were ready to work right away. I had sent pictures in advance, and when the items to haul away were confirmed, they got started. They were courteous and efficient. They needed to break apart a heavy concrete item, but were prepared with the proper tools. They cleaned up when they were done, and took payment by card with no hassle. I would use this service again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a haul-away service. read more

I highly recommend using Big Blue Junk Removal. I had a bunch of old furniture that was taking up space in my garage. I called them up and someone came out that same day! What I really appreciated was how kind and communicative everyone was. I was told a time frame and contacted during that time frame with an ETA. Everyone was really nice and they got the job done quickly. They also accept a lot of forms of payments including Apple Pay. Junk pickups are things we have to do sometimes, and having a company like Big Blue Junk Removal do it so quickly and easily makes such a difference. The value and the service can't be beat. read more

Fast service, great price and superb staff! I would highly recommend them if you have a job. They cleaned out my shed junk in no time!

I saw in Google that they were offering a special deal. I called and spoke to Brandon and scheduled to pick up. When the truck came, the driver asked me what my price was quoted to me, and I told him and he just shook his head and said normally you know we charge a lot more than that. As time went on, it took them probably 15 minutes to get moving. They were low energy moving a bit slow. The one passenger said he was tired because the day before was his birthday and he stayed up a bit late. When they were finished I was told that a haul like that would cost $750. I told him you get paid by the hour. Why are you worried about it? It was just odd that the price was mentioned more than once. Sorry Brandyn I just thought you would like to know. read more

The service was impeccable! They called when they were 20 to 30 minutes away. The service I requested, they did plus, completely more that my mom had on the side yard. The value was amazing! Our corner is so clean and part of the backyard is as well. It feels so good to have all the junk gone! We are going to use them in the near future. Thank you! read more

I literally called for a quote, sent pictures and they had people come within the hour. The guys came and knocked everything out. They were literally perfect. If I ever needed junk removed I will only go to them. 10/10 read more

They quoted me a price via facebook, there seemed to be no communication between the two people that I spoke to I sent pictures and got confirmation. But the person that was supposedly over the job stated they charge way more for what my pics showed. At the end I paid well over the quoted price for them to only do a 1/4 of the job they quoted. Then showed up over 2hrs late. I understand business however I had other things scheduled for that day and wasn't expecting to wait 2hrs because they had other jobs and dumps. read more

The price was good, but it seem like the driver that came to haul was quiet when I told they gave me an estimate. Almost like he didn't believe me after looking at stuff that needed to be haul. Anyways they were cheaper than the other places. So yeah I will use them again but hope I don't get the same experience just being honest read more

I've called Brandon at Big Blue several times with very short notice jobs, and he came through every time. He removed an older dishwasher in one job, and in the other, he helped me clear out my parent's entire U-Haul storage room. When you call Big Blue, you immediately talk to the owner Brandon - which is something so rare these days. His crew are professional, show up on time, and work very efficiently. They are definitely my go to business when it comes to junk removal! read more

These guys were terrific and on time. Excellent service. They were able to remove a huge and heavy piano. Since the path to get it out of the apartment was already clear, it was just a matter of maneuvering it around corners outside and load it into the truck. Prices are very affordable. If we need anything else to remove, they will be my first call. read more

These guys are the BEST! I found there business on one of the trucks coming from a work job while driving from home so I took a picture. I'm so glad they did because they were huge lifesavers it cleaning up all the junk from our remodel. Other Junk Hauls couldn't give us an estimate and were making us jump through hoops. I just texted Big Blue in the morning and they gave me an estimate even said "We want to be exact so we can come by and check!" Also, there was no pressure for us to do the job, but when they came out two hours later and gave us the exact quote it was an amazing deal! So we just had them haul it out the same day. We had tree branches, large pieces of wood, cement, and a whole bunch of junk. They were super professional, sweeped up in our backyard & side yard, and just overall great work! We will definitely be hiring them again soon! Also we made sure to keep them hydrated since it was so hot the day they came to haul out. read more

Brandon, the gentleman I spoke with regarding the details was very nice. However, the individuals who came to pick up the items arrived over an hour past the scheduled pickup window. In addition, they disassembled the dresser in my driveway and left several nails scattered on the ground, which I didn't notice until I pulled my car back in. Otherwise the entire pick up took about 15mins to load. I do appreciate the same day pick up. read more
