Paul, You contacted me only after reading my review. The time to "make it right" was at the time you delivered the sofa after using my drill, damaging my drillbit and had me working as your assistant. The proper thing to do would have been to apologize for being late and unprepared and thank me for my help, but that didn't happen. You didn't even offer me a discount. This was a very bad experience for me and I would not recommend you or deal with you again myself. read more

It was an unbelievably amazing service! We moved from Lathrop to Las Vegas. First of all they are prompt!! Uploaded our whole house in 2 hrs and unloaded in 1 hr. They also handled our junk hauling. They are friendly and professional. Paul has a system that is impressively organized. I highly recommend him! Thank you Paul & Joey for a smooth stress free transition. My husband and I just recently moved from California to Reno Nevada. ARCS was recommended to me from a friend and I'm so glad we used them . They moved a 4 bedroom/ 1 office 2200 sq. foot house in 4 hours. That's including breaking down the beds and kitchen table and wrapping everything so all was protected. They were on time and Paul and his crew were professional and respectful and went above and beyond. They transported everything to NV and unloaded and set everything up right where we wanted. Nothing was broken or missing. We would highly recommend ARCS Delivery Specialists for whatever your needs may be !! read more

Today, Mike & Anthony delivered our recliner chair from the Ashley store in Lathrop. Both of them removed the old recliner chair in the living room. They carried the box in containing our new recliner chair, opened the box, and they assembled the recliner chair within minutes. Mike provided the warranty information and the entire process was probably 15-20 minutes. These guys were courteous and professional the entire time. I definitely recommend ARCS Delivery Specialists. Thank you Mike & Anthony for a great experience. read more

A Great Move! - Paul and his crew were excellent. Their attention to detail was more than I could have ever expected. The house move was complicated and involved three destinations to distribute a variety of furniture, etc. They put in many hours of overtime to meet the needs of the various destinations over at least 200 miles! They are excellent at disassembly and reassembly, careful with precious objects, reassuring at all times, and exceptionally kind and pleasant. The price was more than reasonable. I will never forget this wonderful experience! read more

ARCS is by far the most reliable moving company. From Ca to Tn there was never a worry about our belongings. No brokers involved, the owner Paul Mitts was involved the entire process, from loading to unloading. Frequent updates. Not only did he pick up our belongings from storage but all of our new furniture from the store. Arrived on time. Put together all of the new furniture to perfection. Nothing was lost or damaged. Very HONEST, RELIABLE, and TRUSTWORTHY!!! Would recommend them 100 times over. read more

I bought some furniture from Ashleys and was having a hard time finding someone to remove my old furniture that wouldn't cost me as much as my new furniture. Lol. The salesman at Ashley told me they used a 3rd party called Arcs. We talked to them and Paul agreed to remove the old for very little above the cst of delivering the new stuff. They kept me informed of delivery times and when they go here, they were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend considering Arc if you need something delivered. read more

I needed my mom's bedroom set moved from her house over my brother's house across town. My friend recommended this company to me. I can't say enough good things about this company. The heavy furniture was carefully moved by 2 very nice & respectful young men. Their names were Anthony & Arturo. They even helped me decide the best placement of furniture & took time place the tv on the dresser. I highly recommend this quality company. read more

ARCS Delivery Specialist - Yardistry Grand Gazebo 12'x14'. - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me

They are amazing!! They built my Costco gazebo and were really detailed. When they were removing the parts out of the boxes, they found a piece that was slightly damaged that I hardly noticed. I really appreciate their sharp eyes. They told me the flawed piece was to be the on the top facing inside the gazebo. It could be an eyesore. Little flaw doesn't bother me much, it use make it unique. I told them to assemble with the flaw. They work efficiently and got it done within 2 hours! They have assembled around 1000 of these gazebo. I like that they gave me a flat price to assemble. I received other quotes which gave me hourly rate per person. read more

I have used Paul mitt and his crew for multiple jobs, moving, organizing, assembling. They are professional, timely (fit me in the day I call often!) and thorough and extremely reasonably priced. They exceed any of the movers offered by the various stores when you buy large appliances or large furniture items and need things delivered. You will not go wrong with these guys. I used to call around for multiple quotes but I don't even bother anymore. ARCS will always be the most affordable and the fastest response of any service you reach out to. read more

Our Costco run on Sunday afternoon, we saw few furniture items that we liked, but we hesitated to purchase because costco didn't have delivery service. We asked one of Costco member, and he told us to get Arcs delivery business card at pickup window. We called Paul, he answered right away. He gave us a quote for 60.00 to pickup 4 boxes of furniture (3 couches and 1 accent cabinet) and delivered to our house. It'd be 90.00 if we wanted his guys to unboxes, setup and haul away the empty boxes. After we paid, we talked Costco members to setup a pickup for Arcs crews to come by and there he was... Anthony from Arcs Delivery stood right next to me. Anthony happened to be at the same Costco picked up other items for other clients. He was nice and very friendly. After Anthony and I exchanged our phone numbers with my address. We left Costco at 2pm and arrived home at 2:15pm. Anthony delivered our boxes at 3:04pm. This was crazily fast!!! No service delivery could beat this. I was sooo impressed. Professional, hassle free, fast service, friendly with reasonable delivery price. If we have any needs in the future we'll definitely use Arcs delivery again. Highly recommend Arcs delivery to everyone. read more

We hired them to assemble a gazebo we bought through Home Depot. We had the gazebo shipped to the store and these guys picked it up for us and brought it to our house on the day of the installation. They worked quickly and got the job done. It even started raining on them but they kept on working. They also anchored the gazebo onto our pavers for a small additional cost. We're very happy with the work and would hire them again. read more

Paul and his team were so great! They helped me out with loading up a UHaul to drive across the country. Thanks for all the help Paul, and a shout out from Lexington, KY to you! read more

These guys were super quick assembling and anchoring my new gazebo I bought at costco. I highly recommend them

Paul went above and beyond to get a delivery to me from a local store. He frequently delivers for them as a subcontractor and they conveniently forgot about my order so it was not delivered on time. When I called the store the next day, they were not kind but did give me his business phone number to find out what happened on my own (because they were too lazy to do it themselves.) Paul was upset with the service I received and also that my couch wasn't delivered on time. He personally came from Modesto to deliver to me in Stockton, and was very quick with set up, even giving me info about the furniture I bought that the store didn't give to me. Thank you Paul, we love our couch and your service was outstanding! read more

Definitely give this team a call for your delivery needs! read more

They showed up, took care of business, quick and clean and very polite. Will totally use them again!

My delivery was a little different from what Paul and company normally do. My move was over 500 miles and involved two trailers full of household items and furniture. If someone can pull off a move of that magnitude as brilliantly as ARCS did, you may rest assured that your items purchased locally for delivery will receive white glove treatment from them. The move was both quick and careful. Paul kept me posted on their progress as they traveled so that my husband on the other end of the move could plan accordingly. I do not hesitate to recommend ARCS Delivery for any types of deliveries. I truly believe they treat your property with the same care and respect they would their own. I placed my complete trust in them and was not disappointed. You won't be either. read more

I went to Costco today (a Sunday afternoon) and found an electric fireplace that I wanted. I don't have a truck. The box weighed at least 300 pounds. And it was on sale $150 off!!! But the sale was over the next day. It wasn't available online and it's what I've been looking for over a year. I asked Costco if they delivered. They said no, but gave me a business card of this moving company. I called and Keith answered right away. He said he could do it and deliver it later in the evening. They delivered and assembled my Christmas gift for $100. Totally great customer service. Keith and Seth were super nice. I would totally use them again. And now I'm going to the Tracy Next Door app and recommend them to everyone! read more

We used ARCS's delivery service to have several items picked up, delivered and assembled at our place. Paul was quick to take our call and provided a very reasonable quote. His movers were very nice and patient with the furniture. Some of these pieces were really heavy (200 lbs or higher) and had to be lugged across two flight of stairs. Shawn and Josh did a tremendous job and did not rush through things. They certainly knew what they were doing when it came to assembling the bed. I highly recommend their service/business! read more
