Today, Mike & Anthony delivered our recliner chair from the Ashley store in Lathrop. Both of them removed the old recliner chair in the living room. They carried the box in containing our new recliner chair, opened the box, and they assembled the recliner chair within minutes. Our Costco run on Sunday afternoon, we saw few furniture items that we liked, but we hesitated to purchase because costco didn't have delivery service. We asked one of Costco member, and he told us to get Arcs delivery business card at pickup window. We called Paul, he answered right away. He gave us a quote for 60.00 to pickup 4 boxes of furniture (3 couches and 1 accent cabinet) and delivered to our house. It'd be 90.00 if we wanted his guys to unboxes, setup and haul away the empty boxes. After we paid, we talked Costco members to setup a pickup for Arcs crews to come by and there he was... Anthony from Arcs Delivery stood right next to me. Anthony happened to be at the same Costco picked up other items for other clients. He was nice and very friendly. After Anthony and I exchanged our phone numbers with my address. We left Costco at 2pm and arrived home at 2:15pm. Anthony delivered our boxes at 3:04pm. This was crazily fast!!! No service delivery could beat this. I was sooo impressed. Professional, hassle free, fast service, friendly with reasonable delivery price. Paul went above and beyond to get a delivery to me from a local store. He frequently delivers for them as a subcontractor and they conveniently forgot about my order so it was not delivered on time. When I called the store the next day, they were not kind but did give me his business phone number to find out what happened on my own (because they were too lazy to do it themselves.) Paul was upset with the service I received and also that my couch wasn't delivered on time.
