Last month I finally left this establishment and should have done this much sooner. I am currently saving a significant amount of money by doing so at another facility. Savings of $140 a month, for the same size unit!!! Dina and Dave who live on this site are great. Dina is the regional manager and Kariss is the site manager. When I first moved in Kriss did her job, as she should. I rented the units but immediately she wanted me to leave a five star review. I did so but that was based on just the move in. During the time there I became increasingly frustrated with Khriss. Reasons why are numerous but the main thing was loss of money. My money!!! After giving written and verbal notice of departure, well in advance for that a specific unit I saw that she let the autopay charge for that empty unit go thru! Once again that was loss of my money!!! Khriss is a nice person but I feel that she definitely dropped the ball on something that was solely her responsibility! Dina did make sure that another overcharge was revoked. Like I said there are other numerous circumstances that cause me to give her this one star review. No brag just fact!

Instead of honoring our reservation by providing another truck, they refused, claiming they "didn't trust my husband to bring it back." We were shocked by how we were treated!!! When we became understandably frustrated after they failed to provide the truck we had reserved, they called the police instead of trying to resolve the situation. The responding officers were professional and told us they had received numerous complaints about this location before, but explained there was nothing they could do because it's a private business. The entire experience felt extremely dishonest and misleading. We lost valuable time, our moving plans were disrupted, and we were treated with complete disrespect. We are opening a case regarding what happened and we believe this place is fraudulent!!! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Based on our experience, I would not trust this business with another reservation!

The employee who answered the phone demonstrated zero knowledge of the services or vehicles this business provides. Even more concerning, he abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. When I attempted to call back to clarify or resolve the issue, my calls were repeatedly answered and immediately disconnected. This was not a dropped call--it was intentional. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a business that people rely on during stressful, time-sensitive situations like unexpected appliance failures or moves. If you work for a company, you should at minimum understand what it offers and how to treat customers with basic respect. Hanging up on customers is not a mistake--it's a choice. Management should be aware that this location reflects poorly on the U-Haul brand. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is astounding. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to think twice before relying on this location for anything time-sensitive or important.

They were professional took really good care of my items as they were moving them courteous polite. Meathead movers are GREAT at loading and unloading boxes and furniture. They're very friendly, fast…read moreand efficient when it comes to that. Nearly every piece of furniture was wrapped in a moving blanket and nothing was scratched. All of our wall art and TV's were carefully packed and arrived in perfect shape. But I do NOT recommend them for packing your boxes! We hired them to pack our entire house on 3/10/26. They left many things unpacked that day and the crew who came to load everything the next day had to finish the packing. The young man who packed our kitchen did a great job, better than I would have done. Nothing was broken when we unpacked the boxes and every box was labeled correctly and thoroughly. But the rest of the house was packed horribly! Random items from separate rooms were put together in the same box. Some breakable items weren't even wrapped. The huge wardrobe boxes were used for very big and heavy items instead of our clothes. And some of our clothes that were on hangers were just shoved in boxes with other things without being folded. Some of our curtains were wadded up and used in a box like packing paper, making them extremely wrinkled. My mattress pad was wadded up and shoved in a box that was way too small and the box wasn't even closed! (See photo.) Many of the boxes weren't labeled at all, and some were actually labeled incorrectly, so when they were unloaded, they were placed in the wrong room, making us look for days to find our things. We have had to open every single box to figure out where it belongs. We have moved several times, but we have never seen such a sloppy packing job! My teenagers packed better than these guys did! We have been in our new home for a week now, and we're still trying to find things. If you plan to pack your own boxes, these guys are great at moving them. But when it comes to packing, they need some serious training! Very disappointed!

Needed two over-sized, odd-shaped boxes for items I ship from my small business. I tried USPS,…read moreonline, Lowes, Office Depot, Home Depot - even checked out availability and pricing on ebay and Amazon. No one had the right dimension box or I would be forced to spend $50-$200 for a pack of multiple boxes. I was at my wit's end, trying to figure out how to ship two important orders without spending more than I wanted to on a shipping box. I finally called UPS to ask if they had the right size for me to purchase - although I did not want to use UPS as a carrier, preferring USPS - they told me they did not even carry the size box I needed, but referred me to this establishment. From my first inquiry phone call to the next day purchase of the boxes, I had a courteous man immediately help me with my shipping needs. The pricing was very reasonable. The shop is fairly small, but they carry a large assortment and range of box sizes. I went in sort of end of day, an hour before closing. and I was served with courtesy and care. This will now be my "Go To" shop for shipping supplies.
