This is an update to my last review from two years ago. At that time, I rented several units eventually downsizing to one 10x20 unit. Last month I finally left this establishment and should have done this much sooner. I am currently saving a significant amount of money by doing so at another facility. Savings of $140 a month, for the same size unit!!! Dina and Dave who live on this site are great. Dina is the regional manager and Kariss is the site manager. When I first moved in Kriss did her job, as she should. I rented the units but immediately she wanted me to leave a five star review. I did so but that was based on just the move in. During the time there I became increasingly frustrated with Khriss. Reasons why are numerous but the main thing was loss of money. My money!!! After giving written and verbal notice of departure, well in advance for that a specific unit I saw that she let the autopay charge for that empty unit go thru! Once again that was loss of my money!!! Khriss is a nice person but I feel that she definitely dropped the ball on something that was solely her responsibility! Dina did make sure that another overcharge was revoked. Like I said there are other numerous circumstances that cause me to give her this one star review. No brag just fact! read more

Awesome Friendly customer service, Khris was great. Making sure the units I got wouldn't be connected in billing. Myself and former housemat/client were asked to move. He is still in Stanford nursing conversing after a transplant. it's been very stressful for me dealing with everything. We figured out a way to get his name on billing once he returns. Khrushchev let me know a truck was available to move in. it's not often people are that friendly and helpful. with me current stress levels it was a great relief to have someone really trying to make everything go smoothly. This is the second time I've had a storage unit at the Longeway, Sonora Ca. Location. Both times have been an excellent experience! Dina is an amazing person and I think of her as a friend. This storage facility in Sonora has added security features such as a key-code gate, live-on-premises manager, security cameras, etc... but what makes it truly special are the kind yet professional staff, like Dina, great customer service! As I was facing an unexpectedly early relocation. Dina took soooo much of my worries away when I needed to rent another unit as well, I'd been stressed about the situation and the fact I was going to have to do it again so soon , and ALONE....they have a moving van that people are able to use to move into storage units rented I was unaware of!!!!! Nina at Mr. Stor-All is wonderful and I am extremely grateful for her assistance. Not only did I need a storage unit at the last minute, I was moving across the country. She made renting the unit easy and when I had to deal with the delivery of my giant 28ft truck, she was extra-helpful in helping me to figure out the logistics of where and how to deliver the trailer. My delivery date occurred on the day of a power outage and she still made it easy and was cheerful and friendly the whole time. Moving is stressful, and Nina made it much less so. We rented here for about two years. In those two years everything was great until the very end when we inquired regarding the procedure to terminate the lease, the management unilaterally removed us from auto-pay and did not notify us of the removal. They then proceeded to charge us a late fee and preliminary lien charge, after which they then notified us of by a preliminary lien notice. When I went in to request that these charges be rescinded, as it was management that caused the fees by removing us from auto-debit, they refused saying it actually our fault. So if you are interested in leasing from a place that will hit you with uncalled for late fees and other charges, then this is certainly the place for you. read more

The staff is totally friendly and nice... over the phone, or to the face of my roommate who also had a unit with them. But to my face? Rude and unhelpful to a T. Wouldn't even look at me while saying they don't rent out u-hauls anymore; no real explanation given for 'no after-hours gate access with notice anymore' other than 'new management', and wouldn't look up the address or phone number to Avery Muffler so I could get there with my GPS to get a u-haul from them instead. Later, when the battery to our u-haul croaked on us while loading up the storage units, my roommate went to ask for a jump and -- big mistake -- I went with. They looked right at me, and then went back to whatever they were doing on the computer while barely answering my roommate at all. A while after that, roommate and I were sitting on their bench outside with the third roommate, who the staff there liked, and they asked said liked roommate if we wanted them to call Avery Muffler for us about the u-haul. All friendly and concerned sounding. You know, the place they couldn't give me any contact info for so I could reach them, before? I wasn't rude, I barely spoke to them and was mostly just present as the driver. I wasn't wearing an offensive shirt, I didn't smell, and I hadn't left any bags of flaming poop on their doorstep -- they just acted like I had. The only interaction they'd ever had with me before, after check-in, was me calling in to make my payment every month for nearly a year. But the moment I was leaving their business because I finally had a place my stuff could fit in? I was treated like absolute garbage (with multiple witnesses saying as much), and I hadn't even taken my stuff out of the unit yet. And that brings me to another point. $85 a month for a 10x10 unit that doesn't even have night-time gate access? Are you *kidding* me? On the exit paperwork, I check-marked that I'd rec this place to someone I know who needs storage. And sure, I totally would. If I really, really disliked that person. But really, I checked that just so they wouldn't sabotage my getting my stuff out of there. *That* was the vibe I got off them. I was actually surprised my gate code still worked when I came back with the u-haul. If I had to store anything again... I would sooner take it to another town entirely than store it with mr stor-all. I could live right next to them and I wouldn't store anything there. In fact, I'd probably move. read more

The prices are good for this area. But beyond that, Dina gives the best customer service. She is honest, friendly and thorough. She offered to open the office, on her one day off, so I could use the company truck. I highly recommend this company. read more

Just rented unit today. All went well. We are a local family. Born and raised here in Tuolumne county. The owner and manager were very kind to me. Moving is a hard and exhausting job. These ladies offered me a bottle of water because they could see how hot and tired I was. I know the previous reviews are not good at this particular storage Facility. I plan to use the storage facility for months to come and I will happily post reviews over the next couple of months. Perhaps these negatives can be turned into a positive it seems as though these ladies are trying to turn everything around to offer the public a facility that everyone can be happy with. FORGET THIS PLACE!!!! RAT-BASTARDS WITH RAT INFESTATION!!!! We had a storage locker here... Then we finally got tired of the BS we had to put with. First incident; a cat somehow got in our storage and was trapped for 3 days. Second incident; a mouse or rat was in our storage because we went to pull out our spare mattress and box-spring and rodent droppings were everywhere. Third incident; we couldn't even access our unit because they had to fumigate for a bug infestation. (They didn't do a very good job because after we were back after a few days you could see cockroaches crawling around the premises.) The one lady who has anal-retentive written across her face with the permanent smirk is probably the worst human-being alive. She's just plain rude and has the ugliest personality any person can have. The storage by Standard Park charges my brother around $90 for a 20x20. I don't remember what size we had but we split costs with my brother and take up roughly a quarter of his and we paid the same amount almost. (His was cheaper though it's 3 times as large.) read more

I have recently rented a storage unit at this facility, My contact with staff has been two phone calls, and now two visits to place items in storage. During all contact the staff has be professional, friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, well maintained and easy to maneuver a large vehicle through. I would recommend Mr Stor-all. read more
