I don't have an issue with the storage place itself but the guy that works in the office is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. I hate paying my bill because I either have to go into the office and it smells bad and he is rude or I pay my bill over the phone and am immediately hung up on by him once my payments gone through. Horrible customer service. If you don't like dealing with people then get a job where you don't have to. read more

I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF STARS on this Storage Company. It really earned ONE (1) star!!!! I went to check on the unit and ended up completely emptying the unit I was in, when I found that 10 more boxes of paper: notebooks, graph paper reams, lined paper reams, construction paper, projects from previous years of teaching, index cards, Math teaching expansion books, etc. were ruined due to the flooding. Also, someone had broken into the unit and stole lights, which ran on batteries, as you can't see inside the unit very well and several other items. The burglars had put a different lock on the door (same kind of lock) and I just got a lot of grief from two of the male workers at the office, trying to blame me on the fact that my key didn't work; it had to be cut off. They had come in the back door to the hall my unit was in. There are several guys who are on the premises every time I go, all day. One stays in his unit, parking his car in front of it, and another who stays in his car, moving it close to the corner hallway, my unit was on, his unit is also on. If you do rent from this company, use pallets, as it is in the contract that flooding is not covered, which I didn't see in time, and check on your unit often, due to thievery, which was not covered either. read more

I give this place ZERO stars. But you have to at least select one to continue. I spoke to the lady who works there on the phone two weeks before I went in to rent a truck. She offered to give me extra miles given the situation. That was really nice. Then on July 9th I went in to reserve the truck. I told her we spoke two weeks before. And she offered me extra miles. She then flat out lied to my face. Saying she would never offer that. And then proceeded with her rude unprofessional attitude--- said she doesn't have a truck to rent. I then requested it for another day and again in a very rude unprofessional attitude said she wouldn't have one then either! She's a liar and rude. Do not use them! read more

I really never write online reviews but i went out of my way to say that if your looking for a storage place, this is the best place your going to find. i currently have a unit here that i have rented for over 2.5 years and i have to say the price is great, the facility is spotless always kept up and the staff are fantastic. Jim the property manager , April office manager and Amanda General Manager Always very helpful and welcoming. My mother who also had a unit here for over 2 years no longer needing a storage unit moved out and the staff took care of her and gave her a couple of extra days at no cost to move. Its little things like this that go along way. This group knows how to run a business and treat people well. i highly recommend if you need storage to come here. read more

I live in Bear Valley where we don't have garages or storage space at our homes. So I have been storing vehicles and summer furniture and household effects with Be Secured for many, many years. And my storage needs change almost seasonally. Through all these years and changes, Debbie and Jim Dirickson have been a huge help at all times. They have looked out for me and my vehicles, advised me what storage would suit me best at the time, cut locks when I've lost my keys, been patient with my general absent mindedness, and just shown such personal care for me as a customer. I'm always so glad to see them because they are so friendly and treat me so well. Plus, the facility is top notch. Debbie and Jim keep it spotless. I have never found any debris or sign of rodents whatsoever. And they take security VERY seriously. I feel 150% comfortable knowing my stored items are under Debbie and Jim's care. And I know they will contact me in an instant if they have any questions or concerns. You wont find a better storage facility, or customer service within 100 miles, than B Secured, with Jim and Debbie Dirickson as managers. read more

We needed a last-minute outdoor storage for our two Jetski's for 7 days. I saw B Secured across from Glory Hole store, called and 15 minutes we had an outside storage space for he skis. They charged us less than $20 for the week. We had an issue with the code once but the manager was extremely helpful to resolve the issue. Will use the storage facility next year. I highly recommend it! read more

The Storage property was clean and maintained. Loved that they have cameras all over the property. Employees live onsite witch is helpful. Love the ladies in the office they can get things done for you. Outside parking spots are very clean and you know witch one is yours. Keep up the good work. read more
