We are so disappointed with the service we received from this business. We needed to replace four large (7' x 7') windows. Don came out within a couple of days to measure, was very friendly and professional, and promised an estimate within a few days. Over a week later, we had heard nothing, so we contacted Don, and within a few more days they sent us the estimate for four Andersen window products. Since this was a not-insignificant ($30k) purchase, we visited their showroom in Orange, where no one seemed to know anything. The office people said they had not been trained on Andersen windows, and they could not find any product in the showroom like the one on our quote. We contacted our salesperson, and we figured out they had quoted the wrong product. Our salesman promised a revised quote. Several weeks went by and we heard nothing. We contacted our salesperson several more times, and he finally responded, saying he was out of town but would be back in a few days, and in the meantime, he would send someone (Carlos) to re-measure and bring a sample product. That was more than two weeks ago. We have texted him numerous times since then, but he has ghosted us. We have now wasted nearly six weeks dealing with this company that clearly does not want our business. I just wish they had not strung us along so we could have found a professional window company that was willing to follow through. read more

I had a terrible experience with TMC windows and doors, on 7/5/23 I had a door that I made Carlos aware prior to the Installation, that it had termite damage, and I was unaware of the extent of the damage until the door was removed. The Installers showed up and absolutely refused to do the repairs, they went as far as lying that the repairs were made, I actually had them remove a board just to confirm my hunch was correct, no repairs had been made underneath I had them reach out to Donald who turned a blind eye at the whole situation I then spoke to Carlos and explained what was going on, No one actually came to supervise or Inspect their work, I found out later they were feeling pressured to get to the next job site. They did a micky mouse fix; The framework is just as important if not more important than the door, I hired my own Contractor to check it on 7/20/23 who confirmed it was NOT UP TO CODE and it would most likely tilt with in 3 months due to the weight. I immediately called Carlos, who assured me to call him if there were any issues with the door. I requested ONLY the $450.00 additional that was charged for so called repairs, I genuinely thought it would not be a big deal. considering everything that I went through with their Installer the day of Installation, and no one seemed to care at that time, He said, "I'm very busy and I have customers lined up" and refused. Then he txt me that he could send his own Inspector and the same Installer again! to check it out alongside with mine, real customer service. :( unbelievable read more

I LOVE my new windows & doors, and the great job TMC did installing them! I had had all original (single-pane) windows and sliding doors, plus a customized series of French doors/panels that have all been replaced now with double-pane Milgard products. I was concerned that the French door replacement would be compromised, but TMC figured out how to adapt the products and install with proper and matching wood framing, to fit with the wood paneling I have throughout my house. The stucco they had to complete outside this tricky portion was well done, too. The crew was professional and helpful, and addressed any issues (minor) that came up quickly and efficiently. The new windows are wonderful! They let less heat in, even when the sun is shining through. The house is quieter too. And then there's the ease of opening windows and doors...no more struggle to get the sliding doors open! I am just thrilled with the quality of the Milgard products. I thought the the crew demonstrated professionalism and workmanship, and they even helped me figure out what rooms my cats could safely hide in while the work progressed elsewhere, so that they were never endangered. I can only review based on my experiences trying to order windows and to get a quote. Originally I stopped by the location and talked to a gentleman by the name of Donald. We chatted for a bit he gave me his card asked me to email him. So I did a short time later ........weeks go by no response. Second time I'm in the area I go in talk to a nice lady up front give her all my info and email for a quote..... no response. I can understand things are hectic and busy but twice I gave them the opportunity and no go so I bout my windows from another company. I will post my review on them. read more

I live in Chicago but I recently purchased second home in Irvine. The house needed some renovations and updating so I decided it was time for some new windows as well. I did some research and contacted 3 window companies in the area for bids. All three bids came in relatively close in price so I had to use some other factors to help make my decision. The rep that TMC sent out for appraisal was the most professional, seemed to be the most knowledgeable, took a lot of time to answer all of my questions and was the only one that showed up on time. I also felt they offered a slightly better product(I went with their Milgard, can't beat that Milgard warranty) than the brands the other bids were selling so I decided to go with TMC. A couple weeks later they returned to install my new windows, once again they arrived on time and the crew was courteous and professional. Everything went off without a hitch and they left my home as clean as it was when they arrived. With the exception of the beautiful new windows there were no signs that any major construction took place at my home. I usually only review restaurants and hotels however I was so impressed with TMC that I just had to leave a positive review. The whole process from start to finish was smooth. Our windows look great and are good quality.

We were looking to enclose our patio with one 23 foot sliding glass door and two 12 foot sliding glass doors. Upon contacting TMC by phone they were very professional and listened to what we were trying to achieve. An appointment was set up and they sent a consultation out to discuss our options and supplied a quote within a day with all the details called out along with an approximate install date. The price was around our budget and upon approving the quote we were given a firm install date. We were updated on our order and sure enough the install date was here. The crew of four that showed up on time on the date that was set and again very professional, polite and respectful explained what they were doing. (Removing stucco etc) The mess that they made was cleaned up as they went along which says a lot about their workmanship and pride in their work. Bottom line to this review is that they are a tremendous company to work with from start to finish if you want your project done correctly with no worries. They were recommended to us by a designer we are working with and It was a complicated situation - we were changing the size of our windows so we had to have them framed in and the stucco filled in etc and that took place in a tight side walkway space on the second story. From the beginning of the consultation and price quote, to my installation finalization yesterday - this was a pleasant experience. I recently purchased a 40 year old home that was in desperate need of two new sliding patio doors and a new kitchen window. TMC Enterprises was referred to me by a neighbor. Lori and Terry were attentive to my needs and helped me decide on my final design. About 8 weeks later the installation crew showed up (windows were custom ordered and I was patient.) The three young gentlemen were on time, attentive and thorough in their work effort. I ran into some unknown electrical issues (pre-existing) and they were immediately addressed by the crew. This was a demonstration of their expertise and commitment to do a great job. The post-install clean up was beyond my expectation and it seems as if there was never a construction crew present. The post stucco match on the exterior of the house is spot on with the existing stucco. I am very pleased with the experience of the patio sliders as they give a modern look and a piece of mind due to functionality.
