Jason and his team helped me order the part in bronze (a special order, since it needed to be painted) and cut it down to size for me to pick up. The second time, the attachment to the wheel on top of my door needed replacing, and they were able to replace that whole corner and put on all new wheels. Now, the door runs so smoothly that it slides open with a light push. I was able to save some money by dropping off and picking up, since I live close by. They're also responsive and friendly. I'm sure I'll use them again when my next obscure problem needs fixing!

The windows were ready and installed in exactly two weeks. On installation day, they arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything afterward. One window was for the restroom (frosted glass) and the other was for the master bedroom. Then he recommends that the doors open outward at the main entry, which that usually is not how it works number one number two in snow country we would never be able to get out in a good storm. When my wife brings up the fact that we won't be able to get out, he suggests we should build some patio covers. Fortunately, we have done a lot of research and the other door companies who came out validated our research, so sadly, we will be going with another company.

We met with Mike (the owner) at his showroom who went through every option and provided clear details for the products we had to choose as well as the process from start to finish. We went with Mike's product recommdation, Anlin Windows, based on those details which was clearly the right choice. Mitch (the ops manager/job forman) came to our home at the appointed time, took the measurements and advised what we needed to do to assist in the installation process which was basically moving any large objects away from the windows, both inside and out. In fact, we were contacted every step of the way from the owners, office staff and field staff and advised of the progress of our order. We were notified of the windows arrival at thier warehouse 6 weeks later and set up an installation date. JC and Willy arrived on time and got started right away after thanking me for clearing thier work areas as thoroughly as I did after the intial walk through. They did an amazing job. They were courteous, clean, respectul, and completely professional in every way. They had every window plus a very large slider installed before the end of the day and once again complimented and thanked me making their work areas accessible and easy to work in. They also left every area they worked in cleaned up as if they were never there. A rarety these days! JC then provided me with some tips specfic to any potential screen door squeeks and advised me to apply something on the screen to prevent any accicdents in the form of me or anyone else walking through that screen. I used a couple of thin strips of duct tape. The windows/screens are obviously new and almost transparent. Especially after living with the previous extruded metal OG windows for as long as we did. He showed me the features of each window and door, explained how the locks worked on each and answered any questions I had. There was minor 1 hiccup. During the unpacking process of the windows, JC pointed out to me that 1 of windows would not be able to be installed as it arrived broken. Not the window itself but the top right corner of the exterior vinyl overlap. The damage was not seen at the warehouse as it was under the protective card board/plastic and must have happened during the shipping process from the factory. I know from experience these things happen and it is how they are reacted to that seperates the good companies from the bad. OCWE took care of it without hesitation and insisted I deduct $500 from the intial installation balance until the replacment was installed and the job completely finished. The replacement was rush ordered. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get it. I got a call extactly 2 weeks later and we set up the installation appointment. The final window was just installed in under 30 minutes by JC and Willy as I had requested they come back for the aformentioned reasons. My wife and I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the choices we made specific to the company, product, pricing and professionalism of every team, top down from sales, ops and installation. We would do it again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend OCWE for window/slider upgrades in every way and when you do, make sure you specifically request JC and Willy to install them. You will not be sorry!

I would not recommend this company…read more My husband and I met with Ski at the end of a month, so what I'm about to say may be a result of any "end of month incentives," but I honestly cannot believe the encounter we had. Previously, we had received two other quotes from competitors. One of them highly recommended Simonton Daylight Max windows. When we talked to Ski about this option, he said while he sells them, he doesn't recommend them. He said they use tin on their screens and brackets. Instead, he pushed for Anlin (and when I say pushed, I mean, it was our only option given for our "price point"). The hardest part of this interaction was the hard sell we were given. First, we were given a price of $14K (3 windows and 1 slider), then he said he'd waive the labor fee, then he said there's a last-day-of-the-month discount, then there was a day-of discount but it was only good for TODAY ONLY!!! (Yes, that's how it was written on the estimate.) Even after all those discounts, it was still over $3K from the other bids we had gotten. All that said, we felt the pressure and we thought about giving in but really couldn't afford to pay over $8500. He was at $8800 (remember, it was first $14K). We asked him to come down another $300 and he said his manager said no, that we were getting the most amazing deal on windows. Then Ski proceeded to try to bribe us with an In N Out gift card he received for his birthday. This didn't sit well with me. It also didn't sit well that he told my dog to "watch where you're going," but that's me being a nutty dog owner, I guess. When he couldn't get to $8500, he tried calling their Anlin supplier but couldn't reach him (he called him three times and left messages). At the end of the day we couldn't reach a deal, and Ski left. No thank you or goodbye. It was obvious he was unhappy. Look, I get it. He was here for over an hour and didn't get a sale. I'd be frustrated too. But the pressure he put on us, the other options he didn't want to share, and that big price tag really put us off. I know a lot of people on these reviews speak highly of Ski, and maybe we caught him on an off day. But I knew when he left and I felt disappointed in myself for not making enough money to buy the "nicer" windows, it was a problem. If you're okay with a hard sell and negotiating over and over again, maybe this is the right company for you, but I'm happy going with another that didn't make me feel like crap at the end of the day.

I have documentation as evidence, but I chose not to continue the conversation because Max kept defending himself and arguing instead of trying to resolve the issue. They also had my mailing address incorrect. I spoke with Max the day before my appointment to correct it, yet there were still multiple errors. Overall, the business seems very unorganized. The receptionist told me Max was in the office, so I was surprised when Max later claimed my appointment was with a different representative. This inconsistency felt very unprofessional and questionable. I took time out of my day for this appointment, and it is extremely rude and unprofessional that they never showed up. I do not recommend doing business with this company. There are many other businesses that provide much better customer service.
