While I love…read morethat Andes is family owned with decades of experience, it was their ability to listen to exactly what we were looking for and making suggestions that helped us get what we needed, not what I originally thought I wanted. When another company carrying the same products suggested we go with cheaper metal doors, Andes discouraged us and when I called the manufacturer, I discovered that their lifetime warranty did not cover rust in marine locations for those doors. During installation, Andes' workers were prompt, courteous, did excellent work, and even had to come a second time because a window from the factory had been scratched and the office sent it back. Their bid was a third less than identical doors from another company. I would use Andes again and recommend their work to anyone. As a resident of Laguna Beach, I appreciate good craftsmanship and professionalism. You will get that from Andes.

I highly recommend California Window Masters for window/slider replacement…read more When I first started looking for a window replacement company, I got three estimates. California Window Masters was the most competitive. I also decided to do the sale through CWM's manager, Greg. From the start, Greg was kind, honest, and candid. He addressed all my concerns and was able to install all my windows and the new slider before the estimated deadline. His team was professional as well. Victor led installation and had the help of one other person. They finished everything in a day, and were very considerate (e.g., putting plastic down to not stain the carpet, vacuuming up dust, cleaning the windows). If I ever need new windows again, I know I'll go back to California Window Masters. I have great respect for Greg and the way he does business (no hard sell from him!). If you want someone trustworthy and kind, go with Greg and this company.

The techs did a great job, and the project was completed successfully. Even when we ran into an issue with the amount of panels/glass ordered not being the right amount (was missing 1 large panel), the owners were willing to work with us to come to a resolution that was fair for both of us, and ended up installing an extra panel for us at a significantly reduced cost just to make it right! Also specifically wanted to shout out one of their techs Nathan! One of the old panels they replaced was for some reason installed using some kind of cement by a previous owner, and Nathan was able to work through it and install the new panel anyway without damaging the old window frame which was a tough job. Highly recommend JT Glass and Mirror. They're a reputable local small business, do good work, have great pricing, and are pleasant to work with. I will be recommending them to family and friends that need this type of service!
