They also had my mailing address incorrect. I spoke with Max the day before my appointment to correct it, yet there were still multiple errors. Overall, the business seems very unorganized. The receptionist told me Max was in the office, so I was surprised when Max later claimed my appointment was with a different representative. This inconsistency felt very unprofessional and questionable. I took time out of my day for this appointment, and it is extremely rude and unprofessional that they never showed up. I do not recommend doing business with this company. There are many other businesses that provide much better customer service.

Not only did he identify the source of the problem, but he also uncovered an additional issue that could have caused more headaches down the road. Throughout the entire process, Sacramento was personable, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about us as people. He repaired everything in about an hour and a half, doing detailed, thorough work--fixing the sliding glass door, track, and handle (which had come loose from how difficult the door was to open and close), and even repairing the adjacent screen door, which we were convinced would also need to be replaced. Came across Smart Fix and was bit skeptical but reached out. I was able to get immediate response back and he was very transparent on his work. Due to the recent model of the phone, OEM screen sales were just not worth it due to the price and labor cost. basically paying half of the price of what I paid for the phone and thats not including the back glass. So I settled with a soft OLED aftermarket screen for a fraction of it. Pricing to fix both the front screen and back was half the price of what I would pay for a OEM screen alone not including labor fee. After installing, the aftermarket soft OLED. I haven't ran into any issues yet. Face Recognition works, no lags, no dead particles. The only noticeable change from OEM and aftermarket is the screen Bezel size which isn't a deal breaker for me. I watched him fix my phone and he ran through every step. I heard some reviews from other establishments being sneaky writing reviews on their business without the customers knowing or logging into your personal information and etc some horrifying things that invade your privacy. But with this establishment, he was kind and nice and did a great job! I will update after 3 months to see the progress of the screen.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with All American Door. Since the beginning of April, I have been trying to get my doors installed, and there has been a constant stream of excuses and delays. First, I was told the product arrived damaged. Then I was informed that the gas lines on the installation truck had been cut. After that, there were issues with missing hardware. Most recently, I was told there was a family emergency involving a sick family member. While I understand that unexpected situations can happen, the repeated delays and lack of a reliable solution have been frustrating and unprofessional. Months have passed, and I am still without the doors I paid a deposit for. Communication has been inconsistent, and every scheduled installation seems to come with another reason why the job cannot be completed. I chose this company expecting professionalism, reliability, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. I cannot recommend this company based on the excessive delays, poor follow-through, and ongoing lack of resolution. read more

He will blame everything on the manufacture!!! Because of the lag time we had to install a new construction window in the kitchen and he's still charging us for it! He runs his business unethically and deceitful!! Go find anybody else for your windows besides this guy! My good friends used him right after our order and he did the same to them!!! A redo of a bedroom closet required a specific center-opening ball-catch interior door. After checking out the usual hardware stores we decided to shop locally and found All American Door and we're glad we did. The pricing compared nicely with the larger hardware stores and the people and service here are superb. Although this was a DIY install, and therefore a relatively small order for All American Door they treated us in a friendly and professional manner. I gave them the dimensions and so forth and the door was ready for pickup on time and was/is exactly what we wanted. A very happy experience and we recommend this business. read more

Greg at All American Door provided exceptional service. I obtained three quotes for the same door, and Greg's price was unbeatable. I placed an order for a Western front door measuring 11 feet tall by 7 feet wide on December 27, 2023, and it was promptly delivered and installed on April 4, 2024. Throughout the process, Greg demonstrated exemplary patience and responsiveness, addressing all inquiries and providing guidance during the design phase. I highly recommend All American Door. Greg and his team did a fantastic job from the initial consultation to the installation and clean up (yes clean up, each day when they were done!). They showed up when they said they would and finished the job ahead of schedule. Greg took the time to meet with us multiple times to go over our options and educate us during the process. We had 11 windows in all installed, some new construction and retrofit. We chose Milgard Tuscany casement and double hung styles. Milgard offers a lifetime warranty on their windows. Speed ahead to 2026... Some of my Milgard windows began to fog and show drip marks between the panes. I called California Replacement Windows (they were an authorized Milgard dealer) to replace them per the warranty. I couldn't get anyone to answer and I called several times after that. No return calls even after voicemail. My wife also called several times....Nothing! I wrote to them using the email provided on their website and no response! I don't know if this company was sold or merged with another company, but based on this experience, I would never buy replacement windows from California Replacement Windows because they don't support their products. I am not dissatisfied with Milgard. Their product lasted 23 years before I needed service. I found Milgard's website and completed a warranty service request, and they scheduled an appointment and soon after replaced my windows completely free of charge.

The owner required 100% payment upfront before any work was performed and promised the installation would take one to two days. Instead, the project turned into an almost six-month nightmare filled with delays, excuses, repeated failed repair attempts, and poor workmanship. The company completely botched the installation of my custom pocket doors with premium NOHA recessed hardware from Belgium. They drilled the doors incorrectly and, instead of replacing them, shaved excessive amounts of wood around the handle openings to hide the mistake. This permanently weakened the doors, caused the wood to bow around the handle area, and left them unsuitable for the hardware they were designed to use. I contacted NOHA in Belgium and held a video conference with their technical department. After reviewing the installation, they confirmed the doors had been bored incorrectly and that the proper solution was to replace the doors--not shave or modify them. Even after replacement NOHA handles were installed, Showcase still couldn't get it right. Several of the replacement handles were actually glued into the doors, even though the manufacturer does not specify or permit the use of glue. As a result, multiple handles have popped out, become loose, or no longer function properly. The most disappointing part was the owner's complete refusal to take responsibility. Even after the manufacturer's findings confirmed the installation was done incorrectly, he refused to stand behind his work or make the situation right. I was left to deal with the damage and pursue a solution on my own. What should have been approximately a $3,000 installation has now left me facing over $18,000 in repair and replacement costs because of their mistakes. That's not just poor workmanship--it's incredibly expensive negligence from a customer standpoint. I paid every dollar they asked for, including additional money they requested after the project began, and in return I was left with damaged custom doors, defective hardware, months of disruption, and thousands of dollars in additional expenses. Based on my experience, I would never hire Showcase Door & Window again. If you're considering using them for custom doors or high-end finish work, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
