BAD BUSINESS Got the worst pedi of my life here last week after reluctantly being a customer for the past few yrs (was the most convenient montclair nail spot for me). despite having a few not great experiences I was satisfied enough to support them but not anymore. the owner truly just doesn't care about the customers. I had to go back for a polish change less than a week after my pedi and he gave me the same technician. I felt bad asking for someone else in front of her and thought how hard could a simple polish change be so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Well it sucked and when I told the owner, he still charged he full price for the polish change which I just think is bad business for someone he recognizes as being a repeat customer. I guess it's shame on me for continuing to support them until now.. oh well. I'll stick with sun nails in little falls. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! I've gone to this place and got a mani pedi for $30 regular nail polish. Same week it'll start to chip. So I thought maybe next time I'll get gel and give this place another try. So I got gel on my nails and feet and I was charged $80. WASTE OF MONEY. Not even two days later my nail chipped and my thump is completely peeling off. This is ridiculous. Gel isn't worth it doesn't look good. Maybe same day you get but then I noticed some bump spots. I only go here because it's convenient and I usually just get mani pedi $30. But third times the strikes. It has been a nice run. I'm only giving them a star because it is relaxing. read more

Loved my experience here. I got the Spa pedicure and regular manicure . The manicure was fine but the spa pedicure was exceptional. The atmosphere is really welcoming and the staff is professional and efficient. Everything else you'd expect from a nail shop in Montclair. The two ladies who worked on my nails were really good and worked to make sure I was satisfied. The price was incredibly reasonable compared to others in the area.. $30 for a mani/pedi . Overall very positive experience and I would definitely go again. read more

Stopped by this spot on a whim after seeing the Grand Opening sign for $25 manicure and pedicure. The salon is very clean and they have a good selection of polishes. A lot of cool OPI colors. The chairs have a massage feature and look brand new. The lady doing my mani/pedi really took her time and did a thorough job. The even put a plastic wrap around the heel to really soften it up. Wish she put a little more effort into the leg/arm massage. Only wish the staff was a little friendlier and they had something interesting playing other than classical music on a low volume. All in all a great deal for $25! read more

This nail salon is one of the best I have been to! I went in because I saw a sign outside for $30 for a mani AND pedi! The women who did my nails was very attentive, and gave a very nice massage along with the pedicure. The massage chairs have a lot of different settings and are definitely comfortable! Also, while I was in the salon I thought I accidentally lost my ring! The owner herself looked through the bin of used towels to see if it was caught in a towel. It was empty the whole time I was there. They did a really good pedi they treated it with a oil treatment no extra cost which was cool. She took her time... Broke a nail so came in to get it repaired and although they were very thorough it did take over 1.5 to get it fixed and my nails filled. Everyone is super friendly and it's very clean (watched my tools come out of sterile bags. My nails came out a little lumpy if you really look at them but overall good job. Aside from doing a good manicure and pedicure, the price is right -- they offer a mani/pedi combo for $25 Monday to Wednesday and for $30 Thursday to Sunday. Separately, a manicure is $12 and a pedicure is $25. The polish selection is endless and they also offer many gel and Shellac options. The salon is spacious and relaxing. I felt very pampered when I left and plan to return in a few weeks. ***They take credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only) but you can't add a tip to the bill, so bring cash! read more

My new favorite salon. I always come here to get my eyebrows threaded but today decided to get a fill on my nails. Monica did a meticulous job, making sure they looked amazing. After an hour and a half of working her magic, I walked out of the salon so in love with my nails. I haven't been this happy walking out of a salon in a very long time. I used to really love it here but I will no longer be coming back. I spent $90 on a full gel set with gel color. I now type this 1 week later with 3 broken nails. I stopped coming here because like clock work my nails would break and I honestly thought it was me! I work in an office and do not engage in hard work. I was in the area and decided to go back in. I spoke with Miju and explained to her that my nails always break! She and another lady looked at my nails and said they always break because my nails grow upwards. I like miju because she always educates me but I have always felt like the gel they use is not thick enough. Fast forward they recommend that they do the gel thicker. The nail tech layers on and has it cured before applying another layer of gel. She left a glob of gel that I didn't not notice until I got in the car. I'm disappointed to say the least. After years of coming her I will have to go back to another salon which is out of the way but at least my nails last when done at my other nails place. read more

So I came here to get my nails done a few times and while the people were nice and welcoming, my nails began to chip within a few days. They are a little too pricy for my nails NOT to stay wholesome for at least two weeks as that is standard. I've only been twice and I more than likely won't be returning. Plus trying to find a parking spot is always challenging but that's not really what this review is about. High price should mean high quality and that's not what I received. read more

There are many nail salons in the neighborhood but this one is cleaner, quieter, and has a different vibe. Nail services include vinylux, gel, and the regular. Seldom do you have to wait for service and the nail techs are friendly but do not talk your ear off. I like it here. read more

After moving I was searching for a place for a decent mani pedi. My boyfriend and I went in and their staff was very welcoming. The environment was very relaxing. Prices are awesome. However I feel like the massage could have been better during both the mani and pedi. I haven't tried the threading but I want to. I have never seen/ experienced a service as rude as this salon! It used to be my go to place before but lately every time I go is like a disappointment. Eye brows (threading) is def a 5 star, and that's probably the only reason to why I would go back again! Mani pedi wise? They do a good job but I just can't stand their attitude! I haven't been coming to this place for a while for the same exact reasons but because TLC was my only option today I had to go, and boy did I leave the place in a complete shock of the manicurist's rudeness! If you didn't do your job right atleast APOLOGIZE!!! You don't have to be nice but everyone deserves some damn respect!
