This coffee shop has a great vibe and nice employees. The wi-fi isn't available until later in the day though as they are trying to create a sort of wi-fi free zone earlier in the day and encourage conversation. It is their shop and their rules, however, it can be inconvenient to remember if it is available or not. Their chai tea latte is very tasty. Also, nice pastries. Parking is on the street in front (if you can snag a spot). It is off Main Street in Downtown Bellevue, so sometimes it is wide-open and other times you kind of have to hunt for a spot. read more

I was pretty excited to try this place.. mainly because it's walking distance from where I live lol. The cafe itself looks pretty cute and it looked like they had lots of yummy food options (I NEED to go back and get the salmon bagel - YUM)! The service was pretty quick and my iced americano was priced just right. This is mostly a review about the espresso in the americano...which was absolutely disgusting! I literally threw it away and got coffee from elsewhere moments after that's how bad it was. Suuuuuper watery. Ok so, I use to come here often to get black milk tea with boba, today I came and gave them my same order and the employee had no idea what I was asking for she kept referring me to a completely different drink even though I told her I'd had it multiple times in the past. First she made the drink hot, and then when she re made it it was not black tea at all, it was green. Also the boba was rock hard and the drink had other stuff floating in it. $10 later and two terrible drinks that I just threw away. read more

I've attempted to like this place a couple times....maybe it's cool to think you can get bubble tea at a coffee/tea shop, and maybe that's why people like it here. The coffee is terrible, as of today I will never return here. I ordered a basic latte with coconut milk and it literally tasted like Luke warm water, it also is very disappointing that they serve cafe vita coffee here and they are absolutely the best coffee beans around. While walking through Old Towne Bellevue I stumbled into T'Latte. It is an adorable, intimate cafe with lots of wonderful tea options. When you walk in you can smell all of the beautiful loose leaf tea options. I opted for a bubble tea and wasn't disappointed. I had a passion fruit milk tea over ice with boba. It was a little on the sweet side but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The barista was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. I was expecting a more extensive offering of pastries/baked goodies since they advertised it on their window but they just had a few to choose from (macarons, cookies, a few things that resembled donuts). I love to support independent businesses and I really wanted to love this place. However, I ordered a grande latte and I was disappointed. My latte cup was much smaller than a Starbucks grande-size latte cup and it rung up at $4.50. I wanted to use a card to pay and was told that a $0.50 charge would be added (which I am fairly certain is a violation of the credit card agreement between the vendor and the credit card company). I tried to add a pastry onto my tab to bring me over $5 (to avoid the credit card fee) but the pastry selection was really sparse and I was not able to find anything appealing. I sat down to wait for my $5 "mini" latte and was disappointed when it took forever AND the barista spilled coffee all down the side of the cup. The latte itself was just okay, a bit on the burnt side and the ratio of sweetener to coffee was off because the cup was so much smaller than I am used to. Overall, my impression was that they wanted to charge me as much as possible and give me as little as possible in return. My suggestions to T'latte: - Match or exceed the Starbucks cup size (if you are going to charge more, then at least give the me the same amount of coffee as the big chains) - Work to improve speed and efficiency of barista processing time - Stop charging a fee for credit card purchases under $5 (I won't go back mostly for this reason) - Fill up your pastry cabinet with lots of delicious choices - including heathy choices like fruit, yogurt, lunch items, etc. All I saw only cookies and breads. - Consider making your prices more competitive. Hidden on a street near the Bellevue Park, T'Latte is nestled on a quiet corner in the heart of downtown Bellevue. I enjoyed my hot matcha latte very much in this cozy environment. The matcha flavor is not too bitter, has an appropriate amount of sweetness without being overpowering, and is surprisingly creamy. I will definitely be back again to enjoy more drinks. I love how down to earth this place is in the midst of all the fanciness in Bellevue. read more

I've been here twice for bubble tea, and both times were terrible. First visit, I ordered a flavored tea (mango I believe), and they gave me a powdery (like tums) mango slushy with boba. Unexpected (the menu said bubble TEA) and gross. Second visit, I was specific in that I just wanted tea...not a blended powder slushy. After paying, they told me they were out of boba and only had jelly. Fine, since I've already paid, I'll give it a try. I love sweet, but this tea was far too sweet, my ice melted within 2 minutes (on a cold day), and the jelly was soft. Never going back again. read more

This place is a couple blocks away from my workplace. My colleagues and I like coming to this shop for friendly service, a warm atmosphere, and decent coffee. I haven't tried their pastries but they look yummy. They serve the same Vita coffee which is also found at Cafe Pogacha in the Puget Sound Energy building lobby, but the experienced and friendly baristas make the big difference. I have tried latte a couple times at Cafe Pogacha but it's a hit and miss thing. read more

The Pearl Tea is my favorite it's like a chai tea with tapioca in it. This is a nice, decent tea place that sells boba. It is good to sit around here and just chill with some friends. the ladies who manage the places are quite nice. The drinks here are slightly more expensive than your average boba place but given that it's in Bellevue, perhaps one should not complain too much about price. read more

What makes a coffeehouse great? Well aside from the stuff itself(Coffee), I've always gone in big for the "Cheers" factor. I want a place that I can get some goodies and relax. I like to feel that I am welcome, and T'Latte delivers big time! The owner always has a smile on, and hires people that keep the feeling going. As for the aforementioned goodies, espresso is Vita, decent but not spectacular, but the Dilletante Hot Chocolate is top notch, fruit teas, and various edibles are tasty as well all for some of the lowest prices I've seen. I happen to be a barista and part time espresso snob but I come here anyway for obvious reasons. read more

They have milk alternatives available here... So just out of curiosity I asked of their bubble drinks were dairy free, they said it does have dairy in them. Ok so I order a jasmine tea and they make it with MILK! After going up to the counter again to ask if this is a milk alternative in the drink they confirm that it's 1/2 and 1/2 they ask me if I didn't want it with milk... And they want to charge me for an entirely new drink if I wanted it dairy free. Makes me chuckle... Lesson learned on my half that I just need to clarify every single time I guess! read more

I'm a bit of a coffee snob (know it when I taste it, but don't know much about what makes coffee "good" or "bad"). There are only three coffee places where I can count on consistently good espresso, and occasionally great espresso. Today (08/23/13) T'Latte hit the great mark. A perfect pour, temp, milk foam, and friendly, fast staff (The staff is great every day)! The only room for improvement would be my own schedule - wish I was drinking this out of a real cup on a soft couch, with friends, instead of a to-go cup at my computer. read more

If I was still in school, this place would be a good studying spot. It has a nice and cozy environment. Its right across from the construction and near the Bellevue Park. I ordered their grande Iced chai tea latte. It has an interesting twist to it. Taste like a milk tea more than an actual latte. Still good though! I have only been to T'Latte once so far, but their honeydew milk tea is phenomenal! The flavor was strongly sweet, but not overpowering. Even my father, a millennial on the older side has enjoyed this bubble tea, a fairly modern delicacy. Service was good, I was only waiting for about a minute for them to get my drink. The serving size was reasonable, for many a bubble tea I have had were far too large, and I felt bloated after finishing one and guilty for wasting one. At T'Latte, the size was perfectly centered in the middle of too much and not enough. Only suggestion is to add more tapioca pearls because they balance the flavor well and I was sad when I had more tea than pearls left. read more

Worst taro boba ever. Zero flavor. Tasted like ice water with a couple tapioca balls in it. It also took forever to make and we were the only ones there at the time. This place was a spur the moment visit since my cousin wanted coffee and I wanted bubble tea after having lunch at din tai fung. The place was dead but clean and somewhat cute. There were two young ladies working and they were nice, not SUPER helpful, but nice. My cousin got a mocha and I ended up getting an iced jasmine green tea with honey. I had the option to either get tea pre-made or to brew a new cup... Of course I got a new cup! While it was sweetened to my liking the tea taste funny. It wasn't funny enough that I didn't finish it, it was a warm sunny day, it was funny enough I noticed and semi cringed every time I went in for a sip. Don't think I'll be back since ill try out a new spot, but at least I'm trying new places right? read more

Comfortable little coffee shop. Parking can be a challenge. Cappuccino is good and strong and they have a small selection of food. I got a bagel sandwich which was really good. I was looking for a comfortable place to get some work done. They had tables and also chairs. There were several outlets near tables. When I first arrived it was busy and I could not sit near an outlet but after about 30 minutes it cleared out and I was able to switch tables to sit near an outlet. Although I favor independent coffee shops, the past few experiences at T'latte have been moderate. Hidden in a beautiful Bellevue alley, it offers spectacular views of bellevue and is pretty accommodating. I have ordered a mocha, latte, and green tea lemonade. I was not a fan of any, considering the coffees had a bland taste. Belle pastry is right around the corner and offers a much better selection. read more

This tea shop was one of the few shops open. We ordered the iced honey ginger pear delight, ice jasmine honey tea with iced pearl and a pearl tea AkA tea latte with Boba. The cashier said the Honey ginger pear was her favorite, so my friend from LA took her recommendation and ordered that drink. It turned out to be a white watered down drink, also it was very bland. The jasmine honey tea was ok. I had the milk tea, that was good but a lil sweet. The boba was more on the hard side as if it was a day old. Overall, if you're craving an Asian milk tea or any iced tea drinks, I would recommend going to Drive Thru Boba or Boiling Point. read more

Always a nice break from a busy day, the place is always pretty busy in the afternoon as the nearby high school students make it a regular stop on their way home.
