They only have 1 of each (in my shade) left in stock. I knew these items are always short in stock. She told me she was going to put it on hold. Honestly, I didn't really believe that but when I showed up half hour later, I saw she did set it aside. Awwww...Lupita is the bomb! In addition to the things I reserved, I bought a few more items and every question I had it was answered with enough information. Because of Lupita, I felt so comfortable being there and she helped me find what I was looking for in a product. Her bright attitude and friendly personality made it easy to talk to her. I brought it to Benny and he repaired the chain and replaced the missing diamond for me. My Mom passed away and I was recipient of her wedding ring. I decided to have the setting turned into a pendant. This turned out amazing! I am so happy with how beautifully the diamond shines in the original setting. Benny added a platinum bail and I was able to slip the pendant onto a chain I already had. I also had a tennis bracelet repaired that I inherited from my Mom. No appointments required, and they will do their best to accommodate all walk-ins, but usually better to visit on a weekday when they're less swamped. 5-star service when you're the only one there. Very responsive via text. In-store purchases are exchange only, and if you don't like an item, they will do their absolute best to help you find something that you'll love. No in-shop tailoring (so no measurements), but they'll refer you to one local service. They have a really good eye for what your appropriate size is. I ordered a tux, and it was ready in a few days. I ended up swinging by a month after the tux was ready, only to find out it had been accidentally sold to someone else or was lost. I don't blame them, it's a small business with very limited space, and I was at fault for waiting a month. They immediately reordered the tux again and it came in less than a week. It's worth just shooting them a quick text or call to confirm your orders are ready before going in.

Amon is really helpful and accommodating. Renting is really affordable and it's a brand new unused suit. If you decide to keep the suit, the additional cost is unexpectedly reasonable.
