Several things to note: The store is tiny, and can get crowded on the weekends especially during peak wedding / prom season. No appointments required, and they will do their best to accommodate all walk-ins, but usually better to visit on a weekday when they're less swamped. 5-star service when you're the only one there. Very responsive via text. In-store purchases are exchange only, and if you don't like an item, they will do their absolute best to help you find something that you'll love. No in-shop tailoring (so no measurements), but they'll refer you to one local service. They have a really good eye for what your appropriate size is. I ordered a tux, and it was ready in a few days. I ended up swinging by a month after the tux was ready, only to find out it had been accidentally sold to someone else or was lost. I don't blame them, it's a small business with very limited space, and I was at fault for waiting a month. They immediately reordered the tux again and it came in less than a week. It's worth just shooting them a quick text or call to confirm your orders are ready before going in. read more

Amon is awesome. We've been exploring budget-friendly suit options for our wedding. I had a really good feeling about Elegance Factory after our first probing visit. After visiting a couple other places, we decided to use him. The fitting experience is solid. We received the first suit today and it's perfect. All we have to do is hem the pants. Amon is really helpful and accommodating. Renting is really affordable and it's a brand new unused suit. If you decide to keep the suit, the additional cost is unexpectedly reasonable. read more

Came here to get a tux for my wedding. He's got a really nice selection of custom tuxedos. Everywhere else just had boring white or black tuxedos. This place a lot of other colors. The tuxedos here are CLEAN. Got myself a grey one. He's also super friendly. Liked the service so much i decided to have all my groomsman come here for their suits.
