Walked in looking for an outfit. I quickly noticed the cute jewelry they had but realized it was really pricey for it's quality. They had nice, expensive outfits. A younger female started helping me by showing me different outfits. The one I really liked had strings coming out of the dress and coming undone. The owner said he could fix the dress by taking the string out to which I replied it would mess up the dress - it was a patterned dress and it wouldn't match if one side was undone and it would be incomplete if both sides were undone. He proceeded to rudely tell me not to buy the dress so I walked out. Nice clothes, not great quality, very pricey, rude service. He clearly didn't want my business. read more

Terrible customer service. The owners daughter decided to help me out with my outfit. I rarely shop for Indian kameez. I told her what kind of event I'm attending. She brought an extremely unfriendly, awkward vibe. Extremely clueless about everything. I needed a second opinion on what I was choosing because the I wasn't really feelin' my options. She constantly repeated "Whatever you prefer." That kinda irked me. She didn't ever try to offer showing me the matching bangles, earrings sets.
