These have to be the rudest retail employees I've ever seen (and I have worked it). My girlfriend came in to return an item that was initiated online and was told to call customer service dismissively by an employee by the name of Lina. They proceeded to cancel the order per their website and we went back into the store. The same employee said the system won't allow it and we messed it up. She then suggested we go to another store and refused to call customer service. When I asked for her managers info, she again refused. Worst retail experience I've ever had. read more

Check you receipt always. They overcharged me three items, all incorrect pricing even though the tags and placements said otherwise . The girl who rang me up even forgot to take off the security tag, had to come the next day and the manager kept giving me attitude when I was simply asking if they would honor the price if she couldn't honor it I'll return it, simple, instead she tried to argue and walk to show me where the items were yesterday (she wasn't here yesterday and they were currently fixing the area bc they knew it was all messed up today). I told her I won't follow you I would just like a refund if you can't honor it and she kept back taking saying there is no honor it's the price and making faces and scoffing. The cashier even agreed with me that they should honor it and after the cashier even apologized for her managers behavior. I didn't back talk I wasn't rude I simply said if you can't honor it no big deal I'll just return it all good. Still she wanted to do the most for what reason? It's really not that serious. We are humans too, lose the anger and attitude and you'll be happier in life, quit ruining your store with toxic behaviors. read more

This store was terrible: As we looked through the store a sales associate followed us around the store. Finally my daughter decided on this sweater and the sales associate said the sign must be misplaced and she refused to give us the discounted price. I won't be returning to this store. read more

Good service here I loved this store very much the staff were so nice and helpful there prices were fair and cheap. One of my favorite purchases were the shirts because they really have a good texture and very stretchy.I love this store and I really recommend it I would come back soon. read more

Had a good experience here - store staff friendly - was the last customer before closing. Very helpful. Been looking to replace an old belt I had - just wanted something plain for every day use. The old one I had was a favorite - I think it was from French Connection - that company that had some popularity 10 years ago. Yup, thats how old that belt was - was one piece of leather all the way through - unpainted analine leather from Italy... This one probably won't last that long - but who knows. Found some shorts and tried some of their socks. I like it when the socks hit barely above the shoe - these are probably a bit small - but will see what they do after a wash cycle. Good bargain racks here - very organized store. Pleasant shopping experience. read more

Just had a bad customer service transaction with the manager, Lexi. When attempting to make a purchase with an old $50 bill I received from my bank I was told by Lexi my bill was fake, It was not. She even used the pen on my bill which showed it was indeed real, and still wouldn't accept it, because she hadn't ever seen an old $50. No where by the registers did it state they did not accept older bills. This was very inconvenient, embarrassing and unnecessary. You would think someone who is working the cash register would know what legal tender is, disappointing. read more

Every time I order from here I instantly regret it due to the shipping speed alone. Aeropostale is SO awesome here at Stoneridge!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy clothes from that co!! The clothes are pretty cheap, and SUPER cute. All different styles, colors, designs....abercrombie and hollister are like all blue and white and brown when you see it you know what I mean?? Anyways, good customer service! The people are polite and available really fast, too. :P After going to Victoria's Secret or Macys, I go to Aero and probably come out with a hoodie, a tank top, a few shirts, or some shoes and a bag. I mean, I love this store for the amazing deals, but I mean the actual staff and presentation of the store... Eh. The staff seem to generally be afraid of customers. Unless you approach them, I feel like they just have their head down and are doing their own thing. Typically I don't mind, I prefer to shop on my own, but sometimes when I need help getting something or getting a fitting room, they're "busy". The fitting rooms are a bit of an issue. They're the ones that automatically lock so if they shut, you're screwed. Don't bother waiting by that area to get a room, just go up and ask them. Besides that, the workers are generally nice. If you talk to them while you're checking out, they're friendly. But I feel like that's the only time. I don't know, maybe I'm expecting too much out of them read more

Just had an AMAZING experience at the Aeropostale at stoneridge mall. Karen( I think she is the store manager), she went out of her way to pick a few outfits for me, but went above and beyond to help me in the fitting room and was brutally honest if it looked good or not, now a days people dont even help you like this. The store is so neat and clean too very easy to find sizes. I'll definitley be back when I'm in need of a personal shopper...greatest experience ever. read more

We love the deals and almost each time we enter any mall, we make our way into this store bc of all the bargains. However, today, the cashier (slim, blonde, abrupt, and indifferent) was just the reflection of the rest of the customer service we had experienced throughout the mall. Good help really is hard to find. I talked to the mgr, Rachel/Racquel, and although she apologized profusely, she didn't make any attempts to correct her employee. Also, no one greeted us when we entered the store, and no one endeavored to assist us, and no one thanked us...least of all, the inexperienced, unrefined cashier. Her presence would be a detriment to any drive-thru restaurant. read more

My absolute favorite place to shop! I shopped there so many times that all the managers knew me on a first name basis. All of the staff is friendly and helpful and always makes sure to help you with what you need. Their clothes are more cost efficient than the other over priced stores. I can shop here all year long and they always have a sale going on! The clothes do run a bit smaller than others but still good quality. I have had 2 of my sweaters from them for at least 2 years now and still wear them to death. Yes this store is geared more towards the younger crowd. read more
