Woohoo!! This location is as good as it gets. I'm a huge TJ Maxx fan and I was thrilled to find this location. Each TJ Maxx has a niche. This location seems to get stocked quicker than other locations and always seems to have more to choose from. I know because I circulate among 4 of them in this area. If you're not a part of their loyalty program called TJX Rewards Acess, shame on you!!! it's free! As a TJX Rewards Access member, you get first dibs on arrivals, free giveaways and invitations to private parties (many more perks with a credit card but my husband will divorce me if I get one more credit card, lol). Never have a problem returning anything with a receipt. At one time there was a line just for returns. Now that make you get in line with the mob that's checking out. Not happy about that. Five Stars for the great gifts I found for Christmas. And for the great prices all year round. Love this place!

This place isn't even worth shopping at due to the RIDICULOUS length of the line and minimal cashiers. There is no "return" line so you're forced to stand in line with everyone who is waiting to pay out. When I walked in the store there were FORTY FIVE people in line in front of me. Instead of calling people to the front to help with check out, they continue to stock shelves. Something needs to be fixed.

This was our first time shopping at this TJMaxx. We got here around 6:30PM, grabbed a few things and were in line around 6:45PM. The line is moving slower than my grandma. There is only one cash register open while all the other 5+ employees are chit chatting away. Its not like the rest of the employees are keeping the place nice and tidy because the store is a COMPLETE MESS. We've been in line for 30 minutes now with very little progress.

The store is generally clean and reasonably organized, though like most TJ Maxx locations, inventory can be hit or miss depending on the day.

I like coming to Allen Premium Outlet Mall every once in a while. It's fun because hubby and I can…read moresplit up and go to the stores that we each want to visit. The prices don't always seem like they are a bargain, so you really need to know what you're looking for and at what price you're willing to pay. There is definitely something for everyone. I was on a quest for finding a new Easter dress and hubby wanted to go to Columbia. There is a cute play area for the little kids and this visit I noticed a couple of food trucks that I had never seen before. This parking lot is a little wonky and not very easy to get in/out and around. Signage could be better as well. During the Fall/Christmas time it is definitely much more busy. We came midweek and during the day, so there was plenty of parking and it wasn't crowded at all.

So, I haven't been here in YEARS. I moved away from the DFW and just recently moved back. I avoided…read morethe outlets because I was warned of the madness. All the parking lots have been filled in the middle with more stores. The parking situation is bad. The weird thing is, the stores are not that packed. That really tells me that parking is inadequate. There's no traffic control whatsoever. It's takes at least 20 minutes to pull out of your parking space and get to an exit to get on the surrounding roads. I hope that there are officers directing traffic and keeping pedestrians from getting hit by cars. Shopper beware! Not sure if it's worth the hassle.

Convenient, Well-Stocked, and Easy to Shop Target North…read moreAllen is a dependable location for everyday shopping. The store is generally clean, well organized, and easy to navigate, making quick trips just as manageable as larger shopping runs. Inventory is solid across departments, and shelves are usually well stocked. Pickup and drive-up orders are efficient and reliable, which makes this a convenient option when time is tight. Service inside the store is polite but fairly hands-off--help is available when needed, but it's not especially proactive. Checkout tends to move smoothly, whether using self-checkout or staffed lanes, though peak hours can get busy. Overall, this is a reliable Target that does what it should: convenient, efficient, and consistent.

I specifically came today thinking they would have a particular childs toy I had in mind. They didn't,but I found an equally interesting play thing. In addition,I picked up a few items from the grocery isle. I also ran across Shake and Bake! Haven't seen that or cooked with it in decades so I picked up a box. The Targets around me are always clean, pleasant places to shop with nice employees. This is your reminder, especially for this store... Go!

Visiting the Dallas area and wanted a body wave perm and trim haircut on my short (collar length)…read morehair. I've had the same done at JCP in Austin and was very satisfied. So I made an appointment at the Fairview, TX location with Tina, whose bio on JCP website, says she's been a stylist for 20+ years. There was only one other customer in the shop while I was there and Tina was working on both of us (no complaint about that at all) After the perm was done, she dried my hair and THEN cut it. Never have I had a dry-cut. She cut in what I can only call a frenzy, with dry hair flying everywhere. When she was done, she asked me to check it and I could see the sides were different lengths, as was the back. She dry-cut to 'fix it', and had to do take several attempts to even everything up, but I still came away with one side shorter than the others over my ears. She was nice enough, but seemed to rush through everything. And I don't think she left the neutralizer on long enough or it was a bad brand of perm because now that I'm home, it hardly looks/feels like I had a perm. I would never go back to her and would caution anyone who likes their hair evenly cut, to reconsider it. I should say, I've had many MANY perms over the last 40 years and I know what it should look like and feel like, and this isn't it. I feel like I just flushed $135 and half of my hair down the drain. Very disappointing.
