If you don't care about your customers why should I care to spend my money here. Staff was very rude and unhelpful. I am extremely pregnant and when I asked for help was told to go find someone else. Twice. The person who finally talked to me about the large item without a tag didn't even look at me when she told me to go back to the back, grab it and then they will check it at the front. Okay. I keep coming back to this location hoping it will eventually be stocked properly. Stocked with all those items that never sold at name brand stores. I keep coming back and I rarely find anything worth buying. Usually it's broken junk that is discounted. Don't think I need that chipped cup or that shirt with one short sleeve. I frequent this location for fun things, like: candles, picture frames, t-shirts, etc. There is a cashier named "Candy" who is always smiling, happy to help and will jump on a register when she sees a line. I watched her handle an angry customer with patience & grace. People can learn from Candy, she's very kind & I think she's fabulous! read more

great service, there is one in particular that makes my stay every Tuesday she's a sweetheart she was the lady with the poppy colored shirts and her Nikes was an amazing person and friend to talk to! I loved the questions that she asked me like how was your day or did you find everything alright today. she was also really pretty I think her name was Candy I love coming to the store the cashiers are super sweet. I came here for one thing and I found it! That is the reason for the 3 stars, otherwise I feel like this location could use better inventory and sprucing up. I've been here a few times and every visit I feel the same way, underwhelmed. There are certain items I come specifically to Ross for because I know that if I find what I'm looking for it will be significantly cheaper than other places. Ross 'is what it is'. Not a fan of this chain at all. Kinda reminds me of a flea market....a little bit of everything, but never a good selection of any one thing. Gave this location 1 star based on the fact I did find a nice button-down cotton Tommy Hilfiger dress shirt for my job interview 2 weeks ago...Turns out I got the job so I'll give my new shirt some credit :) Having said that, I probably won't return to this chain again unless I need another job, but hopefully that won't happen for a long, long time, if ever. I got to this location pretty often since I work in the area. The men's clothes and shoe selections are horrible...hardly anything there. What I have been able to luck up on is hats. Instead of paying $35-$45 at Lids or something like that, you can sometimes find your favorite team's hats for $7-$11. I've also lucked up on some nice artwork their and they usually get decent area rugs and other home decor too. read more

I, sometimes, like to shop at Ross to see if I can find any deals. I found some pretty cool things today so I was pleasantly surprised with my trip there. This particular location was a lot more organized that some of the other ones I've been to recently, and the lady at the register was slightly friendly, which was a nice change. There was a girl there with a black eye and she made me feel kind of uncomfortable.. but I don't know her circumstances so I can't make any judgments.. just.. yanno, if you have a black eye try to stay in the back for a few days or something. At any rate, overall it was a more enjoyable experience than I've had in most Ross locations. read more

Came here literally one month ago to purchase a bag for my trip. Did not use at all and came to return. They would only give me store credit because it was one day off their 30 day policy. Very disappointed with this return policy and that it was probably quite easy to have done the return. read more

It is absolutely amazing to me that this store consistently is understaffed. How in game world on a Saturday could you have 2 people working a register? Occasional problem? No. This is a regular occurrence. Come on, but come with comfortable shoes. It's a nightmare. read more

Taylor I think is the blond girls name, she's really nice every time I'm there. She's loss prevention now though I think. Management is okay here. Lines go pretty quickly. Store is usually organized pretty well by size surprisingly. Only complaint is they stop randomly carrying the "gormet cookies" forgot the brand name but I always buy the confetti cake batter ones, and the red velvet (the best) ones. The store in Plano usually has them so I get them there but this location really should order and keep those in stock. It's never too crowded and it's pretty relaxed at this location. Not to be indelicate, but this Ross is a dump! It's the worst example of the store I've ever seen. I usually enjoy looking around stores like Ross and almost always find something I didn't know I needed. I felt like I was walking into a bad thrift store. There was barely anything on the shelves/racks at all, it was totally disorganized and looked like they were about to go out of business. I don't know how they haven't. read more

I am a huge fan of Ross...this store however is bare. Empty shelves everywhere. When it first opened I figured it just needed time to fill up. Never has happened. Go to the one in Plano...Not as clean or nice but atleast they have merchandise on the shelves. read more

This a place that is really hit and miss. You have to frequent it to find what you are looking for. It has many great finds.

This store was empty with very little selection and this has been my experience multiple times. They could do a lot more business but they just don't have enough merchandise. Hunt elsewhere! read more

The shelves don't have much good merchandise, but, I occasionally find good deals on certain items. I found a nice, cheap yoga mat and sony headphones which were nice quality for the price. However, when I do find cute shoes, be warned. The stickers stuck to the shoe and even took off the finish on a few pairs I have purchased before so I was not happy about that. I gave it one star because... when you enter you see jewelry cases and to the right a podium for their loss prevention people. This day there were 2, talking by the podium. There was a purse inside one of the cases so I went up to them if they could me and tell me the price. The female walked away the male with not even one work not a greeting goes behind the counter and flips the tag so I can see it. And he begins to close the case. I got the hint. Thanks. I walked away. After looking through the racks(long time) I found a blouse I went to the line it was long for a weekday. Only one cashier checking out. Ashley. I watched her while I waited in line YELLING "next!" When we are standing within earshot. But she looked miserable to be there. Not a smile to anyone. The lady in front of me and I both noticed this. Way to make me feel valued. So what's the point Ross, of having them yell WELCOME to Ross as you walk in but them you get treated like you are bothering someone by asking for a price on an item and your cashier looks like she could care less. I mean I spend a lot of time looking through the racks and found something I just loved the least y'all could do is not yell welcome from across the building instead be genuine and say hi and smile and just be happy I came in to your store because there's other stores I could go to. read more
