I used to but, don't much anymore. Shop at Target that is. Not sure why exactly. Years ago I was a regular Target shopper. However,over time that seemed to taper off So when it occured to me I need gifts for an upcoming kids birthday,Target pooped into Mind. I also needed a few groceries so, I headed to the grocery section and quickly found the things I needed. The toy isle was close by and after wondering what a four year old would go crazy over,I found a couple of things. The check out was a little slow but overall my Target experience was ok. Very understaffed. There was a long line of people waiting for the 4 self check out lines. I asked the one employee I saw if they had any check out clerks and he said no. Also the grocery area, in particular the refrigerated cases, had very little stock. I will need to go elsewhere to finish my shopping. And their prices really are not competitive either. I used to shop at Target more, but now I have more reasons not to go there. It is very unfortunate. Either HEB or Walmart is a better choice. read more

Clean and orderly. Workers were slightly unfriendly, but maybe because they had to be at work.

Consistently excellent customer service, with speedy and accurate curbside pickup. Isaac in particular is always nice and helpful, and the fact that he and the other customer service associates braved the crazy Texas heat wave this summer speaks volumes about the dedication of this team. I haven't shopped a ton in-store, but it's always clean and organized when I do go in. I highly recommend this location, even though it's a little smaller than some Target stores. read more

Super great store in true TX style! Employees actually come up and ask you if they can help you find anything!:) Cashiers are super friendly and talkative! Shelves are well-stocked and the entire store is organized perfectly! It's a "smaller" target in comparison to the SuperTargets dotted throughout the landscape here in Dallas. This Target has really stepped it up. It's always so organized, clean, and easy to shop. But let me tell you about the employees. Ummmmm, SO GREAT!! I'm not sure who told them to greet every shopper, but it's working. They were all so attentive and kind - it definitely made me stay longer and leave with much more than I needed! I never had a problem with this place until today. There was a sign that said 40% off on the clothing when I rang it up it was regular price. I asked James to please help me out and he was nice enough to check it out. But the lady on the other side of the Radio said no there not. I should James the picture where it's showed 40% and the lady came and said it only on one side of the rack. But it's didn't say that and everyone is all together. That's there mistake the lady response back to with a nasty attitude say "it's says sweatpants and sweatshirts" and I should her the pants and told her this are sweaters shirts. And looked at me as she walked away and told me those are leggings it's not what you want" in front of all the people there rolled her eyes and left me talking to my self! What the heck's of type of customer service is that? A manager name sue came to help me but she didn't want to provided me with the girls name! This place is the go to Target for the local area, but not for everything though. They do not have everything that a normal target has. Customer service is ok but could be better. Cashiers are friendly and the associates are really nice. They just DO NOT have bakery or any cakes. Which made me go all the way to Tom Thumb to pick one up. read more

Located just off of US75 on McDermott, this is Allen's original Target store (there's now a new Super Target at Stacy and US75, just a bit north). It's still got that "Target style", though, that inviting decor that makes it fun to shop there. I've never seen the place be dirty, messy, poorly maintained in any way. It's well laid out, with electronics on the far right as you go in (my favorite department). Parking is plentiful and close, and access from either direction of McDermott is a snap. This is a good store for a quick trip or if you're just not wanting to go up to the "mother ship" at Stacy. read more

I'm used to the small target store close to my house, but today while out at the Allen Outlets, I stopped by here to do some quick shopping. This is a mega sized super target and be prepared to walk around if you haven't been to one this size. I've been to some Super Targets, but somehow this one looked huge! The parking lot was packed..I guess I stopped by when everyone was out shopping! The store was clean and our shopping took us from one end of the store to the other. The cashier should have been a little bit more friendly...a smile goes a long way... but I guess she looked overwhelmed by all the grocery items I had on the check-out counter. read more

One thing that I first notice about Target is the layout. My hometown Target in CA has the store going through your right side. This store is goes through the left. Being that this is my new home Target, it took some time getting used to. I know that's weird but Target is a weekly (even multiple times a week) ritual. With that being said, I like this Target. I usually come at a non-busy time, so I always get a parking spot close to the store and the store has never been crowded the times Ive been there. It's always clean and the staff is friendly too! It's also right by the 75 freeway, so it's very convenient for those who are local and those passing by. read more

Wow is all I can say. I was in target for about 30 minutes and in every section I went to... I had at LEAST 2 people tell me good morning and asked if I needed help with anything. EVERYONE is so kind at this store and made me feel so welcomed! You don't experience this at many stores but this was by far the nicest and sweetest team I've ever met. This store has an odd layout that takes some getting used to, but once you understand it it's easy to navigate. First of all, I love Target. Love the deals, coupon stacking, discount Target card, Cartwheel and all that. Love the savings when I can do my couponing at its best. Went in to this store early one day and it was quiet with only a few customers and staff was super friendly while still stocking shelves and having staff meetings in the back. Very Very disappointed with the way they handled a recent issue. There was a car with 2 little kids inside with engine left running. This was during the night so i could see the video playing but with no driver on the driver seat. I walked into the store and informed an associate who told me that he would inform his manager and walked into the office. I came out and waited in my car expecting someone to do something. After 15 mts nothing happened and no announcements for the parents made. I called them from parking lot again and the lady that picked up said she would send out the asset protection officer. 15 mts no one came out. I was just not going to leave those kids like that. I was then about the call the cops, the Mom walked out and drove the car away. I don't know where else to post this so they care from now on.
