You can get something quickly and get out quickly most of the tIme. They will special order something for you. This pharmacy is one of the best we've ever used. We had been without for 3 days and needed this badly. The Indian tech was rude and stood her ground we had to wait 2 more days. We called the doctor to talk to them to advise them to fill it now. She sent us to the drop off window. This lady refused to help us. We had the doctor call them again to get it filled today. They still refused to fill it. The employees were standing around talking so they weren't busy. We asked several times if it had been called in and they said no yet the doctor confirmed he called it back in to the pharmacist and the pharmacist said they would fill it now. All 3 techs were rude and not wanting to talk to us about the prescription. We will transfer all our prescriptions elsewhere.

One time I bought some organic grassfed milk there and it wasn't expired, but I got home and tried it and it was sour as if it had been left out of the fridge for an extended time. Half the time, I drive another 5 minutes to go to the other Kroger further west on 380 which never has any of these issues.

SO many people in such a small space and it's like bumper cars weaving their way through a maze of humans. Then bathrooms are smaller, but still very well kept and clean. The products are all the same, a lot with their signature logo. They have the bbq section, deli, sandwiches, pre made snacks, cookies, and all of the paraphernalia that is Buc-ee's. Gas is usually fairly inexpensive as well. Great place, just smaller, so be prepared to dodge some folks not only in the parking lot, but also in the store.

This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced as a customer. During my interaction with Valerie, she was extremely arrogant, hostile, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, she escalated her abusive behavior by directly insulting me in Spanish, calling me a "pendejo" to my face. Furthermore, I had a cart fully loaded with two hundred dollars worth of groceries, but I was unable to complete my purchase because Valerie, as the manager on duty, refused to assist me or address the situation. This level of disrespect, verbal abuse, and utter lack of professionalism from someone in a management position is completely unacceptable. Customers should never be insulted, demeaned, or treated with such hostility, especially when trying to check out. I expect management to take immediate action regarding this severe misconduct. Then they told us they were tied, but they were not tied balloons, and then when we brought the balloons and took them out of the bag, they all went up high in the ceiling. The next day I stopped in for a gift card and used self-checkout, as I always do, for a debit transaction. The machine allows it. An older employee stepped into my personal space and started telling me what to do. I made clear I didn't need help; he ignored that and took over the machine himself. Self-checkout plainly supports debit purchases, including adding funds to a video game gift card, the system wouldn't offer it otherwise. it's not some random employees decision, the self checkout doesn't matter...If staff understood their own equipment, that interaction wouldn't have happened. I'd rather see the team focused on keeping the store in order than on directing customers who are managing fine on their own.
