During my last trip here they announced that if you find an item in their store in the wrong size- they will search Nordstrom Racks nationwide to see if another store has your item in your size- and they ship for free! After spending tens of thousands of dollars there over the years (I have 3 children who helped) this was the treatment they give their solid customers. What gall! They probably do that with everything - day after Christmas they put everything on sale for 25% of the price for a morning so they can screw all their customers with returns. This is a really busy store The parking lot is always full. if you need a one of those little carts to ride around the store, Be aware, you may not get one or if you try to wait for one you'll be waiting for the size of this store, they should have plenty more of those carts available. They have mostly self check out kiosk and not many cashiers so a anytime the cashier is available the lines are long. Overall, this is the best one in my area so again I'm stuck coming here.

Walking in my first impression was of an under lit massive cave, rather than the circus like atmosphere of the early years of WGPM (the last time I was there was at least 15-20 years ago). Although Bloomingdale's and Macy's still anchored, Strawbridge's Sears and J.C. Penny were long gone. Several escalators were out of service and an elevator was blocked off for repairs. Just a little depressing, and word on the street is that it had recently been sold to scavenger commercial realtor with a bad reputation for selling off poorly functioning malls in pieces and leaving skeletons behind. At least we were successful at Apple. The watched was quickly adjusted and we found a working escalator to exit the building. While the decline and extinction of malls has been happening for a few decades it it still sad to witness their slow demise. What was once a childhood circus of crowded shoppers and noshers, now are almost empty mammoth structures living on borrowed time. But for Apple, Willow Grove Mall would have been a single star experience. What comes next is up to the imagination of not particularly insightful developers.
