She goes the extra mile if need be and that means a lot. This location isn't the best at being customer focused however, for the most part, most of the pharmacy staff are nice.

I haven't been to this target for a long time. I was there…read morein the middle of the day and the middle of the week, so it wasn't crowded. I really like Targets products. What I found to be very annoying, but I guess it's a sign of the times is lots of products are locked up. So, if you need something, you have to push the bottom for assistance. They are supposed to come open the glass case, and you get what you need. Well! In this Target, they take their sweet time coming or the buttons don't work at all. I finally found a button (2 rows over) and told the young man about the botton not working. He could care less! No response at all. Unfortunately, I needed vitamins and toothpaste which are both locked behind glass doors. I'm seeing this more and more in different stores. I feel this is a shame that people steal so bad that everything is locked away. It makes for a bad shopping experience. I will not go to these stores for products that are locked up from now on unless I have no choice. Other than that complaint, I enjoyed my trip to Target.

Dear Target Corporate Leadership,…read more I recently watched a disturbing video involving a Black woman who was accused of stealing shopping carts at one of your stores. What was especially upsetting was seeing her experience what appeared to be public humiliation and embarrassment over an accusation that, based on what was shown, appeared to be unfounded. Situations like this are deeply concerning because customers should not feel targeted, criminalized, or treated differently based on their race. Being falsely accused of wrongdoing in a public setting can cause significant emotional distress, embarrassment, and trauma. As a Black consumer, watching this was extremely disappointing. It made me question whether I would feel comfortable shopping at Target knowing that another Black customer could potentially experience something similar. I believe Target has a responsibility to ensure that every customer is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. I hope this incident is taken seriously, investigated appropriately, and used as an opportunity to review how employees handle situations involving suspected theft or other customer concerns. Until I feel confident that Black customers and all customers are being treated fairly and respectfully, I personally do not feel comfortable continuing to shop at Target. I would appreciate a response explaining what steps Target takes to prevent situations like this from occurring and how the company addresses concerns involving potential racial profiling or inappropriate treatment of customers. Sincerely, Nickea

I get annoyed by the number of registers that aren't operational. 8 self checkouts and maybe one person working at a register and there's a dozen empty ones. They have a fairly decent selection of hair and beauty products, but not enough of the salon quality. If you're looking for a large selection of salon quality hair products then you may want to shop online. Their home goods section is relatively decent but still not as many options as Walmart or Macys. Every location is different though, so just word of advice to those New around here that this is pretty basic stuff. If you want different shop online or go elsewhere. It almost never fails that the shopping cart escalator gets jammed up every time I come, so that's a deterrent. I've used the drive up option a few times and that's always been good. I would definitely use them for drive up to save yourself time waiting in line and dealing with the craziness inside.

I came in one day and one of the cashiers was visibly very sick, yet she was still working the register right by the front doors. When I expressed concern for her health, she told me she had to come in or she was afraid of losing her job. That is unacceptable, no one should feel forced to work while sick. There is almost always only one cashier, and the lines wrap around the store. Management clearly sees this and only steps in once things get overwhelming, but by then the cashier has already been dealing with unnecessary stress from customers and long lines. The store itself is usually cluttered and disorganized. On top of that, employees are often outside smoking and then come back inside smelling like weed, which feels very unprofessional in a customer-facing environment. Overall, this place feels poorly managed and uncomfortable to shop in. I've never experienced anything like this at a Dollar Tree before.

The line was about 10 people deep and there was only one cashier. It was not until 20 minutes later that the cashier called a 2nd cashier to help. There was more people behind me and you could tell people were annoyed with the customer service. I live around this Ross and do not remember the last time I came, and now I remember why I do not go to this Ross. I most likely will not be coming back to this store again. I would rather drive to the Warrington Ross then go to this one. Suggestions for this store would be: have more than one cashier at the front of the store when busy. And if they are short handed a simple apology for the long wait would have been okay with me. Also organization of the merchandise would also make this store a lot better. I do not mind the security, the thing I did mind was the Security people "hawking" us ( the customers) it felt awkward and made it seem like we were all thieves.
