I love this MK Mercer bag, but the saleswoman of MK attitude is so mean. Nice product, bad service!

Nice Elevator. This is my favorite Macy's long time, tied with KOP. It opened in 2001 and it is the sister to Newport Center. I've gotten some nice garments here plus a top-notch leather belt. I also got my Mom a tea kettle here, and cookware.

Macy's is mi faves! I just love shopping here. There isn't a department that I do not like, however my favorites are Women's and Home. If you go on the right days you can snatch some good deals. It's bright and very easy to navigate.

The experience has been a total nightmare and we will likely have to pivot and find another company to go with. We stopped into the Willow Grove location last month to set up an account with suit separates for the groomsmen. Two groomsmen are located in FL but both have Men's Wearhouse near them. It was quite busy the day we stopped in, but the manager on duty eventually assisted us. Her name was Thereza. Thereza created our account and scanned each item (jacket, shirt, vest and pants) so that the guys knew exactly what they would be wearing. She incorrectly entered my fiancé's email address and therefore he was not getting any emails with updates. She also misspelled one of the groomsman's names. None of this information was verified prior to submission. This could have been avoided. She only provided a slip with our group number and sent us on our way. To make matters worse, one of the groomsman went to a location near him to get measured and the associate claimed nothing was in the system. They didn't know which suit style or color because the profile Thereza created was allegedly blank. We called the Willow Grove store to complain and they refused to give us the name of the district manager. We were also told Men's Wearhouse no longer does alterations on pants, which is pretty silly. The service here is embarrassing and I hate to say this, but I don't think we will ever come back.

She is rude and requires alot more customer service training. I need her to know she gets paid to "spritz perfumes on a daily basis" and to remember that some of the BLACK folks that frequent her counter are probably alot more Educated and hold more degrees than she would ever think. Dont be a hater because you are minimally paid and stuck! After 15+ years of shopping here I have decided to take my black dollar elsewhere. Neiman Marcus in KOP have beautiful and talented sales women on staff that are not RUDE! This woman can barely speak the kings english well! The young manager was wonderful at WG Bloomingdales and the other ladies were helpful as well, but I will not shop here anymore because of the Lancome counter Manager and her disrespect towards Black Customers. Stop looking down on people of color! Be thankful for a job, from the looks of it business is not booming at Bloomingdales Lancome counter anyway, people are heading to macys down the hall. We mentioned a couple of our go-to colognes and what else we were looking for, and the associate had us smell a couple of other fragrances. My friend wanted to have the associate spray one cologne on my friend's skin just to see how the notes come off, and the associate did so. However, the sales associate had a very unwelcoming demeanor from the beginning. We lingered for some time but couldn't decide on one to buy, and since we had a prior appointment at a suit store, we told the associate that we would come back. After some time, we barely took 20 steps out of the store when a security personnel from the store called out to us, asking us to return a tester. We initially thought he was talking about the test strips (we took a few with us that the associate had given us separately). When we offered those to the security, he said that he was looking for a tester bottle that we took with us. We were quite surprised because we didn't take any, and I pulled out my hand sanitizer out of my pocket to show to the security in case we thought that was a tester. The security guy then said something like "nevermind" and left. We stood outside the store looking back at security wondering what just happened. We went to the suit store and then went back to Bloomingdales and confronted the security personnel. He said that he was given the wrong description. When we said that it was quite disrespectful to accuse someone without making sure they are the correct person, security just said that it's okay. They did not apologize for their behavior, and because we are people of color, we felt we were violated and subject to profiling and racism. We asked to speak to their manager but the security personnel said that they were not available and we could file a complaint online, which we later did (we also got his name - Tony). We again mentioned that it is not okay to wrongly accuse anyone of theft without any evidence but security pretty much shrugged and again said that it was okay. Because the security personnel said someone had put them to this task, we had a feeling it was the sales associate since we only interacted with them during our brief time in the store. We are not sure what kind of training anyone at the store gets or how their hiring process is but it's quite pathetic, to put it mildly. We have frequented KOP mall and stores like YSL, Louis Vuitton, Creed, and never have we ever had such poor quality service, or were made to feel this uncomfortable, or had anyone behave this unprofessionally.

I picked up a few items from the men clothing section and made my way to the children section on the second floor. I placed all of my selected items my reusable shopping bag that I entered into the store with. As my son and I made our way down the escalator to the first floor I was approached by a man asking me to step to the side so he could speak with me. I stepped to side of the escalator and the man said "we observed you stuffing things in your bag and if you just give me the things I won't arrest you." I was floored by this accusation. I explained to him I am using a reusable shopping bag and I am still shopping. Once done I will pay for my items. He replied "this is what management is saying and we do not use those bags we have the carts or our shopping bags." I replied I was not aware that I could not use my own bag to hold my items and transferred my items to a Primark bag. After this unpleasant encounter I made my way to the register. As I placed my items on the counter I asked the cashier if I could speak with a manager. The cashier asked for the reason of my request and I informed him I had just been accused of stealing. The cashier called for a manager and apologized to me. The cashier inquired as to who accused me of stealing. As I look up I see the guy who accused me of stealing standing at the end of area leading to registers. He quickly ducked out of sight when he noticed me pointing at him. The manager Bryan arrived and I shared with him what happened. He apologized and claimed it was a misunderstanding. I also shared I was visiting from NC. I expressed how this was embarrassing and I never left the store to be accused of stealing. For the man who approached me to assume I was stealing because I was using my own shopping bag was unacceptable and low. There are two sets of register in store however only set of registers was open and this was on the first floor. There is an entrance/exit on the second floor in the children section where I was shopping before being approached on the escalator. Again I never left the store or passed any point of purchase area before being approached. This was not a misunderstanding it was profiling situation. I was threatened with being arrested and embarrassed

My dad was in the clothing industry for over twenty-five years and the last time he brought me here for shopping I am pretty sure I got a black sweatshirt on deep discount and it ended up being five or ten bucks. My dad said meh, if you get a few wears out of it then the sweatshirt won't owe you anything. Something to that effect anyway. I came here recently when trying to get a dress shirt for an interview that wouldn't be too pricey. I only found one that was a slim fit and ended up returning it along with a six dollar tie that was made out of recycled waste? It was made out of something recycled, any who, I do not plan on coming back but I do see it is typically busy at the cash register so I think this store may be more tailored for the pre-teen, younger crowd on attracting them to buy fad items. As always people SYOY!!
