I went in the store is very small and there was only one group of customers in there - a mom and daughter I presume. There were 2 staff members at least, maybe a third. One young girl who worked there looked up when I walked in looked immediately down no smile no greeting and then walked by me tasking. Not very welcoming. The door bell jingles so it alerts staff to people entering the store. There were two people behind her one of them is excitedly chattering with another person (I'm presuming this is the third staff member). That worker than leaves behind the counter literally brushes past me arm full of hangers says nothing not hi, asks me how I am, absolutely nothing - not even a smile. I have never had such absolutely disinterested service. I wrote an email about this experience in more in depth but they didn't have a direct customer support line beyond online orders. I walked in - looked around and walked out. You are not getting my money if you can't even SMILE at me. Your store was empty on a holiday weekend - this is probably why.

Although the sales' associate was super courteous and helpful, I am disappointed with my recent…read morepurchases. I typically take a 32DD or 34D, so when the associate taped me at 36DD, I was a little puzzled, but she quickly explained sizes differ from store to store. That's a pretty reasonable explanation. When I tried the bra on, I clasped it on the tightest hook. I did the band test. I could comfortably fit my whole hand between my back and the band and still stretch the band outward without effort. I asked the associate if the bra was maybe too big. She checked the fit and then she assured me that this style of bra is supposed to fit like that and then she even unclasped the hook and re-hooked to the outermost hook, which left even more space around my rib cage. She said the fit was good. Because the fabric felt glorious on my skin, and based on the associate's very convicted explanation regarding sizing and fit, I bought two bras for $59. I got home and tried each bra on. They had the same feel as the in-store try-on bra, so I removed the tags and placed them in my dresser drawer. This weekend, I had a chance to wear one of the bras for several hours. After a few hours of wear, I noticed the band had slipped down my rib cage. I re-hooked to the innermost hook and -- voila! -- the band still slipped down my rib cage a short while later. On top of that, the shoulder straps were way too loose; the right one kept sliding off my shoulder. When I went to tighten the shoulder straps, I realized that they were already on the tightest configuration. I put on the other bra. Same thing happened a few hours later. Now I'm not going to assume that the clerk sized me incorrectly. Maybe it's the material. Maybe with fabric that soft there's not enough tension. But whatever it is, the bras are way too big for me, and because of Soma's horrible return policy, I am now stuck with two brand spanking new bras that do not fit me at all. I'll be donating these bras to the local clothing drop, and I definitely will not return to Soma again.

I went to the KOP, the workers there were very sweet and called over to Pottstown to make sure they had the bag I was looking for. When I got there, I was rushed out by a young female worker and her co worker (male)... they knew I was coming and I drove an hour and hit some traffic but I still had 10 minutes to shop. I asked about the deal (spend 150 get a free tote). When I asked her if that applies to me she said I'm not a member (she put my phone number in wrong). Then said that they don't have the mesh bags (they were sitting behind her. I could tell that since both workers were young, they just wanted to go home. Not wait 5 minutes for me to pick something else out (my total was 144) . I'm very sad and disappointed, I don't live close to the outlets so when I drive that long (and they knew I was coming) I expected just to not be rushed out of the door. Took the time out of my day to come back and return the bag since I didn't even get a second to look at any others. This isn't how the world used to operate.. especially nice stores like this... I'm really upset with how I was treated and I was not mean AT ALL. She just didn't want to wait for me and clearly had somewhere to go (she called her male co worker up front to hint we need to leave ).. The store is always well organized, easy to browse, and full of great finds at amazing prices. Whether you're looking for clothing, home goods, or a last-minute gift, there's always something worth picking up. The team is consistently helpful and hardworking, keeping everything running smoothly even during busy times. It's clear that strong management plays a huge role in creating such a positive, efficient environment. I also have a unique appreciation for this store because I had the opportunity to work here, and I can say the management and team are some of the best. I was in between moving states and, as a therapist, it wouldn't have been ethical to take on new clients during that transition, so working in retail helped hold me over--and I'm so grateful it was at Ross. This is an average size for a Ross store. They all seem to be the same dimensions, or at least set up in a way it appears the same. The difference is they had multiple of the same items available in each size unlike other stores they are generally a one off. Although I was unable to get a raincoat, which was my mission, I purchased several items that I'm quite pleased with. Would I return? YES.

We wondered both sides of the store and dressing room to find no one. Eventually as I was preparing to call the store on my cell phone the gentlemen who helped us appeared. The other thing was when I was explaining to him why the coat was being returned he asked if the coat had been burnt. Idk if he was joking or that was his dry sense of humor, however he redeemed himself as the conversation progressed. I work retail so I know people try to get over but this was clearly a case of defective merchandise.

I guess there's some type of psychological effect to that style of pricing, but I find it annoying to have to break out my phone and calculate how much something is going to cost me. If you have been to another J. Crew Factory Store, then you know what to expect: some basics, some seasonal items, but not the latest and greatest styles. For the online shopper, you will likely find similar items on the Factory website as what's in-store. Also, you can get free shipping by having it shipped to the store.

While none of her actions were unusual for Talbots, her over aggressiveness and unrelenting attachment to me was unique. Okay, I thought once I got to the fitting room I'd free myself of her a bit. Wrong! She approached my door every 2 minutes to see if I needed anything else and to inquire about items which she recommended for me. I really just wanted to look at my own pace, and I kept expressing my concern about the fit of a top she insisted that she loved and looked great on me. Okay, I was a little tired, and just wanted to enjoy my day off and really didn't have the energy to evade her as I should have. Needless to say, I bought more than I wanted or actually loved, not to mention that I really didn't get to just relax and browse. The whole experience was like a whirlwind of mania.
