"It will take 7-10 days", this is their standard bull**** explanation. July goes by, August, Septembe, October... it had been so long we kind of forgot about it. We began calling, emailing customer service back in November. Numerous calls, emails, nothing. I finally reached out to them on 1/4 on Twitter and asked where the refund was. Again, this isn't $5-10, this was almost $200. They researched and said it would be refunded in 7-10 (that's their favorite numbers) days. No expediting, no we will fedex it to you because we F'd up and would like to keep your business, nope... We will send it snail mail. 2 weeks later it's still not here. Oh, when I asked about them doing something to compensate for their mistake they sent me a 25% off coupon that can't be used on 90% of stuff in the store. Customer service for these clowns must be run by Mrs. Lippy's 3rd Grade History class. Why do we have to do so much legwork to get you to fix something you totally screwed up?? Mike the owner did not return. Totally cheezed it, leaving fabric damaged products in my house. I emailed sweet dreams wanting replacement, the replacement offered had same damage and they sent me photos. NO , the sofa fabric has not unwrinkled or improved with sitting. Staff would not tell me what other products matched same price for replacement.. just kept referring me to showroom or website.. pretend help for days and hours on end..run around. Left with damaged products. They didnt even try to steam out the damage or anything. I paid cash. Buyer beware, buy and pickup off showroom floor or risk this. It was a Nightmare! I have photos and video. Email, texts etc.

Overall this was a good experience. I bought the left and right end pieces of a Starbot Power…read moreRecliner sectional to make a love seat for my living room. For comparison only, Ashley Furniture in Warminster had these pieces for $1799.98 which did include delivery and installation (they also had a 5% Military Discount - $90 off); for a delivered and installed price of $1709.98. Removal and disposal of my old love seat was not available at all. So, with PA tax added, total cost would have been $1812.58 Sweet Dreams sold me the exact same pieces for $1120 also with a 5% Military Discount of $56 for a price of $1064.00. However, Sweet Dreams then added $150.00 for delivery (paid to the store), $38.34 for using my credit card (3% - paid to the store - bring a check with you!), $100.00 cash to the driver for taking my old love seat to the curb plus another $100.00 cash for disposal at the dump (also paid to the driver). These cash payments were not tips. I was told about them by phone after I had already paid for the sectionals at the store. The delivery people did offer to unbox and set up the new love seat (which was not included) for an additional $75.00 cash which I declined. (It took me all of 15 minutes to set up the love seat. It would have been 10 minutes if I had had a helper). So, with PA tax added I paid $1316.18 for the loveseat; a savings of $496.40 (though I did have to put it together myself). Apples to apples, while buying from Sweet Dreams had some frustrations at the nickel and dime add-ons, even with the removal and disposal costs, they save me $296.40 on the love seat and I did not have to deal with the old sofa. A win ... Oh, and as to delivery time, order placed on 23 Dec 2023 and delivered 9 Jan 2024 due to only having a left side in stock locally.

I am the fortunate construction designer that works with this husband and wife team on a weekly basis in my own business. Mari is the most talented and passionate paint artist I have ever met. She bends over backwards to accommodate the clients and does not know the words, it cannot be done. I bring project after project to her, each project unique in nature and with a hard deadline date attached. From the moment she takes on the project, she does nothing but perform! To say this woman is dedicated and works hard, is an understatement! The same applies to her husband, who is a gifted furniture maker, and their son, Chris who does all the artwork, drawings and digital work. Once again was looking for a mattress for another child of mine. Already had financing through a third party and unfortunately my only local option was Mattress Firm. When we got there (same salesmen too...ugh) I informed him I had financing and would be using Apple Pay in order to use it. Told him a budget and as a typical salesmen tried to get us out of that range. Can't blame him for that but to do it by trying to make me feel like a horrible mother by saying things like "I'm sure you want your son to get a good nights sleep" "He needs rest for school" and when I told him my son doesn't spend many nights at home because he is almost 20 and probably sleeps on couches and floors so doesn't need a crazy expensive mattress "well when he is home don't you want him to get a good nights sleep so he doesn't wake up sore and tired if he is sleeping on floors". The way he kept going on and on about what seemed to be my lack of concern for my son.... not cool. I wouldn't be there getting him a mattress if I didn't have concerns. Anyway, we finally find a mattress at my price point. I'm ready to pay. Oh wait, they don't take Apple Pay. What? Wasn't that one of the first things I said to you? I needed to pay that way. So he proceeds to get me financing through them. Comes up with a payment of an amount that I had repeatedly said was more than I wanted to spend per month. Repeatedly said it. To him and aloud to my husband. Was this guy not listening to me at all tonight? We were the only customers there. So I say forget the deal on this expensive mattress I'll take the other one we talked about. Oh nope... we can't finance that one. It's not expensive enough. OMG. I wasted close to 1 1/2 hours at this place with a salesmen that was awful last time I dealt with him (that time we went across the street and got a mattress) because he lacks the ability to listen. Had he told me they don't take Apple Pay when we walked in the doors we could have avoided all this wasted time. Had he listened when I told him I did not want my monthly payments to be that high...I wouldn't be so frustrated with this place, and him. Never again. I'm the idiot for thinking I could go in there and have a different experience then I did the first time. This guy needs to find a new career or put on his listening cap... or maybe both. I would like to add we stopped into our favorite mattress store across the street from this place first to see if they took Apple Pay, and our favorite salesmen Andrew was there and knew immediately that they did not. Bummer. That's a man that knows his job and place of employment.
