I am the fortunate construction designer that works with this husband and wife team on a weekly basis in my own business. Mari is the most talented and passionate paint artist I have ever met. She bends over backwards to accommodate the clients and does not know the words, it cannot be done. I bring project after project to her, each project unique in nature and with a hard deadline date attached. From the moment she takes on the project, she does nothing but perform! She makes endless samples for myself and my client, she sends endless pictures and videos keeping me in the loop and assuring I am satisfied every step of the way. To say this woman is dedicated and works hard, is an understatement! The same applies to her husband, who is a gifted furniture maker, and their son, Chris who does all the artwork, drawings and digital work. He requested I send pictures so he could see what the extent of the issue was. Once he received the pictures, we spoke on the phone. He took the time to explain everything and educate me. He quoted mye a price. Said he could do it that weekend. He came to my house on a Saturday, took apart the part of the sofa that needed the repair to bring back to his shop. He showed me what needed to be done and explained everything to me. Said he would come back on Sunday with the repaired sofa. Final results were wonderful. I am very pleased with his work. Over the past 12 years, I have purchased my Guy Chaddock dining table, Jessica Charles chairs, custom-sized Century bedside tables and dresser, incredibly comfortable Shifman mattresses for my son and for our primary bedroom, and now our latest timeless addition, our new sofa, from Hendrixson's. Though it is always a hike from Center City to make it into the showroom, I've learned it is well worth the trip. The designers are knowledgeable, talented and patient. The delivery team was able to navigate my impossibly narrow stairwells without any damage (or swearing, which I would have done). Their integrity, personal attention, and genuine kindness were exemplary. They stand behind their furniture, and when we needed repairs due to scuffs or scratches that we accidentally committed, their staff did amazingly skillful repair work and were extremely responsive and professional.
