Just moved to Hatfield so new to this Homegoods. Last coverlet available had a small spot, possibly blood. Any other Homegoods manager would refuse to sell the item or offer a 10% discount. Aaron, the manager on duty refused to offer any discount and stated that I could wash it and return it if the spot did not come out. The sales woman was as startled as I was. Came in a couple of weeks before Christmas to get 2 bathmats (and also impulse purchased a scented candle). Found what I needed, no problem. But then... I saw the check out line. Wow. 11 people ahead of me - 3 cashiers (out of 7) open. My cashier Olivia was super sweet. It was worth the wait - but in future I will shop well after Christmas. read more

Love this location! I always find great things in here. I never leave empty handed. Parking: lot Store: pretty neat and organized. Service: today I was on a mission to find specific items for my diningroom. Naija greeted me and asked if I needed help. I showed her pics and she immediately began helping. She gave suggestions and walked around the store with me pulling things for me to look at. I felt special!! I pretty much got everything I needed here today. Towards the end I needed a display plate so Naija and I walked to that area and both Naija and Marcy assisted. I was very satisfied with all the selections. Before I stopped in last Spring 2018, I've never been in a Homegoods before. I was in Airport Square one day shopping and I decided to stop on in. I wasn't sure what to really expect, but I was impressed with what they did have. I always enjoy these kinds of stores, because you'll never know what you might find and what bargains you'll find. Such a large and wonderful selection. I especially love the huge selection of pillows. Anything you could possibly want. The pillows I bought for my couch several years ago are an amazing quality and always fluff back up and look like new even after being played with, sat on, stepped on etc by my grandkids. JAM PACKED STORE. Well over 100 ppl!!! customer was also not wearing their mask correctly and a few other customers asked her to adjust the mask she refused. Suggested that we all shop from home. When we brought it to the managers attention, note that her mask was below her nose, she said that it was not required for people to wear face coverings of cording to CDC guidelines. Homegoods is hazardous to my wallet. How can it be that everything - EVERYTHING - I see in here, I want? I bought a glass fish. A glass friggen fish. It was 50 dollars. I don't even know what to do with it. That being said, everything I get from Homegoods wins me compliments left and right. The fish is actually everyone's favorite, but I've also invested in decanters, towels, hampers, and way more. The cool part is that Homegoods sells every day /home goods/ (who would have guessed?), but with sass. Oh, what's that? You need measuring cups? Here these are perfectly conventional and also THE COLORS OF THE FRIGGEN RAINBOW. Need some bathroom accessories? No problem - here's a crystal toothbrush holder that was made in Italy (okay I actually totally bought that for real). I love that everything I've bought from Homegoods has not only gone to good use, but has also contributed to my home's character. I will never (EVER) stop loving this place. read more

Oh man. My new favorite store. HomeGoods is a mix between Ikea, Crate & Barrel, Target, and Bed, Bath, & Beyond. Although pricey, they have awesome shit. They have the largest lamp section I've seen around. All are so unique. Some tasteful, some not so much. I have to say, the pillow variety is great too. Overall, the store was organized and put together well, which is always nice to see. I hate walking through a disorganized mess. I didn't have anything in mind I wanted before hand and am proud of myself for leaving with only one thing. :) read more

I generally very much appreciate stores that sell discount items, and the layout and selection of this one is fine (hence the more than 1 star review ), but the tone of a store is sent by the management, and manager Tiffany was rude and dismissive of us. We were purchasing a set of stools, and noticed that one wobbled. Asked the nice cashier politely if there were any available discounts as a result of the defect. She called the manager, they "tested" the stool and she came back saying they couldn't find the wobble. Of course, we were able to prove immediately that, yes, there was a wobble since the stool was on a flat surface and a single finger to a corner proved this readily. So she called the manager over, and as Tiffany rolled her eyes and walked over with a big sigh, she proceeded to tell us that the store doesn't do mark downs for "SUPPOSED WOBBLES." LOOK LADY, you could have just said there are no mark downs for wobbly furniture, (although why you would bother testing if there are no discounts, yeah...). No need to snidely remark "supposedly," blatantly suggesting we are delusional. Also, be careful of the "supposed" sales (used correctly this time). There are a bunch of baskets that they claim are discounted from $9.99 down to $7.99. However, we later found those same baskets at Home Depot, regular price $6.99. Maybe the $9.99 (compare price) is based on pricing from a higher end store or suggested retail price, but just want to warn you that not all of their sale prices are cheaper than your average store. I will not be returning to this store, although this has not made me dislike HomeGood stores in general. read more

I am not a fan of Home Goods but I go there anyway. The store has shit all over the place. I rarely find what I am looking for in the first place, my reason for getting out of the car, and then end up buying something I trip over, something I could have lived without. Whatever, it's something to do on a rainy day, fumble through shelves of shit, shake your head, look at the jarred jams and dips, buy some hand soap, maybe a kitchen item. Store was very empty on a Monday night, and seemed to be in the middle of a redo - floor tile was ripped up, and piles of lamps were everywhere on tables. There were gross piles of dustbunnies swept into huge piles on certain aisles. No one greeted me, or asked me if I needed anything. The employees seemed very set on folding towels and cracking jokes to each other. Store was neat, with cute valentine displays set in the front. The thought of taking a child in this store makes me need an asthma inhaler though - breakable items were packed on shelves so tightly that they could easily fall on the floor... This store is for a certain type of shopper - if you are not a fan of Marshall's or TJMaxx, head to Macys! read more

I am sad to report that my last visit to this Home Goods was not a good one. I was shopping for a table placemat and happened to see two workers restocking the isles. I started a conversation with them as one does. Our conversation was brief and cut short by lady the girls referred to as Vera. I noticed that she was pacing back and forth in front of the isle we were in but didn't think much of it at first. She was giving me a dirty look for talking to the very kind employees. The lady comes back and rudely tells the girls that they are needed at the register which was empty at this time. I have been coming to this Home Goods for quite sometime and I have never witnessed such an unfortunate situation. The two workers who I was having a conversation with were polite and efficient with their work. The way they were spoken to was not right. Needless to say I will not be supporting this Home Goods anymore. So very dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

HomeGoods. Ahhhh! Colors. Textures. The variety and selection can spark lots of decorating ideas. I've found many unique items and the prices are reasonable. If you catch them when they are stocking shelves or moving items to clearance, it can be a bit disorganized in there but usually each section is easy to navigate. I like to mill around and see what catches my eye. You don't usually see a whole shelf of an item. Just a few. So if something does catch your eye, but you're not quite sure, better to buy it and return it later. Chances are it will be gone when you go back. read more
