This is an excellent discount grocery store, if you know how to shop and you know what you're looking for. You can score some excellent deals here now and then. I live a 30 minute drive from this place, but since this is the closest one near me, I occasionally come here. I certainly think that it's worth it to come back every few weeks just to see what deals are going on. One thing to note is that you should always check the expiration date on the things you buy here. Sometimes, that date is tomorrow or even today. But other times, it is a few weeks or months out (especially for the frozen items). I have not bought any fresh meat here yet, but I found that I got a lot of packaged goods and frozen foods the few times that I've already been here. You might notice that there are a lot of very big, boxed items. It seems to me that some of their inventory comes from Sams Club or BJ's or Costco (basically, wholesale membership clubs) where these size items would be found. That isn't true for all of their items, but for a lot of them. It's unfortunate that a lot of their inventory varies, because I have found some deals here that I would never be able to find anywhere else. One thing that I still can't stop thinking about to this day is the 4-pack of Frontera chicken fajita bowl dinners that I got here for $8 total, when they are $4.69 EACH at Whole Foods. I never saw them at Grocery Outlet again. Speaking of which, they do have a decent selection of high-quality, health-conscious items if you are interested in that sort of thing. You don't always have to spend big to find some great options at the grocery store. Grocery Outlet is evidence of that. That being said, I personally do not utilize Grocery Outlet for ALL of my shopping needs. There are some things I like to get elsewhere, but I am not opposed to trying them at Grocery Outlet at some point in the future (such as the fresh meat that I mentioned). And although I do not use Grocery Outlet as a primary source for my groceries, I certainly think that you could. They do sell it all, from kitchenwares to baked goods to fresh foods to frozen foods, and more. I am a regular customer and I will return here every few weeks. I only wish that there were more Grocery Outlet stores near me. I even turned one of my friends on to this store by sending them pictures of the absolutely crazy deals that I have found before. They now shop regularly at a different Grocery Outlet near them, as well.

I wouldn't recommend the produce as it's not very fresh but you could run the Wegmans or Aldi's for that.

The store was dirty and things were everywhere on the floor and in the isles. I came in to get some Christmas stocking stuffers and had to walk out disappointed because there wasn't much to pick from. All the isles were picked over--- even the toiletries isle, everything was bare on the shelves, and it just seemed like a tornado hit the inside of this dollar tree. When it came to the staff, they appeared to be miserable, no smile, no greeting whatsoever to those who came to their lines, and they were the slowest ever! It literally took forever to ring me up and I only had a few items! I wouldn't come back here unless they restock and make some changes.

I asked 2 different store associates where they were in their store. One was dumb founded and ran away without answering me and the 2nd store associate told me I would find it in "textiles". WTF? Textiles?? This is the dollar store...right? I managed to find them on my own and they were kind of buried behind socks. Now time to pay. 3 SLOW lines. One line was occupied from the gal blowing up balloons. 2nd line had a long line with one customer having at least 50 items in her cart. My final and only choice was the 3rd cashier...and yes...this was the same guy that ran away with my shoelace question. After waiting in this SLOW line (Dad waiting in the car), It was finally my turn. I had 4 items. My total $4.18. I had "exact change" including 18 pennies that were taking up too much space in my wallet. Well...this sales associate must not get exact change often. He asked me for another dollar. He was holding my money and looking at it in his hands...clearly it was all there. Twice more he requested another dollar. I asked why?? I still don't get it and this was painful to witness. Then he counted out my 18 pennies...one at a time to make sure they were all there. Omg. Shoot me. Lately I have had horrible service similar to this at other stores. Does anyone even train their staff anymore? I blame this on poor management. Is it too much to train or at least even have employees greet your customers? Maybe even...say Thank you for your purchase? And customers seem to be getting numb to bad service and except it. I realize this is just a dollar store and you get what you pay for...however I want my business to be appreciated where ever I spend my money.

It's enormous and from what I was told they are still developing and only on phase one at this time. I hate shopping and I detest malls and I find shopping here a true delight, so easy to roam around, with beautiful store fronts, street lamps and sidewalks lined with flowers and benches The courtyards are filled with well maintained lawns and plenty of activities, especially for the kiddies. During the warmer months they host a Farmer's Market which is rapidly growing allowing local vendors to sell their fresh produce, baked goods and crafts. Many shops with names you are familiar with, including Victoria's and Borders, plus plenty of unique one of a kind shops line the streets and make it a breeze to browse or run in and out. It's almost a one stop shopping center with a Wegman's Grocery and shops galore that have almost anything you may be looking for. Plenty of restaurants and eateries inside this center make it hard to choose, from pizza to ice cream, Ted Montana's Grill, P.F. Chang's, Chipolte Mexican Grill, The Melting Pot, Panera Bread are all ready to feed you. I've been here for wine tasting's at various shops, I love their Farmer's Market and anxiously await them setting up shop, it's a quaint village that makes me happy to go shopping and I love that they are Eco-friendly.
