The first payment went through on September 29 2022 of $154.18 and it felt as if it was no end in sight with how much interest they were charging. Acceptance was the worst experience ever and hopefully other customers will be discouraged by that offer. After a year and a half of those biweekly payments I was finally able to pay my bed off, but hopefully other customers won't have to learn this lesson the hard way. When buying here, use your credit card, it will save you the hassle in the long run.

I do not have any pets. Even though the table set was so poorly made it was scratched by a mug within the first few weeks, my reason wasn't good enough. "Regular wear and tear" is not included. (And shortly after the scratches, the chairs started to buckle). Also - I would have had to bring the furniture back to the store to replace - I am not doing that. The sales person was dishonest and made it seem that someone would come to my home and replace the item. Never shopping at Bob's again because I don't trust the dishonest sales people.

( I spoke and dealt with Roseann) Then when you notice a "defect", yes a customer can say "defect " ,in your furniture the Oskar Huber customer care group ( spoke to Ann) has every excuse from the manufacturer ( fault them too) that ends in no solution for the customer. In other words, as the customer you are told in not so many words to "just deal with it". Oskar Huber is suppose to be a class A furniture store. Oh, when I asked about them doing something to compensate for their mistake they sent me a 25% off coupon that can't be used on 90% of stuff in the store. Customer service for these clowns must be run by Mrs. Lippy's 3rd Grade History class. Why do we have to do so much legwork to get you to fix something you totally screwed up??
