The cost was $175.00 per chair The owner said it was SO with it Assured me they fix excellent work They broke the frame on one of my chairs and denied it was their issue I threw it away Now a few days ago a guest sat on my chair It totally ripped . I called Sean . He asked me to take a picture and send him it I did He said he could not send me a response Because my emails were not getting through ( wrong) I called him again . He then said I needed to take a picture of all 5 chairs that they did to assure it was one they did recently ? I reminded him I am disabled and cannot walk unassisted ,this is a hardship for me to move chairs around . He said he was sorry that this is the only way he could offer me a DISCOUNT for the repair? I could buy a new set for what they repair 3 chairs! Then the owner called They denied the repair . He said it was done before 2014 and no longer had records . I would never agreed to pay $175- $240.00 for 5 chairs to have a one year warranty Again total disregard that I can't stand to move these chairs out . I am calling Winston Corporate and reporting them I am so upset . I'm dealing with hospitalizations Tests and insurance denials I did not even think about this company upsetting me so much I said " shove it up your butt " He told me " I " was disrespectful. Being an advocate for myself and for the consumer I called corporate and reported them as they profess to be an authorized repair company for Winston Corporate said they are absolutely not ! She gave me the name of an authorized dealer in Doylestown who will order the sling for me She said they are pre stitched and have a video that shows you how to take them off and put the new ones on The cost is $ 139.00 I was fooled

They installed our fence 2 feet away from the property line aside from that their incompetent workers damage by 2025 fully loaded Tahoe, black and color with concrete dust from their truck, they didn't even have the professionalism or the audacity to advise me. Hey, we're going to be unloading concrete move your truck.! Now we're having a problem with them because they don't wanna come and address their issue. We have 2 feet in where our fence wasn't installed properly we had to reach out to a financial institution stop payment and to add their workers are dirty unprofessional damaged our neighbors property they cut the main root off our 5003 in where the arborist that we had come out and inspect the tree advised us that it might be sick due to the fact and how they cut the roof with dirty equipment! And the fact that they cut a main route off a tree is appalling like where did you find these installers at at your local Home Depot parking lot ! Unfortunately, I can't post pictures but feel free to reach out to me and anyone that's interested in getting a fence installed by these clowns I'll be more than happy to share the filth and how they left our property in House Sano tubes are only filled a quarter away or halfway

We ordered a custom sofa from Sheffield with COM fabric. All dimensions of the sofa were clearly…read moredelineated on the order form, carefully reviewed by Sheffield, and signed off by Sheffield and us. The sofa was delivered with the correct fabric and looked good. However, we later realized that the chaise portion of the sofa was 3 inches narrower than specified on the order form. Instead of being 39" wide (interior) it is 36" wide. Sheffield has refused to do anything to make the order match what was specified, what they agreed to, and what we paid for. They claim that being 3" narrower is "within spec" and maybe a result of the fabric pulling it narrower. The fabric!?! Pulling a wooden frame in 3"?!? An absurb dodge to avoid their cost to rebuild the sofa as specified. Sheffield did not stand behind the contract that they signed to deliver quality furniture.

*UPDATE* We received our cabinet delivery. We received one…read moreincorrect cabinet (through a mistake they made). Since then their costumer service is HORRENDOUS. To the point that they would not expedite the cabinet that we needed (that THEY messed up), would not provide any discount and actually went as far as wanting us to pay to have the correct one shipped to us. The saga continued with the regional manager lying saying he would refund us the original shipping charge, but did not communicate that to the employee we were working with at this store. Long story short, this has pushed everything else we have scheduled on our remodel back a week and a half because that is the soonest they can get us the cabinet that THEY messed up ordering. Hands down worst customer service I've experienced, especially when it was completely the companies fault. No help at all, not even an apology. For this reason I would go to one of the many other cabinet stores. My 5 stars is based solely on sales representative and ordering process. I will come back and update after install on quality of cabinets etc. The sales representative Mary Jane has been very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable through our whole ordering/layout process. We met with her on multiple occasions, emails, etc. and she was always very responsive and helpful in all areas of the process. She deserved the 5 star review. I hope the cabinets are as good quality as the sales representative! Will update soon.
