I explained I needed a twin bed for my 89 year old dad for an assisted living facility. He did a great job directing us to a set that was reasonably priced, but would be comfortable for a senior. He was able to schedule delivery for the date I needed. The very bad - delivery service, which they charge $99 + tax for, was horrible. I received an email the day before the delivery date with a 3 hour delivery window - 10:30am-1:30pm and a website link to track the delivery. At 1:30 the projected time slipped to 2pm. At 3pm the driver finally called and said he would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later he called and couldn't find the assisted living facility. I gave him directions and after another 3 calls with him he finally arrived at 4pm. The next day I spoke with Chris, the store manager, to complain and he immediately said they would refund the delivery charge and was extremely apologetic for the delivery problems even though it is totally out of his control. Hey Corporate Management - listen up - you need to significantly improve your delivery service. It reflects poorly on the company and makes it really hard on great store associates like David and Chris to do their jobs.

The salesman wasn't able to match my payment to the purchase, neither was the IT department. I placed a call to the corporate office, the representative seem to be knowledgeable, Professional and courteous. I was told my issue would be reported to the district manager and the regional manager. She assured me my issue would be resolved. Here I am three days later, and nothing has been resolved! My payment is posted to my visa, Mattress Firm has my funds. additionally, I asked my salesman to credit my account, and that isn't able to be done either. I haven't heard from the district or regional manager either.
