While I have never heard of At Home, I didn't know what to expect. Now I can say it is a homegoods on steroids with tons of options in a huge store! I arrived during their slow hours so it was fairly quiet. The shelves seemed to be fully stocked with tons of things to check out. I was focused on the outdoor area specifically string lights and an umbrella. I was satisfied with the vast options and was able to select what I was looking for. The outdoor rugs were okay, I didn't find what I was exactly looking for in that department but I was still glad there were plenty options. All in all, I now have this place in my back pocket for my home decorating needs!

So as I am dragging the furniture to the front of the store, the man standing in the front said he can get me a flatbed if I wanted. He pointed to where they were and said next time come here and get one. I checked out and went to walk outside with the flatbed of furniture and the same man said "Miss?". I assumed he was going to offer to help me. I turned around and he said " if you plan on taking that flatbed outside, make sure you bring it back." WOW- such great customer service- haha!! I'm pretty sure he was the store manager too. So rude- although the young lady that helped me with prices was very nice.

Do not count on the sales person explaining anything about material, construction etc. even when you ask specifically about "durability". ( I spoke and dealt with Roseann) Then when you notice a "defect", yes a customer can say "defect " ,in your furniture the Oskar Huber customer care group ( spoke to Ann) has every excuse from the manufacturer ( fault them too) that ends in no solution for the customer. In other words, as the customer you are told in not so many words to "just deal with it". Oskar Huber is suppose to be a class A furniture store. My experience after purchasing a 3500 dollar sofa was dreadful and I will never consider this company with any future purchases.

I, unlike some people I know, LOVE a great deal, no matter what kind of junk the great may happen to be on. There is a TON of junk here and not so junk. And they had free coffee, too! Didn't have much interaction with the staff, except to check out. The cashier was a little odd. He had long hair and I could definitely pick him up out of a line up. Reminded me a bit of TJ Miller - both in looks and in personality. Very chatty, maybe he's a bit lonely or bored. Wish I lived closer!
