We didn't even buy a mattress!!! Sileem was great! My fiancé and I went in knowing we were NOT buying a mattress that day but just wanted to look at prices and try mattress before we actually bought one. We told Sileem that and he did not push us to buy one he gave us great advice on how to figure out what type of mattress we wanted, our budget, etc. We will be back!!! Unfortunately Sileem was only in Willow Grove for that day but he did recommend talking to a man named Gary! I felt so comfortable trying the mattress's we weren't getting that "you have to buy now" feeling. It was just so nice being able to look around, lay on them, and get advice without having someone breathing down your neck to buy!!! Again we will go back and hopefully find our mattress! The good - I had an excellent buying experience at the Willow Grove location. David, our salesman, was very helpful. I explained I needed a twin bed for my 89 year old dad for an assisted living facility. He did a great job directing us to a set that was reasonably priced, but would be comfortable for a senior. He was able to schedule delivery for the date I needed. The very bad - delivery service, which they charge $99 + tax for, was horrible. I received an email the day before the delivery date with a 3 hour delivery window - 10:30am-1:30pm and a website link to track the delivery. At 1:30 the projected time slipped to 2pm. At 3pm the driver finally called and said he would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later he called and couldn't find the assisted living facility. I gave him directions and after another 3 calls with him he finally arrived at 4pm. The next day I spoke with Chris, the store manager, to complain and he immediately said they would refund the delivery charge and was extremely apologetic for the delivery problems even though it is totally out of his control. Hey Corporate Management - listen up - you need to significantly improve your delivery service. It reflects poorly on the company and makes it really hard on great store associates like David and Chris to do their jobs. read more

I purchased and adjustable frame from mattress warehouse in Willow Grove Pennsylvania in August of 2021. In December, barely 4 months later, the head up feature stopped working. I reported it to the company and a week later they got back to me and told me that a technician would contact me when the part was available. It has now been three weeks and there is no part in sight. I have gotten conflicting information from the company that handles mattress warehouse repairs ( Leggett and Platt) and a technician who would be doing the actual repair. Sometimes I hear that the part is in stock in Kentucky and being sent and when I follow up on that I am told that no part is being sent because there are no parts in Kentucky. This is not a piece of a NASA spacecraft this is a hand control for the head-up feature on an adjustable mattress. I have spoken with the sales rep who sold me the mattress and his position is that, even though the frame is only four months old, the company will do nothing to rectify the situation. They will not agree to replace this frame with one that works, they only suggest that I continue to wait for the part from Leggett and Platt. I believe that you should not go anywhere near mattress warehouse for any merchandise because they do not stand behind their product. read more

The professionalism, knowledge, customer service and overall experience that we had at the mattress warehouse was outstanding. We have gone to all of the other mattress retailers and they did it come close. Upon entering the store we were warmly greeted by Candace. She not only was able to find us the perfect mattress that suited both our needs but the price points of the mattresses were better than anything we have seen. Candace is a mattress expert and a consummate professional. We did not feel rushed and we were treated like valued customers. The whole experience was fantastic. I read the first review of this place, and I could not disagree more. In fact, if I could give this store a negative score, I would. Eric is one of the most inept sales people I have ever dealt with. He ordered the wrong mattress and, as of today, the store has yet to refund the delivery fee they charged me, and the other expenses I incurred during the return of that mattress and the pickup of the replacement (which I needed to do twice because they gave me the wrong mattress a second time before finally getting the right one on the third attempt). I will not ever use this store again and would not refer them to anyone. Stay away from this place! Update: I was told Wednesday,2/10, that my refund would be processed and I should receive it within 7 days. I called again today, 2/17, and customer service let me know that it had not even been sent for processing. This has to be, hands down, the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered! read more

We were helped by David and Tandra. We were looking for mattress and frame for our daughter's (college) apartment, and they were so helpful. They took a lot of time to help us find the correct mattress, frame and pillow (with mattress cover protector). The overall experience, professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. We didn't have to look for other deals because we got more that what we were looking and stayed within our budget. We didn't have to pay for delivery because with their help, we took everything in our sedan. Keep the great job guys!!! read more

David from their Willow Grove store helped us pick out a new mattress that would work for both my husband and I. They have a bed you lay on and it determines what will work best for your body type and pressure points. David also looked to see if the mattress was the correct support for both of us when we were trying each one for comfort. In addition, David helped us pick out pillows. The new mattress was delivered a few days later with a box spring that unfortunately had a hole in it, but the delivery people pointed it out to us and ordered a new one while still at our house. Robert could have easily just covered it up with the mattress but he was very honest and told us. The new box spring was delivered a few days later by 2 different great delivery people, one of whom became a new father that very morning. Tandra also helped us get the pillows as they were waiting for a new shipment. She drove to their Phoenixville store to get them so we didn't have to wait for the new shipment. She is a very dedicated employee! Hoping that our new Kingsdown mattress lasts for many years. We did not go with the Euro pillow top as we only got 3 years out of our previous expensive mattress made by Stearns & Foster that we bought from Sleepys. The pillow top broke down in only 3 years and we would wake during the night in pain because of lack of good support. That seems like a common problem with the pillow tops. read more

Do Not Recommend. Ordered my daughters mattress on Monday. They said they would deliver on Thursday. Got the room ready. Made arrangements for someone to be here at any time of day to accept delivery (since they don't give you a delivery time until 8 am day of delivery). They call Thursday morning to tell me the bed is not in stock and they do not know when it will be in stock!!! Shouldn't they check to see if they have the mattress before they sell it to you?!?! Get a call later in the day. Guy says the bed MAY be in next week. May? He offered me nothing except a cheap, no name brand foam mattress to replace the Serta I ordered. Refund please! My mattress was supposed to be delivered between 12-3 on Saturday June 10th. I got a call at 4:00 stating they would be here in 10 minutes. At 6:00 I called the store and was told that they would be at my house before 8:00. I waited ALL day and nobody ever called, and I never got my mattress. When I called the store today, I was treated VERY rudely by Sandra Thomas and she actually laughed at me and put the phone down on her desk while she dealt with "a customer". I am waiting for confirmation that my order has been cancelled and would advise anyone thinking of working with this company to go somewhere else. It was the absolute worst service I have ever received. When I asked Sandra to have the owner call me, she said, "I'll call him during church, God Bless you" with the most passive aggressive tone I've ever heard. If the owner sees this - I am expecting an apology and a full refund with a cancelled order. read more
