We made multiple calls to resolve the issue, but communication was poor--our calls were not returned, and we were left going back and forth without clear answers. We paid for white glove service, yet packaging materials were left behind, and the team did not remove the metal frame as promised. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and highly inconvenient. I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism.
