Tiya's Touch is magic. She understood my back so well, and literally relieved so much pressure in one session that it's been ofer a week and I am still telling everyone about it. I went in a little skeptical but decided to trust the yelp and google reviews. Tiya took one look at my back and asked me where on earth I was going for massages because my back was pretty messed up lol (thats a whole another story). If you are on the fence about coming here, do it! Tiya instinctively knows what she is doing and how to help you with a host of issues, not just your back. I'm so happy to have found her because she's the first person who's ever been able to pinpoint and loosen all my knots. read more

Affordable, easy to book, helped my chronic TMJ and facial pain a ton by loosening up my back.

I visit the area often for work, and I have tried to find a massuse that I can come to while I'm in the town. For this area, it's hard to find a legit place because of all of the "spas" in the area (if you get my jist). Tiya knows what she's doing. She's very in tune w the human body and works tirelessly to work out the kinks, or as she calls them "trigger points". I will caution that she is not for the faint of heart. She has a strong touch and will get into those knots. If you're looking for someone to lightly massage your body, keep looking. But If you're looking for someone to help relieve all the aches and pains youve been dealing with and that have been affecting your quality of life, Tiya is your woman!! read more

I was looking for a massage parlor around the area as I work close by. I found Tiya on yelp and read nothing but great reviews. She responded within an hour & I booked an appointment the following day for a trigger point massage. Her specialties include: - deep tissue - trigger point - sports therapy - relaxing therapy - prenatal massage - headache / migraine massage - lower back / knee massage The suite was easy to find and there is plenty of parking available around the neighborhood. Tiya is very sweet, authentic, and listens to your concerns. I was relaxed and comfortable through the entire massage as she was able to work on my stubborn knots. We talked through the entire session as she shared her experiences and is very knowledgeable & passionate in her line of work. Tiya is amazing, 10/10 recommend. read more

Tiya's Touch - Massage Near Me - Mountain View, California

Tiya is absolutely incredible. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and you can truly feel that she understands the body on a deep level. She has an amazing ability to find trigger points and areas of tension that you didn't even realize were there, and she works through them with the perfect balance of intuition and skill. Beyond the massage itself, she makes the experience even better by being very kind and telling interesting stories. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend Tiya to anyone looking for a truly exceptional massage. read more

I found my new spot! I came in with my same ole back issues that I legit have people 200lbs or more stand all over just to feel some sort of pressure and relief. I was surprised that Tiya had a lot more power than I expected. Also she definitely knows what she's doing. I got a massage from some massage therapist, paid for by my company, that told me the key is not to attack straight on but the outer lying muscles connecting to the biggest pain area. By focusing on those, it makes the tightest area, usually the painful area, relax for a more gentle yet more effective massage. I didn't believe it at first but he was totally right! I was never able to find that guy again and it's been 10 years. I was so surprised that Tiya said the same thing! My back thanks you for your service and I will definitely come back! read more

Tiya is amazing, truly a healer. Her massages always target the areas that need the most care. I tried many therapists before finding her, and now I go back every week. Should give her a chance and experience it yourself. read more

First time getting a massage from Tiya, and I am so glad i gave it a shot! She is amazing at what she does. All the tense and aches in my body, all gone. I felt heard and relaxed. I would definitely come book another session with her and would highly recommend her! Tiya's energy over the phone gave a very good impression on how great of a person she is and how great she is in what she does. Overall made my massage session a great experience! read more

Tiya is amazing! I have been working with her for 3 years now. She is very skilled and fixes my trigger points in a few sessions. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for holistic alternatives for healing and recovery. She indeed has a magical touch and brings maternal warmth to the table. Thank you Tiya for all your help and commitment to help all your clients! read more

I can't recommend Tiya enough! She is truly a gifted massage therapist who knows exactly how to find and relieve all the pain points. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to my concerns. Her technique is both intuitive and expert--she doesn't just go through the motions but really focuses on what your body needs. I left feeling so much better, with a sense of relief I hadn't felt in a long time. If you're looking for someone who can work out tension, melt away stress, and help with chronic pain, Tiya is the one! Do yourself a favor and book a session--you won't regret it! read more

Tiya is very skilled - I came in for back tension, and she ended up discovering a lot of glute tension as well. All muscles released by the end and feeling great. read more

After years of physical therapy with little relief, Tiya's massage made all the difference. I've already booked more sessions and can't wait to return! Not only was the massage incredible--breaking up years of tightness in my lower back and restoring engagement--but what truly impressed me was Tiya's deep experience. Without me even mentioning where I felt pain, she quickly pinpointed the knots and imbalances. Her perfect pressure brought real relief, leaving me feeling amazing and totally realigned after the session. Tiya is not only incredibly kind, but she also understands that healing the body requires a holistic approach. I truly enjoyed my experience with her and can't say enough good things. read more

I highly recommend Tiya's Touch as you will never look at getting a massage the same very again. When I called and asked if he had room for walk ins, she asked me a few questions and realized I was not a local and stayed on the phone with me to guide me to her front door. That's customer service! I've signed up for monthly subscriptions at some of the larger national chains only to realize, these people are not all the same. Toya has a wealth of knowledge of how the body is suppose to work and her massages actually address where relief is needed. I fly into th San Jose from NYC on business and had a couple hours to kill and saw all the positive reviews and decided to drive the 20 mins to enjoy the best therapeutic massage I've had to date. She even talks you through what's happening and why. When I realized what was happening, I started to ask questions in hopes of taking some of this back East with me. read more

Tiya is a PHENOMENAL masseuse. I have been going to her for years and there is truly no one like her. When I left the country for a bit, I was truly sad because I knew it was going to be hard to find a replacement for her! However, now that I'm back in the states, she will always be my go-to! I'm someone who likes strong, deep tissue, and she does not disappoint. Despite her strength, I always feel safe in her hands - she truly knows what she's doing and I emerge out of each session feeling loads better. She is truly in the business of healing, and I'm grateful for her practice! Also, her rates are incredibly low for the service she provides. Like others have mentioned, I always make sure to tip well because 1) she deserves it, and 2) I want to make sure she sticks around!! read more

Today was my first session with Tiya and I'm very very impressed. Before we even got started she looked at me and asked if I drank a lot of water (yes) then commented on how dry the skin on my arms was. She suspected it was related to my back and hamstring issues - all stemming from my quads. 90 minutes later (some painful!) my skin looked much better and my body felt more open. She's a no-nonsense professional with a great personality and strong opinions. I loved her and have booked another appointment for her to finish releasing my tight quads. Don't be put off by the drab exterior of the building (behind Tandoori Junction) - it is clean and comfortable on the inside. Highly recommend Tiya for a really good assessment of your issues and clear results! read more

Tiya is not just a massage therapist, she is a healer. I have been going to Tiya for over 9 years now because no one else can do what she does. For example, one day I had lower back pain so bad I could barely walk. Tiya found the trigger points and by the next day I was able to dance salsa with my husband for his 50th birthday. Last week I had pain radiating from my shoulder to my hand. She knew exactly what to do and I was able to head off to my vacation the next day pain free! Tiya is a miracle worker, I highly recommend her! read more

Tiya is an expert massage therapist. Worth coming back frequently, it just gets better and better!

Amazing massage, came with a sore neck and back muscles, felt very good afterwards! I would recommend her to all my friends and family

I have been going to Tiya for several years. She locates my tight muscles, knots and sore tendons that I get from walking and jogging. It seems more of a sports massage for me. I appreciate that she loves what she does and is very good at what she does! read more

Tiya did a great job, her shop is hidden behind an Indian restaurant, it was clean and the deep tissue massage was great.

Very experienced and professional. Deep tissue massage was great. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

This isn't just one of the best massages I've ever had--it's THE best. Tiya's massage goes beyond relaxation; it's genuinely therapeutic. I had a lingering issue from a sprained ankle over a year ago. It was mild but persistently annoying. I'd seen multiple physical therapists and chiropractors, but none of them made a real difference. When Tiya started working on my ankle, she immediately noticed the scar tissue--without me even mentioning the injury. And afterward, my ankle felt significantly better. Unlike many "90-minute massages" that end up being more like 75 minutes, Tiya gives you the full 90, down to the last second. And her prices are incredibly reasonable--I ended up tipping 100% just to bring it closer to the market rate. Also, she's a joy to talk to--which, funnily enough, seems to bring out her best work. Let's just say the massage is even better when she's not too relaxed herself! On top of that, she's warm, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. Highly, highly recommend. read more

I've been going to Tiya for years -- she is a gifted healer and I highly recommend her. Plus, her price is very, very reasonable. Sometimes she may give you advice or diagnosis that doesn't sound right, but she's usually proven correct. I think she knows more about the human body than many traditional doctors. To the woman who gave her one star because she got bruised from Tiya digging her elbow into her glutes: I've had Tiya do that to me many times and, while it can be painful, it really works to release tension that causes back pain. I could see how sensitive people or people who bruise easily might not like it, but I believe it isn't due to anything Tiya is doing wrong. read more

I came in for one issue, but she immediately identified my real trouble spots and pinpointed exactly where my trigger points were -- something I hadn't even mentioned. Her knowledge and intuition were incredible. Not only is she a highly skilled and attentive massage therapist, but she's also simply a beautiful soul. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and their healing. Highly recommended! read more

I have been going to Tiya for the past 12 years for all my muscle ailment issues. She is by far the best massage therapist in the South Bay Area. She has an amazing way of finding your pain/trigger points and working on them and healing them thoroughly. She has successfully cured my lower and upper back and shoulder pain over the years with her healing touch. She has a calm demeanor and is very good at listening and understanding your pain and provides valuable feedback regarding the causes and how to avoid causing more harm. I would highly recommend her for any massage although my favorite is the deep tissue where I have had the utmost impact. read more

My first massage was amazing. Tiya's Touch helped reduce chronic pain in my lower back and hip. Her strong and gentle hands helped reduce the pain and stress I had been feeling throughout my lower back. She also was able to relax other areas of my back and shoulder, which had been injured years ago. For anyone who has struggled with pain in back or body this is the massage for you, I highly recommend Tiya's Touch. Julie L. read more

10 out of 10 the lady walked on my back and got out all the knots! Clean, nice caring people.

I love Tiya. She does an amazing job and she has great energy. She does deep tissue and its more of a medical massage vs spa massage. I have gotten massages in China, Japan, Korea, Morocco, and SF. She rates at the top. She was able to identify the cause of my lower back pain as tied to my sciatic nerve and was able to work out the issue in just 2 sessions. I am very thankful to her and happy she is close to my house. Also she is very reasonably priced. read more

Tiya is super! When I have a problem on shoulder and lower back, tiya is the place to go for me. Lately it's super easy to make an appointment and that's a big life saver for me. I'll come back for sure! Thank you! read more

I have been seeing Tiya for 7 years, first for prenatal and now for injury prevention and muscle tension relief. She is wonderful to talk to and is a kind, caring human being. I began to see her when I was pregnant with my first child. I found she had the most affordable rate for a prenatal massage in the area. She helped me with a lot of aches and pains I had through that pregnancy and my second pregnancy. I've been seeing on average once a month since then. She has saved me multiple times from immense pain when I pulled a muscle in my neck or my back, as I was able to get in to see her quickly and her treatment provided immediate pain relief. If you think you have pulled a muscle or have ongoing mobility issues, it is a fantastic idea to see Tiya first! She uses her extensive knowledge of trigger points to release and fix the problems. I now have increased my appointments with Tiya to twice a month, as I feel immense benefits with my body as I continue my weight training and running. read more

Tiya is an amazing massage therapist, and person. My Mom and I have been going to Tiya for years, ever since a co-worker referred me to her. Tiya is the best masseuse that I have ever had!!!! She is so experienced, she can diagnose my issues before I even tell her what they are. And then she has the skills to fix them. She has even worked to resolve issues which a chiropractor told me was beyond repair. Thanks Tiya. read more

I have a lot of biomechanical physiological problems. My right ankle suffers from nerve damage that travels up to my hip. My right wrist was crushed in 2019 so I suffered from chronic Dequervians syndrome. My left whole shoulder and arm suffers from on our nerve damage as well as a recovering broken rotator cuff. After having three consequence surgeries for the physical conditions my body develops scapular winging. So I have problems virtually all over my physical body. I knew I needed massage therapy but couldn't find the right practitioner to help resolve my issues and who was tough off to break up the scar tissue but is accurate and conscientious enough to accommodate for all my injuries. Tiya is the perfect fit. She taught me about trigger points and is addressing them in every session. Initially when I first strolled in I literally strolled in and I need scooter because I'm unable to walk at all due to my ankles condition. Now I'm able to hobble around with my cane much easier and I'm in a lot less pain. She is very passionate about her work loves healing people and helping them recover. It's very nice being able to work with someone who truly enjoys helping you. If you feel like your conditions too complex, I highly recommend to give Tiya a chance to work with you. She will help you recover as long as you don't need surgery. In fact I've had two surgeons recommend additional surgery for my right wrist and my right ankle. I'm feeling so much relief I doubt I will need surgery. I'm looking forward to the next few months to see how much I will recover under Tiya's care! read more

Unfortunately, I experienced a lot of pain during the massage. I read great reviews and know that Tiya has long time customers. I wanted to believe that the pain I was experiencing during the massage was because of sore/tense muscles, but the pain after and bruises are too much. Tiya said that I would be a bit sore, and she was massaging the trigger points that would help relieve the tension on my body from sitting all day. I am not sure it helped. You will see on my pictures the severe bruising from Tiya using her elbow on my glutes. read more

Tiya was super sweet and fit my spouse and I in to her schedule within a day of reaching out. We both opted for deep tissue massages and the pressure was great. read more

Hands down the best trigger point massage I have had. I had a horrible lower back episode and her massage played a big role in my recovery.

I've been a going to Tiya for 8 or 9 years now. I used to let her fix up my back, then I wouldn't go again until I was in bad shape. I have the degenerative disc problem, arthritis, and recurring very painful muscle spasms. I've learned through experience that my problems at least are held in check pretty well when I stick to a weekly schedule with her. This lady cares about her customers and I think their issues are her true concern. Tiya has always worked hard for me and her pricing is $70 an hour, a low rate for such a strong therapist. Don't go to her for a fru-fru feather massage. She is very strong. Just sayin! In a nutshell, Tiya is a very nice lady and very good at what she does. Working for herself to support her family, and cares about her customer's well being. read more
